Visited here at the end of my son’s birthday and it was the perfect end to a lovely day. The member of staff that served us went above and beyond to make our visit very special. The food was amazing and very reasonably priced! Would definitely visit again and highly recommend.

First time trying Safi's, and the desserts were great. Fast delivery too!

Safis has horrible workers called me homeless stupid and bipolar just cause I didn’t order with my friends just cause I didn’t order with in 5 minutes they also ragged my friends of there chair bad mannered u can’t sit in there or use the toliet unless all the people ur with is ordering

Do not go here, ordered for me and my son because we have both been sick for days. £25 and couldn’t even take the order of the man because it was spilt everywhere and completely inedible. Cants get a refund of Uber eats and no on to contact for a replacement. Couldn’t even bring it into my house because there was milkshake and ice cream dripping everywhere. Waste of money that I didn’t have.

Ordered through Ubereats but was delivered to wrong house. Contacted for a refund but since the order was marked as completed I haven't received one. Terrible service, will not be using Ubereats again.

If your carton says "Fresh, Fast & Delicious" why is my cheesecake frozen? And smaller than the ones in the display case. He went around the back to get smaller, frozen piece for me. Won't be back!

Put a order in at 8pm and saying it would come 8:40 yeah every 5 min pushing the time back been waiting over hour half for the food

Ordered via Uber eats in Walton Vale, tried to submit payment as they weren't taking online orders however the payment came out of my bank the following day. Messaged them however received no replies. Be wary their customer service via the phone number is non-existant.

Placed an order on user eats driver handed me my order before I could check it he was gone, I ordered 2 waffles and 2 ice-creams the icecreams were missing. Can't phone them so ended up driving to the shop, after paying their extortionate prices had to argue with the staff in order to get the rest of my order, won't be ordering from here again

My little girl fancied an ice cream and this popped up only being a couple of miles from me, what a cracking little place ice cream was fantastic and my bottle of coke was a glass bottle which i love, would definitely recommend.

Went this morning 26th Aug 2022 Shop late opening. Told no hot drinks no milkshakes as they had no milk! Ordered waffles. One came woth strawberries and banana. The other one with nothing only nutella. When asked where fruit was we were told they had none. Will not be back. Young lad half asleep not too bothered that customers were walking out

perfect food, delicious and very welcoming staff.

The last few weeks i’ve been going in less and less. One of the staff members is always sitting at the tables with foreign music on very loud, now i definitely know its not english music or dutch. I cant hear myself think its that loud and very off putting considering its supposed to be a dutch desserts shop. He sits at this table even when he has customers in the store, He is mostly talking on his phone or on video calls and if it is not the tables he is on he is sitting at the back on the stairs, once i was waiting to be served for a good 15 minutes and he kept saying he will be with me soon. Also he is always putting his hands down his Pants which is disgusting enough i don't know why the staff aren't trained to a proper level. Now this young boy is very rude, talks to the customers with an attitude and i’ve even seen him speak to staff like this, this store started out so well and i just feel like its letting itself down! Now another point is, none of the staff can speak english considering we are in an english speaking country most of the staff can barely string a sentence together i ordered a latte a few days ago and one of the boys brought over a cookie dough! I don’t understand how! And its not just this shop its all off them, most off them staff don’t have a clue. Now this business needs some serious training, because it doesn’t seem they have had any basic adequate training at all! Over all safis you started with a 10/10. But you have fallen down to 7/10 I'm just disappointed.

Lovely dessert place. They have a wonderful little selection of cakes. They also do ice creams and other desserts.

Ordered 3 waffles, 2 milkshakes and a frozen Fanta. Quick delivery but never received any drinks such a shame as waffles where lovely.

The vale has been missing something like this for so long, great place for families, the staff are great especially with kids, the wife is vegan and this is the first dessert place she has been able to have more than one option to choose from, definitely coming back again

We have been here quite a few times now and everytime, we've had good service and the Waffles are delicious. There's a good selection to choose from and there's also the option of choosing what you want. They do Milkshakes, soft drink and also hot drinks. Well worth visiting for a treat

This was my first visit to Safi's Desserts along Walton Vale but judging from my time here it won't be my last. Walking in with my twin brother Stephen I knew I would enjoy my visit here,a cosy interior ,light and airy,nice decor and furnishings and lots of seating arrangements. We ordered a flat white coffee each,these were served steaming hot,we kicked back and took in the great cafe we were in. My coffee was really good ,from the first sip till the last sup you can tell they use quality ingredients in their coffee and take great pride in the coffee they serve. We both really enjoyed our coffee's in here and our visit and when we are back on Walton Vale again we will most certainly revisit this cafe. Opening hours are; Monday to Sunday,open from 10am. Well worth checking out if you're in the area.

First Visit Lovely Staff Great Coffee I’ve resisted cakes this time but the look delicious! Place is spotless including the ladies! Great to see. Will definitely return in future x Been in again and I’ve not changed my mind lovely friendly place meet up with friends xx

Really enjoyed my coffee here. Was going to get a flat white takeaway - but once inside - the nice easy jazzy music - I stayed to have it in - really friendly staff. Tasty coffee. Cakes look tasty. They do lots of ice creams lots of choice and saw they have a whippy machine too. Great little place .

I had such a pleasant time here, the waffles tasted so good as well as great customer service from the lovely aida, will definitely be coming again!

We had seen the new Safi’s Desserts location in Walton Vale being advertised and since it is just a short walk away we decided to pop in. A simple layout with picnic style tables that could shared during busier times. To go with our latte coffee we decided to try a piece of caramel cake. The coffee was strong and good and the cake was oh so tasty. The chocolate mint cake looked very good and will have to be sampled on our next visit. So many other dessert options to try if cake is not for you. Add in the friendly, helpful staff and it was an enjoyable visit.

Really great carrot cake and the coffee was good. My nephew liked the choice of ice creams. I'll be back, this is a great cafe for the Vale.
