I took my grandson for a special treat milkshake (we are on holiday here). He chose from the selection a milkshake costing £4.95 which is the same charge for all the shakes. The lady made it and poured t into the cup and there was a considerable amount left in the container. I asked if I could have the balance as I had paid for it but she said ‘ no’ I’d have to pay extra. I said well what are you going to do with it? And she said ‘throw it down the sink’. I couldn’t believe she then turned around and poured the balance down the sink…..when we’d actually paid for it!

Stopped by for a few milkshakes after lunch nearby. Superb menu of milkshakes on offer and the option to create your own. The order was taken efficiently by a very friendly staff member and she set to work on the shakes straight away - actually had started to prepare the shakes before we entered the shop as she knew we were deciding our options outside! The shakes were delicious with lovely bits of chocolate bar throughout and whipped cream on top. Fantastic! Ready in no time at all and absolutely no fuss.
