Abysmal. Clearly under new ownership since the last time I ordered. Anemic chicken where it was once golden and crispy, barely any flavour to the piri "Sauce", and the garlic bread was so over done it could cut diamond. Probably another one of those places that's bought by money launderers, I mean it's gotta be a front for something right. Nowhere could produce food this bad and sustain a workable business.

The food arrived cold, the chips were soggy, pizzas burnt and the food arrived late.

The food here was so tasty and arrived to my home still hot as well as quickly. Some of the best pizza and chips I’ve had, the peri salt is so good! I can’t recommend this place enough, also very affordable and fair pricing.

Worse takeaway I've ordered in my life.that bad I sent it back,the manager turned up at my house(yes really)cold food,cheap battered cod,cake slice was more for a child.jacket potatoes freezing cold Just put it this way I wouldn't of even give it to my dog.never again and do not recommend to nobody

Garlic bread was just thin biscuity dough, even an amateur could’ve made it better. Pizzas are very mediocre. Picked two sauces for the shawarma and they only gave one. Shawarma was not shawarma it was just kebab and soggy chips in a thin wrap. Very disappointing. Ordered from here wanting to support local but I think another takeaway deserves this spot.

Ordered piri piri chicken thighs and a kebab box. Kebab was ok however, chicken thighs look like a box of scraps. Half portion of whatever it used to be and not spicy enough.I think it's really terrible. If you have a shortage of chicken then don't sell cut down portions. 😡

We have seen a lot of bad reviews on this place, but we ordered this for collection not delivery and we can’t fault the food. It came really hot and well cooked. The chicken wings were really juicy and had excellent flavour, the chicken strips were crispy but still juicy inside. We also ordered cheesy chips and onion rings which were also great. No faults, only took 10 minutes, would recommend collection from this place. 😊

Delivered food was very late, food was cold. Chips soggy kebab meat extremely greasy and my cat would not even eat the meat and she eats dead birds … first time I’m used this place but unfortunately I was not filled with joy.

Delivery: Chicken & rice - medium heat… BLAND. No spice whatsoever & only some added to the congealed rice for colouring. Onion salad £4 … for a plain sliced onion, are you joking?! Halloumi … good Thank god I ordered dips as this was vile for £23!

Delivery was late due to lack of drivers, so not the restaurants fault. Parts of the meal were still warm whereas others had gotten soggy and cold unfortunately.

Third time ordering food from here now, and it’s always decent grub. I usually have Peri chicken. Tonight we had pineapple and ham pizza which my other said was good. I had half peri chicken and 3 wings in hot sauce, with a side of chips and coleslaw, chips were cooked just right, coleslaw is really good, tastes and looks home made coleslaw, the chicken was cooked just right, nice and juicy and not dry like some places cook it. I personally recommend this place for sure 👍

Food was over 45 mins late and it was cold to the point we didn’t eat it ask for sauce and salad, separate in the wrap but it had everything in it only got one sauce not good experience

We initially had a problem with our food rang up and the guy was amazing. Decided he would send this out a whole new order for free which we really appreciated. Unfortunately the food that we received we just had to throw away but actually he dealt with it swiftly and listened to us as customers. The food is very reasonably priced compared to some places and we would recommend them

I've been buying from this Kebab take away since we moved in the area last April 2022. Mostly weekend take away, stayed loyal to them even when peep round me start going to Gourmet Kebab. Tuesday evening 4/12/2023 I decided to break weekend routine and buy Kebab. Bought the large, and to my surprise and anger when I opened it at home, there ws barely anything, as you can see in the photo. Non of the usual staff was there. Will never go back there and will start go to Gourmet Kebab, where I understand is better, cheaper and fresh hot food. Even if I can't drive to Gourmet I will never buy from Flames ever again.

