standard large Sainsburys with good sized car park. has a mini Argos at the back on the left. also has a timpson outlet in a hut in the car park. Also has an attached Starbucks.

Fed up with Sainsbury’s selfserve check out!! Most time the machines are down When will these stores actually listen to their customers. Popped in after worn for a few but (-4) and it took me 20 mins to get out of the store!! I shop here frequently and it’s ALWAYS THE SAME!! Sort it out.

No scanners yet again, why bother having the scan as u shop tills?! Found staff more interested in chatting at the self service tills than willing to assist when my light shows red!

Very nice since the refurb. Ample parking, great experience. Good prices, and quality, when compared to ASDA. Now, with the Nectar prices, it's even better value! Fantastic staff, very helpful. My preferred shop now, better value than ASDA or Tesco.

Not sure what the issue is with this store as never encountered any persistent problems at the Maidenhead store. Its the norm for this store's shelves to be empty of eggs and organic full fat milk. It seems always understaffed. No one to slice bread in the instore bakery today.

Had a 12-1 slot to pick up a sushi order. The sushi counter was closed when I arrived at 12.15. Unprofessional. And a waste of my time

Visited on a Saturday morning. Not too crowded. Well-stocked. Clean and tidy. Wide variety available. In-house bakery. Argos collection point. Modest selection of homeware and some clothing too.

Rude staff. Very unhelpful. Limited ranges of products. Go there as better car park than other supermarkets in the area, but otherwise would have given one star.

Bunch of idiots!!! how can you make some wait 4 hours for home shopping delivery and it doesn't even come .Then I had to ring customer service because they cant be even bothered to contact me. I rang them and I asked what's going on with my delivery but they don't have a clue about my order ?. Incompetent management never seen worse in my life!!!!. Stay away from this Sainsbury's if you want to do home shopping delivery!!!!!! Now I have to wait for even next day delivery or refund what waste of my time it would off been quicker if I went and got shopping by myself.

They have everything you could want clothes, food garden. Then grab a coffee on the way out

Spacious shopping with huge amounts of products

Plenty of parking, starbucks attached to it, which is always nice if you have the time. Clothing sold here. argos in the middle of the store. Only negative is if you are like me and do an enormous weekly shop for family on a Friday and would benefit from going to a staffed till as you trolley is groaning under the weight, there are usually only 1 or 2 open which is a nightmare. There are vast areas dedicated to self service tills even larger shops, which is great if you have a handful of items. I now do weekly shopping at the Tesco superstore 5 min drive away as they offer a lot of fully staffed tills, and their prices are more competitive.

I've noticed that when you order groceries via Uber it's always vegetables and fruit of very poor quality that start to spoil, it's happened to me twice

I picked up my collection on 6th November and returned 4 items which were sub-standard. I was told by the staff member to leave them in the crate. I telephoned a few days later and was told it would take 5 days to process. Today 21st November the items still hadn't been refunded. I had to call again to be told the items had not been processed. Beware that shop-lifting can work in the opposite direction. If I hadn't checked, Sainsbury's would have stolen from me and gotten away with it. I am glad I took this photo as I trust nobody.

Visits to store like this reminds me why I like shopping at Aldi.. Takes ages to pay... Slow service at the tills, self checkouts overcrowded and you can use trolley ones if shopping with the basket even if trolley checkouts are free

It's Sainsbury's. You know what you get

Filthy, filthy store. Filthy toilets. My shoes were slippery on the ground because it was so filthy. Rubbish on the floor, everywhere. Slippery entrance, Asian parents dragging their children, what more to tell.

