Sent to wrong address never got order

Customer service is shocking first guy started laughing and ignored me while taking my order second stuff member was very rude after trying to add to the order as she had completed it before I was done so left and went to burgerking instead customer service was miles better there

The driver took so long doing other deliveries that it was stone cold when it arrived.

I was sat downstairs by the front door. Nobody knocked! We found it 20 mins later outside the front door. Rubbish

order was wrong missing items and was barely warm

Just got back from a 9 hour drive and waiting for food it is saying delivered but we have nothing here!!

Food arrived cold as packed with a cold soft drink and cold side order isn’t about time KFC followed McDonald’s and sent hold and cold in separate bags

Bad customer service. New girl was complaining under her breath that she didn't understand my order because she was jumping to conclusions instead of properly listening to what I'm saying. Train your employees to listen more attentively.

Chicken as always was great , not dry . but oh dear the fashionable un peeled chips are quite frankly some of the worst I have ever tasted, dull , bland not crispy in ANY way, barely warm and truthfully a dismal and pathetic effort . KFC used to produce magnificent hot crispy chips but some moron in the head office kitchen ( probably a vegan ) thought the above would be a good idea . It isnt .

You have to eat in a hurry, no matter how much you spend, no leeway. Should be more time for parking than one hour

Disgusting! Went in to get food after a long journey, and nearly as we were almost home popped in for a takeaway but nearly threw up. The ladies quite obviously hadn't been checked all day. When we got the food, we were appalled. Chips were inedible, and the chicken was undercooked and greasy as hell. We will not be using that one ever again & advise friends not to either

Chips were soggy and my can of drink was inside the bag with the food

It feels like the wings were sitting on the counter for three days and then someone put them in the fryer again. Love the burger tho xx

changed my rating to 5 star in service because of guy who works here ‘Jay’/‘Jas’ what a lovely bloke, he knows what truly is customer service and customer delight. we were offered wrong order and the person at the counter who actually took our order had no clue about it, Jay looked at the order quickly and sorted it out for us very quickly. This outlet needs more of ‘Jay’ or ‘Jas’.

Quick delivery and delicious food!!! The service could better quality if you were to provide a plastic fork with the salad box and the drink is also not that cold. Thanks

I only got half my order and all I was told is get a refund from just eat. That doesn’t feed the other people that didn’t get their food. Just Eat need a better way to sort this out

Absolutely terrible. Staff were rude, chicken was well over cooked, ice cream machine broken, again, TOILETS WERE DISGRACEFUL!!!

Main part of a meal (burger) was missing, reported it and currently waiting on response, wouldn't of bothered but this is not the first or second time.

Awful service. An hour and a half late. Just sat “preparing food” for over an hour with no courier. It said 25 mins originally which is why I ordered. Food was no good by the time we got it as had to leave for work. If I could give no stars I would!

We ordered 3x zinger meals, each with popcorn chicken and orange juice. we only got 2/3 of the orange juice and popcorn chicken.

I ordered 1 additional recipe chicken, and 1 mini fillet burger, only 1 additional mini fillet burger came, my additional 1 recipe chicken didn't come, and also I didn't get still water in my colonel's meal package

We had the fastest service in a history of fast-food here. Plobably because they are not as busy sometimes. But large bucket of chicken under 10 seconds was impressive and funny at the same time.

Chicken was dry, missing gravy which was an extra £2.50 so it should be in there very disappointed would like money back and also missing bbq chicken dips very disgusted with the food

Very bad service! We ordered four meal deals by drive Thru but after we left and started looked in the bag. Then we realised that two portions (sweet corn and chips) of sides are missing and the portion of chip is very small (like half of normally). then the food were not packed properly so we have to separate out ourselves from the big bag. finally no tissue was offered at all. imaging people eating KFC without tissues to clean their hands.

driver was rude and downright terrible, him being late made the food cold and ruined, delivery time kept being extended too

Kept pushing back time and took over an hour from ordering. Would have been much quicker to collect ourselves. When food arrived, it was all cold. Diet pepsi was provided instead of normal Pepsi in error. We would like a full refund given the poor quality of food and time taken, especially when we had 4 children to feed and get to bed!

Why do you not update what you are selling on line and what you are selling in the restaurant. You have not update what you are selling since 2022. It's now 2024 , so up date.

Dreadful tonight, so bad in fact I walked out as they couldn't take any orders from the app or take contact less payments. The staff didn't care

The food was good, but advertised as open to dine in until 10pm, yet by 19:30 the whole seating area is cleared up; wiped down and mopped with a sign saying takeaway only. When I asked why I could not eat in the reason was because they have a cleaning!! Surely you would clean from 10-11 where the inside closes and just drive thru? Would make more sense. I'm sure it's not general KFC practice to shut an two hours early to clean,

Delivery was ok but I put in a message for No Cheese as I can’t eat Dairy and they ignored sent burger with Cheese and couldn’t remove as melted onto burger. Burger was also cold.

The food was stone cold I sent the food back I expect a full refund

Sadly this KFC has now missed half the order both for me and a friend on numerous occasions leaving us paying up to £20 for half a meal ... The only reason I'm giving it 2 stars is because the woman over the phone truly seemed to apologise and try to help but it's impossible so again left to pay top dollar for half a meal for 2 fully grown adults. Awkwardly trying to share half a drum stick isn't quite what I was hoping for.

Visited the drive-tru and picked up a boneless feast box. Drove 5mins home to find the chips and popcorn were cold. Service was nothing special. For £20.99 I expected better. Avoid.

Highly recommend for tasty chicken

It’s a bit of a shame that each time I order for delivery I get the worst and smallest pieces of original pieces (this time I got 2 tiny wings) and yet when I go in person I get more standard or larger pieces.
