Preciosa, buena comida, lo recomendaría, reservamos una mesa como era el sábado por la noche, pero podría haber entrado. Muy buen servicio.

¡Siempre increíble! Desde el servicio hasta la comida nada puede fallar. Es una comida tan sabrosa que es nuestro restaurante japonés favorito en el sur. ¡Iría más seguido si pudiera!

Llamamos aquí después de un show alrededor de las 10 pm. La comida es de una calidad excepcional, el servicio es genial, tanto que llamamos allí para almorzar al día siguiente antes de salir de la ciudad. Muy recomendable.

Muy buena comida japonesa auténtica en un entorno agradable. Platos de sushi y fideos sabrosos y frescos. Sin duda volvería de nuevo.

Experiencia encantadora. Desde el momento en que entras se te hace sentir realmente bienvenido, la decoración es preciosa y el ambiente tranquilo. El sabor y la consistencia de la comida son de lo más agradable, todo sabía fresco. Y por último, pero no menos importante, muy buenos precios por la experiencia de alta calidad que recibe. ¡Gracias!

Maravillosa decoración, comida fresca y anfitriones increíblemente educados y maravillosos. Llegué allí bastante tarde en el día, buscando un lugar para comer, y el anfitrión fue increíblemente amable de dejarme quedarme un poco más allá del cierre. Los fideos Tonkatsu eran abundantes, el té de jazmín caliente y el wasabi fresco! Una gran experiencia para un viajero solo.

Amplio menú, que viene con ayuda para averiguar lo que te gusta, buen ambiente con buena comida. Lo recomiendo encarecidamente.

Muy acogedor e íntimo. Personal encantador. La sopa Miso, el katsu de cerdo y la selección de 16 piezas fueron todos excelentes (Pulpo masticable era solo un poco abajo). Definitivamente volveré aquí.

La comida estaba muy bien presentada, tan fresca y muy sabrosa. Todo está cocinado por encargo, pero no tuvimos que esperar mucho. La señora que estaba sirviendo era tan servicial y tan agradable con nosotros. Fue un gran final para un cumpleaños encantador

Tomamos algunos sushis para llevar, vegetales y estaban muy buenos. La comida que se servía en el restaurante olía y se veía delicioso. Esperamos volver un día más.

I live around the corner and come here whenever I can. Hong is lovely as usual. It is soooo nice to sit outside in the sunshine with a glass of chilled wine, enjoy their fabulous Tempura Prawns, Chicken Teriyaki and sushi with my favourite book. Lost count of the number of visits but always return when I can. Keep up the great work ( and food!!) Wendy.

Excellent, authentic Japanese food and friendly service. We will definitely be back for more - this is by far the best Japanese restaurant in the area.

We are in the area on a little break and walked into the restaurant without a booking. We were sat down and the staff were so welcoming! The service was so polite and so attentive. The food was delicious!! We had sushi, ramen and dumplings with sake, I honestly can’t get over how amazing the food was! It was so tasty and genuinely could be the best ramen either of us have ever had, every part of the meal was so flavourful, I would 100% recommend going here.

Amazing food, atmosphere and service. Couldn't have asked more from any staff who went above and beyond to make our experience wonderful. Well priced and good value for money.

If any families with young children want to attend, they better feed them before going (why would you if you all wanted to dine there!?) Don't go there hungry. Avoid, avoid, avoid! We had a little time before our train today and our eldest son (7) wanted to go on the West Cliff Lift. So we thought to go to Sakura Terrace for quick lunch. Our youngest son (3) was hungry and made a little noise upon entry. The lady server came out from the kitchen. It was 12.30pm, they had just opened at 12pm for lunch. There were only about 4 tables with guests (mostly couples, one in the middle with a kid a little younger than our eldest). Definitely not busy. The Chinese lady server didn't offer us a table and instead rather than greet us went on to say that she wasn't sure when the food would arrive as there was one person in the kitchen and it was busy - basically suggesting she couldn't serve us, especially with hungry children. She couldn't say how long any wait would be and literally opened the door for us to show us out. Amazing behaviour. None of us were impressed, our kids are not easily disappointed but were left puzzled by the lady's demeanour and behaviour. The worst service and we hadn't even sat down in the restaurant The sad thing is we have family members who live minutes away who recommended this place. Interesting that this place has some good reviews as it's pretty clear this is not authentic Japanese run especially with the way guests were engaged by staff. Lucky 7bone Burger Co welcomed us warmly with open arms and we all had a fantastic lunch before our train back to London. Zero star rating for Sakura Terrace - massive 👎🏽 for this place.
