Phoned saying if there open and taking orders went there and the man said they weren’t taking anymore orders even thought we asked on phone we were which wasted our valuable time

The food was good and we ordered before this time we went to collect and was told it was going to be about 10-minutes but it was much longer. Overall worth the wait.

The food in this place is gorgeous. The flavour of everything is spot on. I’ve been here numerous times and have finally got round to reviewing it because I thought I’d recommend it to whoever reads this review! We got bread rolls to start with steak sauce- fabulous. We had a chop and chicken platter and a tawa for four as our main and all of these items were delicious! The lamb chops in this place are to die for. The only small niggle that I have is that the portion sizes are not the best for what you pay. The chicken in the platter was quite small and as was the size of the tawa. I’ve definitely seen bigger portions for the same price. But otherwise, everything was so flavourful and hot when served! Some of the other reviews have mentioned that there is a limited number of staff which slows the service down- this is true as I’ve had to wait well over an hour for my food in the past. But if you don’t mind waiting whilst it is busy I guess this wouldn’t be an issue. The food is definitely worth the wait!

Visited on a Saturday evening, manager was very welcoming and provided great service. Would definitely visit again.

The service is absolutely appalling,I sent my sister here two weeks ago with her husband and they waited 1 hour 45 minutes for food.the waiters told them the reason for the delay is because the owner had just walked in with bunch of his friends so they had to serve them first.no professionalism to this at all and wouldn’t recommend anyone going here again as evan the food standard isn’t the best either.

Went for a Tava meal for 4. After 15mins of seating we were advised we would have to wait over an hour as the lamb from suppliers arrived late. The service was very average, the atmosphere was poor, decor was very average. Though the food when it finally arrived was good, it wasn’t a great dining experience and we weren’t offered any discount or extras for the wait we had to endure, we will probably try another venue next time.

We had a tava delivered for a birthday meal which consisted of a good variety; lamb Karachi, chicken Karachi, kebabs, chicken tikka, chicken wings with sundries. All of which were superbly cooked... a true taste of punjabi cuisine. Thank you.

Rubbish customer service, no manners at all. The owner and the staff have no respect for their customers or know how to talk to their customers. Will not be going or ordering from this restaurant again. Really disappointed 😞

Just had the smash burger, from a recommendation of a friend. They mentioned it was just like Five Guy's I thought to myself it can't be, Five Guy's being my go-to place for burger's and fries. Well, packaging, looks and taste all on a par with five Guy's. The fries could have been better, but I went for the burger anyway and no complaints at all. Polite staff and from the looks of it a lovely clean family restaurant. Will definitely come back here and try the rest of the menu.

Nice food and good location. Recommend the tava as has variety of starters and mains to suit anyone needs.

Everyone here is great, the food is wonderful. Sometimes there’s a wait to eat but it’s a good dinner so it’s to be expected Definitely would recommend

This food is AMAZING! We’ve had both takeout, and eaten in. Both times the food was the best, affordable food I’ve had and when we sat in the service was perfection. I can’t rave about this place enough!

Went in for a business dinner and boy, was the food good! Had a delicious shrimp starter, Pakistani syle, and a mixed grill that the whole table shared. The service by the staff was exceptional and the food was spectacular. Very good prices. The decor is modern and theres loads of seating upstairs. Highly recommended. Definitely one to give a go.

Very good tawa food.best so far of rest of tawa.1 ☆less because of customer service.some time too busy n waiter have to ignore you.they do good peri peri as well.

The food at Saims is ok. There is better out there for the price but convenience as it in the vicinity. There is limited staff. So if they are having a busy evening for example anything more than 5 people be prepared to wait for your food. I've had to wait 45 minutes. The worst part is the restaurant manager/front of house or till guy whatever you want to call him. This chap is actually rude and had ruined my evening. İt's safe to say I'm not going here again. Good luck folks!

Great and friendly staff, service was quick and food was 10/10 and all produce was fresh! Best meal out I’ve had in a long time and would definitely recommend to all my friends and family.

The food was bang out of order went to open fast there took two bites and walked straight out so did the table next to us gave me the worst experience ever would never go back not even worth one star

Very tasty food, nice calm place if you fancy a change from the overcrowded atmosphere of Bradford.

plus side,lovely food,quick service reasonably priced. downside,wud have preferred steaks to be lamb rather then beef. wud definitely go back again.

We got the tava for 2 and it was delicious. Full of flavour, good portion and nicely presented. Service was welcoming and friendly. Can't believe this little gem has been on my doorstep for years. Will definitely return.

They had nice chicken and the lamb chops were cooked properly and the peri peri chips were very addictive the powder that they put on them was adding flavour and the mint that you can get at the end was a nice touch.

They messed up our order. Gave us 3 rice instead of chips. Then told us to pay for more chips. We returned the rice and the man was so rude. He said we don't need customers like you. Was sarcastic in saying he will repeat every order over the phone 3 times in the future. I was shocked and appalled at his behaviour. Blaming customers for messing up the order. Do not come here. They are very very rude!

First time visit , well impressed with the staff's hospitality , very nice , modern and clean outfit. Manager was more than welcoming and facilitating to our requirements. Food was totaly amazing and portions where brilliant , adults and kids loved it. Prices where well worth it well and i will be back for more. Those who have not tried it , its well worth it and you will not be disapointed.

Always friendly and do the best food

The food was absolutely amazing. I had the mix platter and it was spot on. The timing was perfect and 10/10 for the hospitality. I will definitely be back!!

Enjoyed an evening out with the boys last week and have to say I have been left impressed. There are two menu options, the traditional Indian menu and a new Piri Piri menu. We opted for the piri piri menu and have to say that this tuned out to be an excellent option. We went for bread rolls as starters and these were accompanied with the Saims Steak Sauce, with the breadroll served warm. We dipped into the sauce and were left with a great taste. For our main course, I had the Piri chicken burger and my friends the mixed platter. And we were left wowed! The platters were enormous and came with two chicken breasts covered in the lovely steak sauce. The chicken was moist and cooked perfectly. I would go back again.
