Sama Persian in Brent

I order two ghafghazi kebab meals. They came with no salad or grilled tomatoes, which was shown on the pictures. Tried contacting the restaurant but they DO NOT ANSWER on the number provided on their website, 020 8452 6268. They portions of chicken and lamb was also very small contrary to the pictures on the Uber eats menu. Also contacted the driver who did not help. So was a wast of money. Do not recommend.

Found Sama as we looked about for a place to eat in Cricklewood. This is a friendly, cosy little place serving good quality Persian food at reasonable prices. I would highly recommend a visit here.

Realmente decepcionado por nuestra comida de esta noche. Fue la primera vez que usamos Sama. El folleto del menú se veía bien, pero la comida era espantosa: pequeñas cantidades de cordero que estaba seco y cada plato estaba relleno con un montón de arroz poco cocido. Se añadió una escasa ensalada de forma gratuita envasada en pequeñas cajas de plástico. Innecesario y ambientalmente irreflexivo. El pan naan era más como una galleta Ryvita: duro, seco y sin sabor. Enormemente poco impresionante. No volverá a usar y no visitará el restaurante. Deben intentar mucho, mucho más. Hay tanta competencia que ofrece comida comestible.

Running late and got recommended to dine here from the workers at zaytoon across the road. (Zaytoon kitchen was closed by the time we arrived) Walk in to a fun filled lovely family party and assumed as it was a private party we would have to go elsewhere. Hosts of the party openly welcomed us and then made the restaurant staff aware. The staff so accommodating and catered for our little family without making us feel like gatecrashers. The family party was outstanding. The food was cooked to perfection and the portion sizes are very generous. Even the salad was tasty as it’s served with their own special dressing. The deco and atmosphere was fantastic. Would recommend to all. Thank you for a lovely evening!

We phones up to place an order. We asked first if they sold any Chili and garlic sauce to which the man replied yes. We placed our order and asked for the two sauces which we paid way over price for. Delivery arrives but the guy was just about to leave as the restaurant did not give him my number as I explained that I don’t have a doorbell. The amount due was way above what was told to me on the telephone and the driver was terribly rude ! We paid to get rid of him. We open our food to find that the bread is missing, the sauces are not there. I call and find myself chatting to the same man with whom I placed my order. He was beyond rude by telling me that it’s not his fault the order was wrong as he’s not a robot and that I should be more understanding about human errors. I agreed that we all make mistakes but I want a refund back for the missing items. Obviously this didn’t go down well with him and he offered 15% off on my next order which can be found online as a free promo code. I explained that I won’t be ordering from him again therefore I want my refund. He called 2 hours later (10pm) to tell me there is no driver around to bring me my refund. He called again at 1am !!!!!!!!!!!! Honestly, from the behaviour they have portrayed they are lying thieves who clearly have no conscience. I WILL BE REPORTING THEM.

Amazing food, perfect service , highly recommended, very nice environment to celebrate parties and family gathering

I ordered a delivery from this restaurant and when it was due to arrive had a call from the delivery driver telling me he couldn't find my building and that he was at a station 5 minutes walk from my house and to come and get it. I said no and that he needed to bring it to me as per the very nature of home delivery and he became very aggressive and rude and refused to bring me the food. Eventually, he met me outside downstairs but I advised him it was not really possible for me to come down for private reasons but he would not help at all and pried into explaining my reasons for this. When I met him, he was incredibly rude and practically threw my food in my face and yelled at me I would never order from here again if this is how their staff behave. Begrudgingly I ate the stew I had ordered which was oily and very average. I am Persian myself and have tried many restaurants and takeaways around London and this one is not even worth mentioning again.