Just a normal sainsburys but the staff at this branch less polished than most and don't seem to proud of service levels or appearance of the store or themselves

Dear Sainsbury’s Customer Service, I am writing to express my extreme dissatisfaction with a recent experience at one of your stores, which has left me both frustrated and out of pocket due to your poorly worded coupon fine print. I visited your store with the sole intention of using a discount coupon, only to discover after making a purchase that the coupon terms were misleading. The fine print was far from clear, and as a result, I ended up purchasing alcohols that I neither needed nor wanted, at a far greater cost than anticipated. This situation is absolutely unacceptable, as the discount was the entire reason for my visit. Had the terms been clear, I would never have proceeded with such a purchase. I expect a brand like Sainsbury’s to be transparent and accurate in their promotions, but this experience has proven otherwise. Your unclear terms not only misled me but also caused me undue stress and financial inconvenience. I urge you to ensure that future coupons are worded properly to prevent such occurrences for other customers. I request an immediate review of compensation that may be possible for the unwanted purchase and expect a proper resolution to this matter, as I am sure you would agree that this situation should never have happened in the Looking forward to your prompt response and swift action. Love Sainsbury's as cheaper than Tesco express

Go here for a miserable shopping experience. Far too many self serve machines with more red lights flashing than Amsterdam. Then when you think you can escape ypu have to scan the till receipt you just put away.

I forgot my PIN number when paying for my Smart shop. I was waiting for my son to arrive to pay as once the shopping is loaded, it can’t be cancelled and then re-loaded. I was in a bit of a flap but Sandyha was just lovely. Helpful and friendly. I appreciated her understanding and friendly smile.

Well deserved 5 ⭐s... To a good medium-sized Sainsbury's, with all the various checkouts & amenities of any large store. They still have a good range of products from pens to peanuts, cantaloupes, to candles & beans to bath towels, etc... 😆. Friendly staff, as I find is the norm in the majority of the Sainsbury's stores (& petrol stations/delivery services) I've visited(/used) in the last few years.. not including Argos - that one's a different review altogether 😉. Sainsbury's could teach some of their competitors (mentioning no names 🤐), a thing or two about 'customer service' 🤔. Keep up the good work Sainsbury's 👌, you're almost 🆙 there with the lofty heights of Waitrose (who are almost impossible to beat!) 😊.

Forgot my nectar card and although I can log in to my sainsbury app and this is attached I could not get the Information to use in store. Staff said nothing they could do, quite disappointed as I would have wanted to get nectar prices. Decided to use an alternative supermarket so they lost out on a significant weekly shop, I'm pretty sure they won't care but I will not forget.

First time at this Sainsbury's so didnt know where anything was. I asked the security guy where the coffee shop was and he ignored me!. Asked again and he grumpily pointed his finger in the direction of it. Shop was typical of the usual Sainsbury's but they need better customer care for sure.

Left a barely audible message saying delivery order cancelled. Called central Customer Service to be cut off 3 times without speaking to anyone. When I called the Taplow store the same thing happened. This order is for a vulnerable person so not impressed with the lack of access to discuss when the order can be delivered

SL15 Saturday morning against problems with my order. I can’t complaining can’t contact them. I have hearing loss and tinnitus. We are disabilities. I sent many time replay email but I got back postmaster it’s not email address no correct Customerservices but we got duck the heart and leave there was green smell all the bag strove to bin sent pictures but I got back reply email postmaster email. It is completely outrageous and discriminatory that such a large company does not have an easily accessible e-mail or Tex message & WhatsApp application where you can send photos and communicate in writing. I found the Facebook page and thought I wouldn't post the pictures of green liver and green heart there. Why can't the email sent after the invoice include the contact information and the reply email if something is missing or the entire product is smelly and dirty? Not first time!!!! Absolutely discrimination for people leaving with hearing issues

Great range of produce, had until recently been shopping at Tesco and Asda but found their ranges inconsistent. Sainsbury offered a welcome change.

Better than the local store across the road. And there's a timpsons shoe shop on the premises.

Worst place for Uber pick ups. Longer waiting times for drivers. Staff are not allocated or they don’t have a clue.

We do often our shopping here. Always nice and helpful stuff. They usually have everything we need

Lovely staff. Shame about the self-service checkouts that are taking over the store. They don’t work, are dehumanising and ruin the shopping experience. Prices are up and yet customers are now expected to do the check out work too. What next, stacking the shelves? And it’s proven that self-checkouts increase theft, so why is Sainsbury intent on reducing staff hours and continuing with their implementation? Disgraceful.

