Great family get together. Food was excellent, well cooked and tasty. Staff very friendly and obliging. The Salusbury is a valuable asset for the village and deserves to succeed as its community hub.

My husband and I had the salmon dish and chicken tagliatelle and my daughter had the gourmet burger. It was really tasty and great value for money! Super friendly community owned pub and will definitely be making it a regular haunt

We booked for the tapas themed menu night, food was lovely and pub had a great atmosphere. The donuts were soooo good! (So good I didn’t get a picture as they were eaten up too quickly)

Sunday lunch. Poor service and dire food. We've had fab meals here in the past but something has gone. Also, the big dining room at the back has a serious lack of atmosphere.

Went to this pub on a Saturday evening, and sat in the garden. Had good pub food and good choice for a kids menu too. Chicken Curry was tasty, as was the fish and chips. The staff also couldn't do enough to make us feel welcome. Added bonus was that they had some tremendous craft beers on keg behind the bar.

Had been told good things about this pub. Went for a few drinks Friday night. Was shocked how old, dated and scruffy it was.

Great meal from start to finish. We had the truffle mushroom soup to start and the black pudding and cheese croquette and the duo of meat roast and nut roast. Food was excellent and plentiful and the service couldn’t be more friendly. Dogs are more than welcome. Nice garden out back with lovely views. We will be back soon 👍

Another lovely Sunday lunch here again today. The team here are so welcoming and friendly...excellent value for money too. Well worth a visit.

Travelled from Hereford for a family get together in this lovely traditional pub. We enjoyed another first class Sunday lunch. Delicious food and plenty of fresh vegetables. The gravy was good too! Looking forward to our next visit.

Very friendly people and welcome dogs too. The food and service is excellent. A good range of beers,including locally crafted beers brewed by the landlord. It also provides excellent gins to suit everyone's pallet. View the menu before booking or just turn up and order like we tend to do and hope their not full up! Pizzas are highly recommended along with lots of well cooked and tasty offerings. Sue,the landlady and Chef,certainly knows how to keep people's taste buds happy!

Visited with family after reading reviews on Google and trip advisor and glad we did. Lovely little pub with very friendly staff and fabulous food. Homemade pie was delicious and the sticky toffee pudding to die for. If we are on holiday in this area again will definitely return.

Our first time inside the Salusbury, usually eat outside with the pandemic. Really nice pub and dining room. The food was very good, tasty and huge portions! Not a huge menu selection but what is on there is good. The staff on were Zach and Sarah, really nice and friendly and kept checking everything was ok. Sue the chef introduced herself which was nice and obviously wanted to make we enjoyed the meal. We will definately be back. Great value for money too!

Very disappointed will never ho there again if you are a vegan or vegetarian it will be OK not a idea village pub at all no price on the menu asked if we would like to see the menu starter was OK but needs to be hot so one very disappointing customer

I called in for a coffee twice, while on an afternoon walk from St Beuno’s: nice Americano, welcoming log fire, and friendly staff.
