Salvatore's Bar And Street Kitchen in Leeds

This is our 2nd visit to Ambiente this year. As always, the food and service were excellent. We tried to work out which of the 6 tapas we chose won the standout dish of the day award , but concluded that they all shared first place. The super light focaccia and balsamic dip was the perfect way to start our lunch. Patatas bravas were crispy and tasty with just the right amount of aioli and bravas sauce. The carrots and hummus are taken to another level. The fish croquettes were divine. The albondigas are full of herby flavour with a delicious sauce. The beef short rib was so very tender and full of flavour. We will be back!

The food is absolutely fantastic here, the staff are lovely and such a serene atmosphere. As an iranian myself, the food me and my friends ordered, especially the lamb kebab was amazing, so much flavour and very juicy and fulfilling, worth 100% of the price!

Walked in with my hubby after getting mails and hair cut at dhops in the same strip. I wanted a nice relaxing day out. The waiter was fab however the owner or manager was sitting in the back where we were sitting and i couldnt even have a proper convetsation as he was listenting to a footy match ftom ghe sounds of it. Fonally he turned it off as prople startef to come in. However after our meal as we were starting to relax and was thinking of ordering dessert the same guy then got on hos bloody phone and put it on speaker talking to a womam for well over 30mins. Thank you for wrecking what should have been a amazing night and experience for us in your restaurant. Also i just because your not speaking in english does not mean other people will not umderstand. I normally tip and tip well and i was shocked to find out that they automatically add 7 percent to the bill without letting people know this in advance. I was shocked and find thid to be unacceptable arrogance.

Oily starter .. greasy thin tortilla.. meat dry then charged for sauce which surely should of come with the meats that had none with it. Bland and tasteless.
