I ordered a meal through the website on Monday which never arrived, contacted them Tuesday the manager refuses to refund my money and got every rude and hung up on me.

DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE! Honestly if I could give this place 0 stars I would, I ordered a full vegetarian meal, as I was eating my samosas one was fine, as I bite into the second I realised it had meat in and it made me physically I’ll, So I decided to drive to the actual place only to be met with RUDE and DISGUSTING behaviour, I was told it’s my fault as I was eating the samosa wrong and I would have known that one of the samosas had meat in it I had pulled it apart! I would never usually leave a bad review but I understand mistakes can happen but this isn’t just a small mistake! No attempt to even apologise.

Had a really delicious takeaway tonight. Would really recommend their food

Beautiful chicken dansak with keema rice chips and papadoms must be one of the nicest around at the moment and good prices aswell…

Meh... This place is distinctly average. Not bad but not good either. There are many better places for an Indian takeaway in St Ives. There are some worse places as well. It is what it is - average.

Had a veg madras, didn't taste great and the veg was barely cooked (like eating raw veg in sauce). Has been like this both times I've ordered from here. Will go elsewhere next time.

All the food was really good except for the paratha and the keema nan breads they were dry and really thick, the rest was amazing. 2023 update :Used this take away again when visiting my uncle few years after first visit it was still very good delivered on time on a Saturday evening, Breads have improved, only criticism was half the grease out the fryer came with my onion baji , looking forward to using again on next visit

Enjoyed house special chicken curry and chicken baryani. So far best in St Ives.

First time customers. Won't order from them again. Order was wrong, half of the curry's missing. So everything went cold while we waited for the missing curry's to arrive. Spent over £100..no compensation just rude customer service over the phone.

Worst Indian of my life. The chicken tikka smelt and tasted like wet dog and had no taste, the naans were doughy, and the curries were tasteless with the same horrible chicken. The special fried rice looked old and reheated. Will never be getting from here again, not even worth one star.

Friendly staff and great Indian food

First time ordering from salt N spice & sadly the last . Although food arrived on time it was just lukewarm . The chicken tikka was dry , tasteless & had a taste of being reheated , I couldn't eat it . The onion bahjis were greasy , rice was ok , the passander was bland& the naan very doughy.very disappointing .

Ordered directly by phone as have food intolerances, very helpful, food arrived exactly as promised, was hot and was very flavourful. Will order from them again.

Cannot rate highly enough. Food is amazing and we have ordered several times from here over the past few months. I don't get all the negative reviews given our such positive experiences! Best Indian food we have had!

Food was disgusting! All the food came cold! The curry was like water, the chicken was rock solid and not edible. I would never pay for any food here again. Tried to call to complain and no one would answer during there opening hours. I would definitely give 0 stars.

Sides arrived stone cold, rice was stuck together, curry sauce was 95% water. Worst tasting curries I've ever tried bar none. Didn't finish any of it, all went in the bin. Would give 0 stars if possible.

If I could award 0 stars then I would. Ordered a chicken Korma from here and it smelt and tasted like sewage. Took it back and they replaced it...well, they replaced the sauce but there was no chicken in it at all.

Alright for a quick takeaway but the not the best food

I ordered a 9 50 order and the delivery was late and when it arrived I gave the driver 20£ note and he said he dint have change or £10 and was stood there looking at me for like 10 mins then he final got the change and gave me £10 in 20ps 10p and 50ps and I foned up and told them and they said my next order will be free so I foned them a few days later and they said no that I was lying. The food was cold and some was over cooked. I suggest u be careful ordering from this place. #robbingpeople. #dontoderfromhere

Best around by miles, used for a change one time, now use all the time, always fast delivery, gorgeous hot food, never had no complaints. Highly recommend
