Absolutely rubbish. In Kids menu the chips were disgusting, rotten..I can not describe the taste 🤮🤢..

Worst scampi and chips I've ever had. And to top it off ...no tartar sauce.

Bought a chicken wrap, didn't expect it to be so big. It was pretty good.

Purchased cod and chips a few weeks ago and it wasn’t particularly very nice which was unusual Went again this afternoon and the fish was nearly non existent it was all batter and awful

waited way too long for my order and 2 people who came in after me with similar or bigger orders got served first waited over 20 mins for my food which was only fish and chips and fish cake too. ordered curry sauce cost me £1.20 and it was tiny won't be returning.

Chips were edible but the battered sausage was undercooked and I mean badly

I was driving through the area feeling hungry so stopped here. Had a medium cod and chips, which was £9 something - but for a medium the piece of fish was massive, it was more like two pieces of fish. Very tasty and the chips are nice too. They also have two nice tables inside, which will seat for people each, so room for 8 to dining altogether. The staff are friendly and the place looks very clean.

Order delivery via Uber Eats and delivery was super quick. Food hot and decent portion size. Nothing else you can ask for really.

Chips were dripping in oil and buns were stale. The chicken was chewy and rock hard while the burger was piled in salad.

Rumbles fish and chips... decided to get an order from just eat this evening and was flicking through just eat and remember rumbles of old, nice food, and filled you up. The offerings tonight have ensured I never go back there, the chips were basically potatoes dunked in fat for seconds, the sausage was undercooked and I'm surprised the USA didn't declare war on them for the amount of oil on their food, and the pie was probably hours old, could have thrown it at someone and possibly killed them with how hard the pastry was, the gravy was like a lepers bathwater.... watery with christ knows what floating in it 🤢. Absolutely disgusting, and will most definitely never be going there again.

Been coming here years and they never disappoint ! Food what got had a hair in it but I still could never drop these legends a star bloody love it can’t get enough and the food is a bloody bargain love it guys and they stay open later might have caught the guy spraying the donner with bleech when trying to clean the machine but could still never drop these guys a star love them

Horrendous food, soggy batter, chips covered in grease, curry sauce very watery, tired to give feedback and a get a credit for next time but was met with an abusive/arrogant male, the slop is here if you want to collect it!

I give up with this place. It’s very hit and miss. The Doner on two occasions tasted off and looked old. Gave both myself and wife stomach aches. The fish is tasteless. No more custom from us which is a good thing for our diets and wallet.

Just been here got a sausage and chips and a battered sausage and chips safe to say won't be going here again its awful chips the only thing I can recommend is my bread roll and that's no lie.

Scampi was not scampi. It looked like fish cake mixture formed to the shape of scampi and deep fried. Tasted like cardboard. Horrible. This is fake, cheap food to maximise profits. Owner disinterested in my complaint. He knew it wasn't scampi. Don't expect to get what you order in this place. £8.50 ripoff.

Had some chicken and didn't feel well that night, spent most of the next day in bed. Chips cold bland and looked like they had been played with by a baby. Never again, avoid at all costs.

Had a lot from here with no problems. However this time wife ill. Both had the chicken kebab all she had differently was the mayonnaise on hers, as that's all we had to eat that night can only put it down to that. Trouble with takeaways is it might have 5 star rating but do the staff wash their hands after going to the toilet etc.

one of the two cheesy chips had gone off cheese on the top, once all cheese contaminated chips were removed i had lost over half my chips that i paid £4 for. me and my partner ordered food for ourselves, him ordering a battered sausage and i ordered fish, i am a pescatarian meaning i do not eat meat but i eat fish. upon arrival of our food we thought maybe theyd forgotten the sausage, just to find it was in the same box as the fish, to top it all off the batter was undercooked and soaked in oil (ive also never seen yellow batter). the carrot cake was good though.

Horrendous, over priced tasteless fish (Definitely not Cod) but advertised as it. I and a friend ordered the £6.20 fish. We thought it came with chips. No, that wasn't explained to us when we ordered the food. Chips are £2.20 extra. Drinks are pricey too, and not many sugar free options. The shop was clean though. The man who served us had NO hat or apron. He handled the food and till without washing his hands. The outside seating area has benches and they are dirty and need to be replaced. I personally won't be recommending any of my friends fo eat there and think £ 19 is a lot for two tasteless potions of fish and chips are RIP off. This included a drink and mushy peas which were "watery"!! Awful service too . My friend and I couldn't believe it. Spending time on a laptop instead of checking the fish. The batter wasn't cook and was mushy inside. I couldn't eat it all and ended up binning it.

Eat at the shop before and it wasn’t bad ,decided today to order delivery and what a disappointment, order chicken for kid ,was dry,the extra chips were all mashed wrapped in a punnet box ,and the dips on my son meal were all spread over the chips ,you would expect to come in separate, ever again

Ordered 4 meals. Burger and chips. Was OK. Lamb kofta with salad and chillies. Came with no salad and no chillies and tasted nothing like kofta and was in crumbled bits. Disgusting and unedited. Donner kebab with salad and chillies. No salad and no chillies. Just edible but not great without the salad. Lamb shish with no salad but with chillies. OK got this right....no salad, but still no chillies. Over cooked and dry with no flavour. Also ordered 4 drinks....no drinks. Spent 10 minutes on phone explaining to someone whose reply was inaudible. I don't want you to think I'm racist, but I could not understand him. In the end all I got was that the delivery guy would call back with the rest in half an hour....its a 5 minute drive. I don't normally write bad reviews as people are always quick to complain. I'm still waiting half an hour later with no call. So I think I have every right to give them a total thumbs down.

