Amazing food, muscles fresh and cooked to perfection with an amazingly flavourful sauce. The carbonara was the best I've had. So full of flavor and fresh ingredients. Delivery quick, food lovely and hot. Prices extremely fair for big portions. My new favorite takeaway

We have had four pizza's over a couple of months from calzone so consider this a limited long term review. It's the best pizza in St. Neots hands down. Every pizza we have had has been perfect. When they can make a 15 inch meat feast pizza that leaves the box as dry as Bond's martini you know you are onto something. Their pizza's are such a step above the competition there really isn't any. Game over man. Game over. Delivery very fast at busy times, good website that avoids the app tax. Delivery driver was a gent. Try them for yourself and never go back.

Really good customer service. We live very rural ( about 4 miles from St Neots itself ) and Calzone always deliver to us where as not lots of restaurants do. Not only that, but they are prompt, polite and the food is always hot and very tasty! We are regular customers now!

We ordered delivery from them tonight and wow we were not disappointed. It was delicious! Not greasy or over floured and full of flavour. Love the flavour combinations.

Tried for first time. Unfortunately disappointed. Ordering delivery etc good but Unfortunately taste of calamari or haloumi also jalapeño cheese horrible.

Calzones is simply outstanding! Their delivery is prompt, ensuring hot and delicious food every time. The flavorful pastas and awesome salads are a true delight. 5 stars without a doubt!

I had ordered from them a few times and my last order was for a paella that I had three times previously. So I knew what to expect. But I called & politely complained to a man I believe was the manager as my last order wasn't as it should've been. He spoke with the chef and then told me that he had made it right but he hadn't! I said I wouldn't have complained if it was right. Then the man rudely said "I can't do anything. You don't have to order from us if you don't want to"! That was the WORST and most arrogant response I've ever had in any such situation. How does a paying customer deserve to be treated & spoken to like that? They obviously don't care about what their customers say & they're not bothered about losing them! Well they have lost one here as I will NEVER be in touch with them again. Avoid!

5/5/2023. Pre-ordered a carbonara and seafood paella which arrived dead on time both were piping hot and excellent. I will certainly use this company again.

Absolute shambles of a place. Incorrect order delivered. Rude owner when I called to complain try to tell me the order was correct (It wasn't). Food then arrived correctly but was cold and tasteless. I think I'd rather try and eat barbed wire whilst attempting the Hokey Cokey than order from this place again. Shocking.

Ordered online and delivered on time so no complaints there, but the pizzas weren't great. They have the right idea with interesting topping combinations but there was waaaaay too much cheese (I do like my cheese but this was excessive to the point of overpowering the other toppings) and the base was weirdly soggy and dense. We ended up just scraping off the excessively cheesy topping and eating just that as it was just too stodgy. Having left a lot and not wanting to waste food or money, I have reheated for lunch today and gave an extra blast from below in my oven which has improved the base somewhat but it still doesn't come close to other local pizzerias. We probably won't try again.

I ordered a stuff crust pizza and was quite disappointed by the quality. It arrived hot and on time (hence 3 star). I have had better oven pizzas or cheap pizzas from kebab shops. Save your money go somewhere else for a pizza.

It was not a hygienic place and the food was not tasty.

We placed our 1st order last week for delivery last night, for a special birthday celebration, and wow what a treat we received. Food arrived earlier than the requested time, beautifully presented, piping hot (apart from the salads, which were carefully packed and chilled on arrival). Mozarella sticks, wedges and jalapeno poppers all arrived carefully packed in their own little boxes, and were crispy and yummy. Prawns in the starters were huge and juicy, seafood salad was extremely generous and packed with more juicy prawns, crab, and mussels (a little tub of dressing would be nice next time maybe). Pizzas (quattro formaggio, Tropicana, prosciutto dolce, margarita) were thin and crispy with generous toppings and dips. Calzone (chicken with extra jalapenos) was enormous, well filled and delicious (much like my husband's belly by the time he'd finished it 😄). The staff were friendly and accommodating from the outset, and I'd thoroughly recommend you try them for yourself. We now have plenty of leftovers to keep us going !! Thank you so much for starting my birthday celebrations in perfect style 💗💗

Delivery was really quick, pizzas were lovely great local shop rather then dominos and Pizza Hut.

Had a pizza and carrot cake, pizza was just bland no flavour the sauce was littelly just plain tomato no herbs or anything and the toppings had no taste to it either so obviously frozen also so much grease, and the carrot cake was still frozen when it got to mine, bit concerning that they are freezing cakes

Best Spaghetti meatballs I've had in ages 😋

After seeing good reviews, we were pleased to see how true they were. Best paella outside of Spain I've ever had! Huge portion and had leftovers the next day! Calamari yummy too and very good value. Will be recommending to many and trying other things next time too.

This was our first time ordering we got the carbonara, seafood and chicken paella, kids tomatoe pasta , , , tomatoe and mozerlla salad and a cheesey garlic bread and its was absolutely delicious , super quick service, friendly staff and very generous portions sizes will definitely be ordering again 😊

Most of their ingredients currently comes from local supermarkets such as Tesco and Lidl (pasta, meat slices) which means the average customer could just make the exact same food at home without paying high prices… I know this myself as I left here because the owner wouldn’t pay his own staff. Quite concerning for a restaurant that’s just recently opened.

1st order very nice food & fast delivery on a Saturday night too what was brilliant slight mistake while reading the online menu wanted a traditional calzone but a pizza came told by the manager on the phone the traditional calzone was in the pizza section however he sent out a replacement calzone extremely quickly free of charge excellent customer service will definitely be our go to place for pizza in future.

This place is amazing . I’m not convinced the 1 star reviews are legit . Been here a handful of times (even for a large group when the boxing was on) and it never disappoints! Best in town by far , restaurant quality.

Very poor quality food overall. We ordered pizza, spaghettini meatballs and calamari. Review as follows Pizza - disgusting. Greasy, poor pizza base. Tasted awful. If you are looking for a ‘dirty’ i.e not a traditional Trattoria pizza, this is a let down. Better going to Dominos. Spaghettini meatballs - meatballs had good flavour but nothing special. Decent size portion. Not like mumma makes though Calamari- these came breaded and looked like they had fallen on the floor. I think they were actually rubber bands rolled in dirty breadcrumbs. Avoid like Prince Andrew Overall - definitely would not try this place again

Absolutely gross food! The pizza was horrible, the spaghetti and meatballs had a strange after taste and the calamari was Very Chewy and the consistency of a bagel

We had a pizza, cheesy garlic bread and chicken strippers - delicious! Garlic bread was the winner for us :) no chewy chicken which always makes things better. The pizza had a lush tomato sauce base :) we would certainly order again! A pleasant surprise !

Absolutely amazing!!! I rarely do reviews but this place needs one because no one has left one yet and people need to try this new place! We had the spaghetti and meatballs and a chicken and seafood paella. The paella is to die for and my daughter loved her meatballs! Portion sizes are very generous and amazing value for money! I didn't even think to take a photo but will upload some on our next takeout from these guys :) This is now my go to takeout! Thankyou so much calzone @ st neots!
