El personal es tan grosero! Algunos bonitos. Al gerente no le importa cuando te quejas. Guardias de seguridad son odiosos He gastado tanto dinero en esta tienda, a diario. Todo el personal necesita capacitación en atención al cliente en lugar de ponerse del lado de los colegas y empeorar las situaciones. ¡Miembro del personal empezó a llamar a una amiga chica blanca! ¡Porque no la vio pagar por una bolsa! Al gerente no le importaba.

Visited the store today for the first time in months, expecting to have a coffee followed by shopping. However a sign on the staircase said the cafe is permantly closed. The store itself on Wednesday 10.30 was practically deserted.

One of the employee made such a fuss for one of their plastic bags at my till that apparently was not scanned correctly, while letting others next to me walking away with bags they did not pay (as took them after they swapped their cards).. eventually I took out everything in it and carried the shopping in my uni backpack as felt attacked. For 30p just let it go if you see it wasn't done on purpose, it won't ruin your business..

Hace lo que dice en la lata. Trabajo británico a precios razonables: comida estilo café para hombres. Muy popular entre los trabajadores de Thames Water SuperSewer y las personas del centro BT en la otra dirección. Me han dicho que hay una buena fritura, ¡pero eso no es algo que comiera jamás!

Quite patronizing , also disturbing this hidious CONTINUOUS announcement .. « Hold thé handrails whilst travelling « What is it mean ? I have had this annoying voice in my ear every 30 seconds.. never gone back ... quite insulting constantly to be told ... We all know Brits want to be different ... come on be different for the right reason dudes

1C Oaklands GroveMe he pasado el café en un número de ocasiones y admirado el exterior como en el interior. En esta ocasión nos metimos en, ni sonrisas, ni hola, ni cómo puedo ayudarle desde el personal detrás del mostrador. Le pregunté a la chica detrás del mostrador lo tés tenían y me dijeron, 'está en la junta. El café no estaba lleno del todo, solo un cliente sentado y otro grupo esperando a ser servidos. Como nos sentamos a otro grupo de mujeres que yo describiría como Notting Hill tipos configurados llegamos y nos recibieron con, "Hola señoras, ¿cómo puedo ayudar?" y cuando se fueron, 'Buenas mujeres bye '. Como mi hija y yo fuimos, nada - ni un pío!

65 New Kings RoadReally like this place for a few drinks, it's very cosy, has a real open fire and it's great to have a few pints or a glass of wine, however i wasn't blown away by the menu and actual food.

22 Aldensley RoadTypical high quality London chic. Excellent food not much nod to allergens though for dairy and pulse free. Knowledgeable about wines with an expectation that people will take time to enjoy the meal. A very pleasant experience.

19 Upper MallVery expensive, considering how tiny the portions were, we were left sitting for 20 mins to pay at the end. Of course staff were busy, but they weren’t very friendly. Roast came with barely any gravy only TWO roast potatoes and tiny bit of chicken see picture for £23 bit of a rip off. A real shame bc I was excited to try the dove, and treat myself to a roast but at this price for this little food - it’s insulting.
