這家中式快餐店很久之前已經路過，一直都想試下乾炒牛河 考完試，打算去食慶祝一下～ 老闆是越南人，但講廣東話 他說 平時餐牌上既fried beef noodle 是用生麵而不是河粉 河粉會黐鑊，又要新鮮，唔放得耐，所以平時不會有...... 但我想是同聲同氣的關係，又因為疫情無乜客，再見我跟他說我特意來試乾炒牛河....他竟然特登炒俾我 T_T 好好食！！！我問是否用英國牛，他說不是，用丹麥牛，真的很有牛味T_T 他還特意問我要否辣椒油😭😭😭 如果想食，要預先跟他說好讓他河粉 還不可以在午飯最繁忙的時候點呀～

Paré aquí porque el restaurante chino al otro lado de la calle dijo que tenía que esperar ya que estaba solo y había muchas mesas disponibles. Entonces, tomando la joroba, salí y, como sentí que una comida china entraba aquí, en realidad es una comida para llevar con asientos, elegante, no lo es, pero la comida honesta y barata es buena. Era una noche fría y la apertura y cierre de la puerta la hacía un poco fría y con corrientes de aire. Sin embargo, mi carne de res Kung Po y arroz frito fue bastante agradable, ¿es un lugar de destino? No, pero honestamente, disfrútalo.

Pedimos langostinos Kung Pao con huevo frito arroz porción de buen tamaño para el almuerzo y por el precio. Si te apetece un almuerzo chino rápido, este es el lugar.

Increíble relación calidad-precio para un almuerzo rápido. 7 para un plato de carne china clásica recién cocinada sobre arroz con 1 bebida, ¡comiendo! ! ! Fácilmente mi mejor opción para las comidas en el camino, ideal para turistas o mochileros, que aprecian un plato de abundante comida caliente en un día frío. El espacio para sentarse es limitado y el menú es simple, pero el sabor es excelente, rivalizando fácilmente con cualquiera de los grandes restaurantes de la ciudad de China.

Pato ordenado en salsa de frijoles negros con arroz frito, que vino con 4 rollitos de primavera (en una bolsa separada) y salsa de chile dulce, además de una bebida incluida. 7. 50 para todo. La porción era buena, con un montón de pato y crujientes verduras crujientes. El arroz fresco y frito no estaba grasiento. Hay algunas mesas si prefiere comer, pero yo viajaba solo, así que lo llevé a mi habitación. Los muchachos que servían y cocinaban eran amables y la comida se preparaba muy rápido delante de mí. Ideal para una comida rápida, barata y sabrosa en Londres. Lo recordaré para mi próxima visita!

Restaurant got my order and when I said it was wrong the chef yells at me and tells them to give me my money back. So embarrassing

Came early evening by which point the prices reduce to £6.50 for a main with rice (boiled or fried) or noodles, with a soft drink and four spring rolls. Its a casual wipe-down bench sort of place and the food was tasty enough. Not high quality cuisine by any means but an honest well priced casual feed. The menu is a bit limited, no noodle soups for example.

Came here for my dinner to take back to the office whilst at work. The best beef curry I've had in a long time, asked for extra hot and that's what I got! Cooked fresh in front of me and served with lovely rice. No frills place, quick and easy. Tasty and delicious food freshly cooked. I was never really a fan of Chinese food, this place is fantastic. Superb value for money. 10/10, highly recommend..

Great value, fantastic Kung Pao. Just what I was searching for. Been looking all over London for something like this.

It can be quite hard to find a quick, inexpensive hot meal in central London, unless you want a burger or fried chicken. Sam's Express, situated 3 minutes walk North of High Holborn could be the answer. They have a very short menu - basically chicken, beef, king prawn, duck or veggies - prepared in a small number of ways. Nothing costs more than £7.50 (or £6.50 after 4pm - they are open until 8pm weekdays, but closed at weekends), and the price includes 4 spring rolls and a cold non-alcoholic drink. There are two communal tables and a small high stool area on one side. I had the chicken with spring onion and ginger with steamed rice - you can opt instead for noodles or egg fried rice. It was quickly cooked and tasted great. This is typical no frills Chinese food served in a small cafe at great prices - what's not to like?

Had the duck fried rice and mixed fried rice, and were very happy about it. The duck was perfectly tender and crispy and the overall dish very fresh. Highly recommended

Whilst not in anyway fine dining, a big tray of Kung Po chicken, rice, 4 x small spring rolls and drink for £6.50 cannot be beaten. The food was decent, the Kung Po certainly had a kick to it! Few tables inside or just grab and eat on a nearby bench; for a decent midday fill up or some stodge after a long day, I'd highly recommend. Nom nom nom

This is by no means the best chinese food you will have. But that is not why you would go here. It is very quick, cheap (cheapest we found in Central London) and easy. For the price, we couldn't have asked for more.

I have no idea how i found this place, as i usually work all over city. I am a big fan of chinese takeaways when I feel too lazy to cook after work. Since sams is on the way from the station, its super convenient to pick up the food as well. Disclaimer over - I absolutely love the food here. Its not drowned in oil and fat, it has a decent kick when it comes to spiciness. My favourite is singapore noodle which i will recommend to anyone and usually end up buying every other week. I wouldnt recommend getting the sweet and sour stuff, not because they are terrible but because there is much better stuff on the menu. The portions are very decent, and considering everything else, you really get your value for money. The hosts/owners are husband and wife, though it seems they hired people outside their family to cook on occasion. Personally I prefer the noodle made but the husband, but he seems to have taught the hands well enough to keep noodles almost as delicious. TL;dr get some singapore noodles, they are to die for.

去大英博物馆参观偶然路过，进去一看，全是当地人在吃饭。店铺不大，价格实惠，6.5英镑一份快餐饭，全英文菜单，有饭有肉有春卷有蔬菜有汤。老板是夫妻店，还有侄女帮忙，态度和蔼，专门为我泡一杯茶。当地人中午很多在此吃饭，座位有限。临走时，嘱咐注意安全，一路平安！异国他乡很感动。

You get exactly what you expect from Sam's. Their lunch deal of a main dish, five spring rolls and a drink is almost enough for two people. The Singapore noodles are always good, nice and spicy.

中華料理を手軽にテイクアウトできる店としてよく利用。夕方以降はすべての料理が６ポンドでかつ春巻き、ドリンク付きだから極めて安い。時間がないときお勧め

I work around the corner and come here for lunch on a regular basis, really enjoy it every time. Good value free spring rolls and drink with every order.

Cheap, quick stop gap for a lunch time Chinese depending on your pallet. Seems very popular but personally not for me.

The food here is decent, but cheaper than elsewhere. The service is also friendly and fast. From 4 to 7/8 pm, happy hour time, all dishes go at 5 pounds, with free packet drink and spring roll. We takeaway from them a few times during our 1 week stay in London. Looking for cheap decent Chinese food, look no further.