Very poor service, used them for the very first time as a flyer was put through our door. Order took over 1hr 1/2 to arrive. I rang several times to ask where my order was. And was told it was on its way, we live 8mins from the shop and over 20 mins later it still hadn’t arrived. It was mid week so wasn’t that busy surely ? The person in the other end of the phone was no help and couldn’t even tell us where our order was. Terrible Customer Service. Meal eventually arrived an hour and 40 mins later cold 😡

What a shame… Lived on the estate for 15+ years had food when it was previously perizone what was good so thought I’d give flames a go as it’s been there a while now. I ordered the chicken burger meal ,bbq pizza meal & halumi wrap & popcorn chicken All not good at all bland lack of meat on the pizza the wrap was like a kids wrap the chips all portions all not hot been sat not cooked freshly the chicken burger was terrible more like hard pork than chicken & the roll was soggy. All in all for someone who lives around the corner this should be a local takeaway for us I won’t be returning..

Haven’t ordered in a while as the food quality wasn’t great last time, ordered again tonight and it was awful. Ordered a chicken burger and the chicken was so dry, a chunk of the burger was inedible! The chips were okay but the onion rings were undercooked and soggy. Ordered food at 6:53 and arrived at 7:15, and I’m a 10 minute drive from flames. I suspect the burger had been cooked a long time and they just rushed to stick some onion rings to an order already made. Will not be ordering again as

Food was delicious. Really impressed with the amount of chicken. If you go to Nandos the butterfly chicken is minimum but these were two big size chicken breasts. Will definately order again

Without a doubt my most favourite delivery place in all of St Neots, I order frequently, I'm a simple man, I like kebab meat, chicken donner meat and chips and every time it's delivered in a timely manner, with nice delivery drives and is always piping hot. Puts all the other kebab places to shame quite frankly.

Food was dry and tasted like it had been left out for a while. Rice tasted like play dough. Worst takeaway I’ve had in ages

Pizza over cooked tastes ok except for the extra crispy crust.says on the website free local delivery but I got charged extra for delivery even though I’m in the same town 2.2 mile from the takeaway but is it classed as local??? £16.30p for the pizza and Diet Coke with delivery I think next time I will give it a miss ..

Took 2hrs from placing order to delivery which the restaurant explained was due to a busy period. The delivery driver couldn't find our house which happens a lot so it was not their fault but my issue was how rude she was. Before I could explain where we are and that I was on my way out she barked at me "can you just come outside". I have no issue with this request and was already heading out my door when I got the call, but the rudeness of how I was asked was completely uncalled for. Food was quite cold when it arrived and generally mediocre. Ordered peri peri nuggets and got plain, dry and extremely cold ones. Think these may have been cooked when the order was first placed and left. The wrong sauce was given on our kebab and no salad was sent even though this was an extra charge. Peri peri cheesy chips were pretty good but still cold. Wanted to try a new restaurant but probably wouldn't return

Ordered the family chicken platter, extra hot and boneless chicken thighs. Lovely flavours, great portion size and arrived 10 minutes early.

The reason we’ve put good is the food was good as usual but unfortunately our salads and kids drink were forgotten and food was cold as we had to wait over 1/2 hr for a second delivery.

Food was fantastic, despite coming further than most places arrived sooner and hotter. Very pleased.

I put notes regarding what I wanted in my kebab and got It completely wrong, I pay and ask for things I want and I didn’t get anything, it made the meal horrible to eat. When I rang them about the order being wrong I could hear them in the background swearing about me. Very rude. I’d like a refund on it all as I hardly ate any of it.

Ordered with an hours delivery time but still had not arrived an hour and a half later. On calling they said it was on its way but it still hadn't arrived by the time the restaurant closed. Delivery driver eventually turner up 2 and a quarter hours after ordering but we had already given up and were heading to bed by then. No apology on calling, just saying they were really busy but seems unlikely on a Tuesday night. Really poor service.

Been waiting two hours now for a delivery that said it would take an hour. On calling they said it was just leaving but it still hasn't arrived and they have now closed for the night. No apology, really poor service.

Great food. Ordered the full Piri Piri chicken platter. Restaurant was very good at communicating where there was an issue with the order and resolved it. Food came very hot and on time. We will definitely offer again.

Delivery driver was very polite and on time. The food wasn't very tasty all the meat was chewy no flavour cold leather. Bread was nice and so was the rice although wasn't told its very spicy rice.

Lovely food but the delivery times and the fact the exact same excuse is used every time is very frustrating, ‘no one wants to cook tonight’. Two simple meals shouldn’t take over an hour and 30 mins to be delivered less than 2 miles away. I’ll make sure I collect in future!
