Delivery driver followed delivery instructions and followed up with delivery confirmation 10/10. Fried chicken was delicious, only issue was a little bit on the salty side but overall very very good.

Ordered two kebabs from Hot & spicy yesterday via just eat,they were delivered in good time but when my wife was looking at hers she found a big patch of green mould on her naan bread,I then looked more closely at mine and found the same. Rang the restaurant and was told this what happens in a tandoori oven?!!. Never ever seen that before?!!. They sent a driver round(incredibly quickly) and picked up the kebabs. No apologies from them and no refund from either!!. Just eat were sent the same pictures as I’ve put on here and still no refund!!.

Kebab was absolutely amazing, not greasy whatsoever. Wraps came labelled to make it easier and they actually acknowledged my requests. Would defo recommend 🤗

not only was it late by 45 mins after being marked as delivered, rang the shop they said give it 5 mins we are busy. no worries that's fine. rang again after 20 mins and the guy on the phone was just so rude really has no respect for there customers. when the food did eventually arrive it was stone cold and had been sat for a long time that it went all soggy. That's the first and last time I order from there

Order arrived very late… 1hr 40 mins! I called after 1 hr and was told it would be 15 mins, due to driver shortage, but took another 40 mins to arrive after that!

I was in contact with Saturday as the takeaway delivered was not cooked properly and the chicken was pink inside and I sent you picture evidence of this. I received an email back saying it would be dealt with within 48 hours. I have sent an email nearly everyday and still not heard anything. This is absolutely disgusting and if I don’t hear a response in the next 24 hours I will be taking this further because this is not acceptable and the chicken my daughter did eat before pointing it out to me

Nice chicken kebab in a man bread with salad and chilli sauce while the kids had chips and nuggets..the sauce and fresh man was lovely could of done with a little more salad and the chicken was tasty but a little dry but yes I would order again,the portions was a good size for the chips and the chicken nuggets was nice aswell….ordered through just eat and turned up about 10 mins after it was due but hey how it’s Friday was probably busy…

Not as good as I remember. I didn’t eat all the wrap because of how chewy it was, almost as if it had been over cooked. Delivery time though it was bang on time

I ordered 2 pizza take away cheese and tomato and a chicken tandoori. The pizzas had no tamato sauce at all on the pizzas. The chips tasted refried. I rang up the next day as a courtesy to explain that I was not looking for a refund but wanted to give this feedback so that further problems did not come up for the business. I spoke politely and calmly the person on the other end of the phone did not take kindly to my call so raised his voice to tell me how he ran the busiest take away in the town. I said please don't raise your voice I'm giving you feedback not asking for a refund or anything I support and want small businesses to succeed. But as he was quite aggressive over the phone I had to leave this review public.

Ordered our food for delivery at a certain time and it came early so stone cold when we finally got round to opening it just to discover the wrong drink undercooked chips and white lettuce straight into the bin and ordered a domino's AVOID!!!!!!!!!!!

My order was completely wrong. I ordered a kebab with no salad and got a kebab with salad. Also, a burger with spirals and no salad. And got a burger with salad and fries and a portion of onion rings which turned up and was another portion of dry chips. Zero level customer service.waited for my order more than 2 hours.rang the restaurant more than 27 times. 28th time they answered and he got really rude. It’s really disappointing about their service. After 30 minutes we received our order. I’m pregnant and I was starving. We ordered 2 burgers with salad. But there was no salad in one burger.and fried chicken was too salty. 0 stars to the man on the phone. Never gonna order again.

Ordered on the website gives a 60minute time for food prep and delivery, called after 45mins as delivery should have been on its way only to be told " yea I've got another 5 to do before you" was told I could pick it up instead even though I had told him I can't as I had covid!! Told him to cancel the order then had to call back again as order not cancelled, when I said it hadn't been done he said oh you want to cancel? Apparently the reason for this is because of new year. Not the first time I've had this deliveries are always late!

Previously ordered from here through JustEat with no issue apart fro the delivery being late, gave them a second chance again ordered through justeat no issue. Waiting time stated a maximum of 1 hour and 15. 60 minutes later still no food despite being a very small order. I called up and they stated my food was on it way right to me, however 20 minutes later still nothing (baring in mind the distance is 10 minutes max). Called again and received a very rude and argumentative guy claiming that they have a 1 hour 30 waiting time for delivery service. This isn’t true as I checked on JustEat saying it was 75mins. I wouldn’t recommend this place and your better of going hungry. The food was cold when it arrived, on par with the average and the Service was shocking with rude and inconsiderate communication. If your unable to fulfil orders don’t accept them!