Quick place to shop using the nectar card and there fast checkout system. The Nectar card has some very good prices and good bonus points as well. Today I used £20.00 of Nectar points to pay for the goods I purchased. A good bit was due to me taking advantage of using the app to buy petrol at Esso stations. I got most of the things I wanted although one or two were out of stock Went today and got everything I wanted.

Shopping experience is ok. Store is tired, and often untidy. I really would wish that they would water their plants. Most of their plants are dying. They NEVER water the pot plant trays. The pots are always dying, especially in the summer. As a plant lover, it is heart-breaking. Their flower displays are usually very good - shame they can't manage the potted plants!

Good range of branded and own brand goods. Fruit & veg stock isn't as varied as Tesco and no fresh fish or butchery. Nectar points and shopping by scanner are a bonus. Given up on Sainsbury as Tesco have much better selection across all items and cheaper than Sainsbury

I was taken here by friends and it isn't normally a place I would go as it is quite far from where I live. My impression of it is that it is a well stocked and we'll laid out garden centre but my main purpose there was for lunch. I had a ham and cheese panini with a delicious cappuccino. The staff are friendly and helpful and the reasonably priced and varied menu would entice me to go there again. Premises very clean and attractive so unsurprisingly it is very popular 👌

I called Sainsburys on the phone to check an item in stock. The person who answered the phone was very professional. Very helpful. Went over to the item and talked me through what they had as options. They didn’t have what I was looking for, but I have to say his, Customer Service was absolutely on point. I didn’t take his name but I would like to say thank you and the call was today the 30th of January around eight 8 o’clock in the evening. .

Easy parking plenty of disabled spaces ,near to entrance . Plenty of smaller trolleys wide Isles . No carts or piles of boxed left in the Isles staff are knowable when i ask where do I find such and such . And actually take me to the Isle and not just point . Staff on tills actual look up at you not just do the job an automatic mode . All together worth a trip out

Clean and some staff are very friendly. It's the car park that needs cleaning and what a night mare parking on Friday otherwise all good .

It's a shame that the RBWM run car park is unreliable with the payment machines. You can also place bets on 1 of the following not to be working - Lifts/Travellator/Toilets just let's it down.

Don't regularly shop at Sainsbury's as deals on food seem to be a lot better at Tescos or Asda, however I have stopped at this branch when I'm in desperate need of something. The actual store is a bit dingy. Don't think any money has been put into it for a while. The car park is spacious and I love that there are lots of family spaces available. I generally find a family space even on busy days. The supermarket serves its purpose but I wouldn't go out of my way to shop here. Self service needs to be looked at again and possibly changed. The area is too small and you're constantly knocking into others in the area. Even worse when I have the pram with me! And why on Earth, do you have to scan your receipt to get out?!? It creates a queue in an already jam packed area! It's a completely pointless system unless it's installed at the main doors, as most shoplifters would probably just go back out through the front entrance or through the Starbucks. Please just consider removing it altogether as it completely puts me off using the self service area, which will put more pressure on your till staff!

Nice large store. There are plenty of items available to buy. The staff are helpful and friendly. I am not a regular visitor to the store and found it very good.

They now insist that you scan your receipt to leave. It’s bad enough that they make you scan your own shopping (there are never enough tills open) but they now imply that you are trying to steal after you have done their work for them. Tesco still work in a way that suggests they don’t think all their customers are theives.

Absolutely beyond the pits ! NOT ONE TILL open and all full trolley shops being done on the self service ! Then proceeeded to be abused by other customers who rightly were annoyed because the queue was now super long ! Seriously it’s easy to see how Sainsbury’s has absolutely lost its status ,woeful and beyond appalling! The lad on the customer service desk was lovely he’s been there years and in all honesty he should be the manager not the 12yr old I spoke to !
