Sanco's in Sheffield

The food came cold an wasent cooked there was hairs in it an it was vile I have ordered here for ages an it’s never been like it’s before

As the title says, the food here is usually pretty good (average burger/pizza takeaway kind of good) and the potato wedges are lovely, especially with cheese sauce drizzles over them, but the quality of some items does seem to vary from day to day unfortunately. For example, sometimes the wedges aren't really coated in the spices that they're supposed to be coated in, and sometimes they're slightly undercooked, but all in all they're enjoyable most of the time. The "gourmet" burgers are pretty good, the standard burgers are just cheap takeaway burgers. Stay away from the lamb shish kebab - I'm fairly certain that the meat (being white/grey) is not actually lamb at all, as it doesn't taste or feel like the lamb I've ever had elsewhere.

The peri peri chicken wrap was lovely, loads of chicken in it, the donner meat was fresh and hot, delivered earlier than expected which was a bonus, will definitely order from here again

(Halumi kebab) Not at all what I expected but it was amazing! Could of been better if the wedges were packed separately as they went abit soggy with the sauce but overall it was delicious. Only marking down as the delivery time was a little long.

Wedges were decent burger was good but the calzone was over packed with onions I found about 7 pieces of salami few mushrooms few jalapeños but overall mostly onions dough was undercooked and greasy so ended up just eating the wedges bit of a shame really heard it was decent probably won't order again 👎

Food was over a hour late. The driver then did not deliver it to me he was sat in the car down the road and rang me to go down to the car. The food was then cold when it arrived

Delivered to the wrong address. Wasn’t helpful over the phone I had to walk and pick up my order. Food was nice always is but the delivery driver was absolutely useless

I ordered it took 1 and half hours to come,, when it came it didn't come with all my order rang shop up they brought me rest of my order when opening cheese sauce it was gone off it smelt sour and was just lumps in a watery sauce because the mixture had separated 🤢

Dreadful food. Ordered garlic bread with cheese and it was a many burnt garlic bread. Chips and kebab and the kebab meat was tough. Basically spent £15 on a few chips and one slice of garlic bread. Officially the worst takeaway I’ve ever had.

The restaurant forgot to include the chips in our order.

I ordered a regular base pepperoni and a regular base meat feast and 2 lots of cheesy chips You got most of it right but instead of a regular meat feast we got a thin crust margarita so I had to put up with 4 unhappy children

I’ve used Sancos for years and never had a problem until today. I ordered a doner kebab with salad. No salad which isn’t a major issue but the meat & naan bread have been changed and it’s disgusting. I’d rather pay more for quality bread & meat than the same for disgusting food. If you need to save money put prices up but don’t buy the sh*t I’ve just been served.

The food arrived within 15 minutes which might seem good to some but a major red flag to me. Obviously it was too good to be true, the food was undercooked and had absolutely no flavour, the only thing I could taste was the helmans mayonnaise I got out of my fridge. I ordered a cheese garlic bread, chicken burger and chips and a chicken kebab. The chips were chewy and I squeeze oil out of the bread of the garlic bread, I was expecting a chicken fillet burger but instead got a processed Iceland special.

Very poor quality food. 4pc chicken box was basically deep fried feathers. Burger was all gristle and wedges were burnt looked like they had been there since before Xmas. Usually Sanco’s very good but this time very poor.

we ordered 2 burgers both of them was wrong so I rang up to let them know and the service was awful, heard swearing down the phone about me to other staff members and the member of staff I spoke to on the phone was rude to me about a mistake they had made they amended one of the orders and sent back a burger with no mayo but I was left with a burger I wasn't happy with as they refused to change it for me after I asked politely so therefore we didn't enjoy our food or the level of customer service we experienced didn't let me finish what I was saying on the phone they just ended the call as I was talking which I find very rude, will not be ordering from here again nor will we recommend to anyone else

I made a complaint to the restaurant the chicken smelt funny like fish and looked to have been over fried couldn't eat it rest was cold

Had to pay for delivery even though I went over the minimum spend. Chilli sauce was off as it fizzed on the tongue, luckily I tried it before putting on my dinner. Otherwise it all would've been just good for the bin .....

This was my second time of ordering food was absolutely lovely and hot . Was quick delivery too on both occasions.

The £12 share kebab was disappointing not much chicken just a load of donor meat to make it look a lot not worth £12. Everything else was OK. The only thing missing was the chilie sauce. what was paid for but not received.

Been a while ordered from here as moved out of area but did not disappoint. Food as lovely as was, specially the chicken tikka pizza and garlic mushrooms. Definitely be back.

Lamb shish kebab delicious every time

the bolognaise has given me an allergic reaction rash so I won't be ordering from this restaurant again

i paid for a meal deal that states chips and a drink should be with it, yet i was only sent the wrap and a drink.

Listened to my alteration notes and it was good to have home made wedges instead on the cheap freezer ones I could make at home
