Sams Chicken Shepherds Bush in Hammersmith and Fulham

Olemme käyneet tässä ravintolassa jokaisella Lontoon reissullamme, ja tulemme varmasti käymään myös ensi reissulla. Pizzat ovat olleet joka kerta aivan loistavia, ja palvelu nopeaa ja hyvää. Pizzojen täytteet ovat suomalaisiin pizzoihin verrattuna hieman erikoisia mutta todella maistuvia.

Came here with a few friends on a Friday because of this pub’s convenient location in Fulham Broadway station. Unfortunately our experience was ruined by rude staff who made comments such as “tap your card then” and “what do want”. I wasn’t too offended by this behaviour but it obviously wasn’t pleasant.

Extremadamente ocupado. Personal antipático. Sentí prisa. Respaldo de la silla golpeado constantemente por los camareros. La comida llegaba en momentos separados. Calamari sin cocinar. Tuve que pedir fichas muchas veces. Al pagar la cuenta el camarero estaba hablando con otros miembros del personal nit tomando nota de nosotros. No quiero una carta de queja y me avisaron por correo electrónico que escucharía de vuelta del gerente de operaciones Alex - pero adivina eso - NI siquiera recibió una respuesta de él después de enviar un segundo correo electrónico. Terrible servicio. Terrible comida. Personal terrible. Ciertamente no recomendaría Zizi eso es seguro.

This is a beautiful old pub with an inviting real flame gas fire. Went with my family of 6. The food & drink’s were served very quickly. We had a combination of six different main meals & everyone was more than happy with what they ate. Five of us dessert of apple, berry & rhubarb crumble & custard which was to die for. Only hiccup was when we arrived at 7.30 there was a live band playing. Now as good as they were & the songs they played, they were rather loud & we had to shout at one another to make ourselves heard. When booking I asked for the quiet part of the restaurant as 4 of our group being 60-+ in ages weren’t to keen on loud music as we’d have to shout over it. But all in all a great pub with wonderful food & hard working staff.

Such a great spot! The staff are very friendly, Lorraine, Sue and Gary manage a great team and are always accomodating! Food is delicious and great range of drinks Bar Staff are very friendly too and bend over backwards for you.
