Tables: all dirty Coffee: disgusting Sandwich: low quality Service: no one behind counter for long periods

I visited this cafe 3 months ago and gave it a poor review. Visited again today and it was excellent. Friendly and helpful staff, nicely cooked and presented hot breakfast, reasonably priced and clean tables. Excellent all round. I’ve found cafes can be different every day, depending on the person cooking and the person on the counter. Todays staff were excellent, helpful, friendly, and professional.

Was told 15 minute wait for bacon sandwich. Waited nearly 40 minutes for a luke warm sandwich. 2 small slices of bacon on a roll for £3 not great value. Staff were OK. Food rubbish.

Clean, awesome breakfast, eggs and bacon done right, quick service and dirt cheap. Loved it.

Nowhere near as good as it should be how this place is still operating with this level of service is s mystery

Not as good as it use to be.Meals have increased in price and not the same portions.Food only Luke warm.At on time if you ordered lasagne it came with garlic bread know only comes with a very poor side salad and no salad dressing is available.

If only they'd get the coffee service sorted out! You can wait in a LONG queue to order food, whilst the 1st person gets served only coffee, if you order food and coffee well expect to wait especially at peak times

A handy break from shopping to refresh

Food alright, fairly quick service.

They do good breakfasts here. Make sure you get in early to fill you up for the day.

Called in whilst my wife went in the store shopping. I had coffee and a tea cake. They were both very nice. Served by a beautiful young lady. Who had really good manners and was very polite. I'll add her name next time I visit. People will say. It's her job! She has to be nice and polite . But you can tell when someone means it. The cafe was nice and clean. Overall a nice experience. Well done .

Good food, but WiFi is rubbish.

Comfortable, cozy resaturant with a quick, friendly service. Plenty of space and choice.

Food ok service can be a tad slow

Slow service from a staff member who didn't seem to care and virtually all the tables dirty and/or uncleared during a very quiet period. Disappointing.

Tables dirty and sticky.... food poor, dry and tasteless... expensive as well. Coffee was good.

It's OK, but my food was cold and greasy. I guess greasy food might taste better if it was hot. The staff are really nice, the food is mediocre at best. The drinks are extremely over priced, at I've £2 for a bottle of coke, you may aswell be at the seaside!

Good food but why does it take so long queing for it and waiting for it. Always same since cafe opened. Eats into your 1 hr lunch break.

Free parking easy access variety of things to purchase.

Food okay but it's too uncomfortable as it's like eating while being in a refrigerator. Took me 2 hours to defrost.

Enjoyable restaurant to meet and eat with family and friends.

A bit on the slow side for service. However drinks and food are good and they have even got Vegetarian and Vegan dishes on the menu. Better than some restaurants. Well done Sainsburys.

This is my 1st meal here that I wouldnt give 10/10. I had a jacket potato with cheese. The jacket was tiny and hardly any cheese. Staff nice as usual. Perhaps changed the cook??

Maybe I got them on a bad day but it took almost 20 minutes just to order and half an hour+ after that to get the food. The new potatoes were so hard, that during an attempt at cutting into one, the knife skidded off sending all but one small bite of my quiche onto the floor. Gutted as that was the only edible part of the meal. Perhaps I should have said something but I was so hungry and it had all taken so long for such a poor offering that I just went home and got something there instead.

Some of the staff on the cafe are so slow doing basic coffee long queues but very friendly and nice food

Nice clean modern cafe, and good choice of food. Very good value