Wouldn’t leave any stars but it wasn’t an option. Ordered through just eat (I order often from these too) and my phone autofiiled my work address rather than home. Rang the restaurant and they were denying they even had the order, despite them already confirming via email, told me to cancel via just eat but they wanted to charge 50%, the man at hot and spicy said I was lying when I explained this, still saying they didn’t have our order at all. He got really rude and I felt as if he just wanted to take the money and not deliver the order. We had to ring 3 times and eventually they said they did have the order and changed the address. Driver delivered an hour later and was really apologetic regarding the other man on the phone who had behaved disgusting towards us. 5 stars to the driver. 0 stars to the man on the phone

Sadly used to be the best but the chips seem to arrive under cooked all the time and the food quality gone. Price gone up aswell. As a regular customers I'm no longer eating from their unless it improves which is sad as was my favourite and go to takeout.

First time tried Hot & Spicy, Kebabs in Naan were good in size and tasted very nice, didn't really like the hot wings, didn't really seem fresh. Still would give them 4 stars for the kebabs.

Used to be okay but cost has increased, have to order more for delivery and the last couple of pizzas/calzones were mainly bread with very little topping/filling. I won't visit again but as always your mileage may vary 😬

Not normally one to complain but please make sure the delivery drivers understand the importance of social distancing. After ticking the box for my food to be left on the doorstep the delivery driver was basically in my face as I opened the door and just handed me my food. Not impressed!!

Disgusted with the service Earlier today I have Ordered 2 large chicken doners with chips And unfortunately instead of getting large chicken Doner with chips we got large chips with little sprinkle of meat. Pizza base wasn't cooked properly and wow before eating it we discovered a short brown hair on slice. It's absolutely disgusting how they treating their customers I have called in to complain about the portion of chips and sprinkle of meat and all the can say was don't like it don't eat it. Im paying £5.50 for large portion so i would expect reasonable amount of meat and chips.... not large portion of chips and little peaces of meat springled on top underneath salats. Shame on you....... totally unhappy i will never order from them again they are a joke. I admit this time i have to give 1 star to the delivery driver. Apart of him its big fat 0

Ordered at 6.10pm, said delivery at 7.10pm, order goes through and says 7.45pm, called the restaurant 70 times (screen shot the call call log) and no answer. Food turned up at 8.55pm, kids in bed asleep hungry, sent the driver away with the food. Absolutely the worst takeaway service I've ever used. Do not use ever, you have been warned.

Seriously? Order placed at 5:30pm for a delivery GUARENTEED at 6:15pm. Cut to 7:20pm and the food finally arrives... Stone cold. Not even so much as an apology for being late. The delivery service is an absolute joke, and rest assured, we will NOT be ordering from here again. Appalling. It’s a shame Google doesn’t offer minus stars, because this place definitely deserves one

What a dissatisfying service. My pizza arrived frosty and malnourished. I then complained to who I assume was the owner of this establishment. This person was incredibly and made some choice comments about me over the phone. I shall certainly avoid this restuarant moving forward and would advise all onlookers to do the same.

Had a takeaway from here a few times now. Always picked up but they do deliver. Food is always nice. The prep is good so when u get home it's nice not greasy at all. The staff are friendly. Once was when it was really hot the manager gave me a free drink and stood talking to me outside

Kebab go to place in St Ives! Donner and chicken shish combo wrapped in a naan was amazing. Nice chilli sauce as well, not too hot but just enough spice. Delivery within 35 minutes on separate occasions. Would highly recommend.

Soggy wings, dirty looking place

Terrible, so bad i threw what i ordered away. Meat and chips - undercooked and just poor quality. The guy who served me was eating when i came to collext my food and was spitting food as he was speaking. The whole place just looks dirty and sub par. Shane really, a little more effort and it could have potential

We ordered a doner kebab from this place. I can only describe it as mush. From the little we did force down, we ended up violently sick for 2 days. Avoid!

Online app is rubbish have to write your address number each time you order. They still make your food even tho the house number doesn’t exist and you then phone them and tell you they have already tried ringing which is a lie. Then to make it worse they blame you for them making food for a address that doesn’t exist tell you they will deliver the order to you but then send you the same food they didn’t deliver to you a hour before. If I was you I would stay clear worst £20 I have ever spent

Order was stone cold. Ordered a sheesh kebab (assuming this includes peppers mushrooms etc, apparently not !) in pitta with onion tomatoes cucumber chilli sauce and garlic sauce... received soggy chicken chunks in pitta with garlic sauce cabbage and a few slivers of onion. Also ordered chilli cheese bites which had they not been stone cold could possibly have been very nice.

I'd give them a zero if i could. Been waiting over an hour for my order so far... granted it's late at night. But waiting over an hour for three pizzas is ridiculous