Can you change your opening times for Sunday. I told my elderly father he was having fish and chips as a treat for lunch. Only to discover that you don't open till 3pm,.whereas on your website it says 12pm. Very disappointed!

Disgrace to even call themselves a fish and chip shop. Hygiene standards from staff touching their faces and noses with hands and then handling food. Food was tiny portions and freezing cold and staff do not even want to know when you complain. AVOID!! LESS THAN 1 STAR!!

The fish and chips are a flavour vacuum. Zero flavour. Added salt and vinegar and it managed to kill that off too. A complete waste of a fish and potatoes short life.

Ordered large kebab costing more than £8. This "large kebab" arrives with 4 bits of chicken, filled mainly with salad. This is the second time this has occurred from Rumbles fish bar. I would not recommend if ordering a kebab.

I paid £6 for the tiniest kebab I have ever seen in my life. I must have had £1 worth of meet in it. We're currently going through renovation so eat takeaways daily since December 4th and I have to say tonight was the biggest waste of money ever. We even had to order s dominos after. £6 should be s tray packed kebab. Oh well, lesson learnt just rather no one else be ripped off ,🤦🤦

Had a delivery excellent service and terrific food

Ordered food from here yesterday and we have all been ill since! Chicken wrap was freezing cold and the donner meat and chips was swimming in grease. Food is disgusting and certainly not edible. Reading other reviews on Facebook and here seems we wasn’t the only ones to get ill from the food! Place needs reporting to health and safety

Ordered food from this place, the guy on the phone was a bit rude very poor customer service, i let this slide, when the food came that was even worst. Cold and full of oil. Messed the order up. Poor poor poor service and food. If you want to waste your money then this is your place.

Absolutely awful. They have accepted my money and I have been waiting over an hour and a half for food and still waiting. It is impossible to call them to find out what is going on. Their tracking system claims that the food is still being cooked. Absolutely Awful and i still have not been able to contact them.

Great fish and chips loads of variety like southern fried chicken but my favourite is the potato wadges👌👍🤤

Having had a lovely day getting out and about supporting local businesses I though I would pop in for some well deserved chips! Oh dear....what a shambles! Firstly upon entering not one person greeted me(even though there were 5 staff working). The chips arrived quickly but were obviously a low quality catering potato with very little taste. For this reason I endeavoured to source some sauce and vinegar to give it a little pep up. The sauces were easily accessible next to some Vinegar bottles that were being used to hold down some food trays. I assumed the vinegar was for customer usage and proceeded to reach for a bottle. At this stage things took a very aggressive tone. One staff member shouted across to me ' they are not for customers you need to ask first !'. At no stage was there any effort to stay to me ' I'm sorry sir, we use those to hold down our trays. Would you like some sauce and vinegar?'. being a reasonable chap I retired to eat my much needed chips but sadly the experience had left a bitter taste in my mouth (and this was not just due to the poor quality potatoes). I decided to return the product at which point I was met with a wall of staff who were very intimidating and stated 'no one has ever complained before'. There was even one chap behind the counter in normal clothes serving food which I though was very strange post COVID. I guess if you are a bunch of guys out on a night out this would be ok, but for young families and single females I would well and true avoid this place. to be fair it should have rang alarms bell having walked it at tea time on a Friday it be empty. I

Do you have three hours to kill? If so, order at Rumbles! To start with, ignore the advisory delivery time. 40 minutes, brill, pop the hoover round, clean up after the baby, que up a film. Wait a mo! What’s going on, the films half way through (Jamnji:the next level, if you were wondering), 1.5 hours after placing my order, I ring to enquire about its status, ‘It’s on route darlin’, reassuring. No less than 7 minutes later, I received a phone call from the delivery driver. He’s only lost. I do believe Park Farm has been established for roughly 20 years, but the poor bloke is out on foot in Cardea. There’s no hope. There’s a first for everything, on this occasion, live streaming my location to a delivery driver after unsuccessfully talking him out of Cardea was just one (and in fairness an impossible task! That place is a maze). The second, a record waiting time. Over two hours by the time my order arrived. Now, a women on the edge with a teething baby all day, this ‘darlin’ only ordered because I wanted Ben & Jerries. So when it finally arrived resembling something closer to cold soup than ice cream, I was gutted. Strange how that can happen with warm and frozen in the same bag, that’s proceeded to have a tour of Peterborough! The delivery driver however was lovely. Very apologetic. He said about discounting my next order, although presumptuous to assume I wanted to order with them in the future, I would have preferred a direct refund. Something he couldn’t do, understandably. The least I wanted was the the sole item I ordered a takeaway for, the Ben & Jerries replacing. I filled the next hour with eating a luke warm chicken wrap, the remainder of a film and a lot of curtain twitching! Only for someone to run it past me on their way home as their shift was clearly finished as Rumbles was now closed for the night! I took the nice delivery driver up on the offer of a discounted future order, I won’t bore you with details, but the discount was to be sneezed at, and the customer service was shocking over the phone. Loved the sound of his own voice to much to allow me to answer his questions, threw accusations around and proceeded to hang up on me when I questioned his customer service and business logic. Needless to say, I paid what I chose in cash, and kept the food which is the only silver lining. But mostly defiantly not worth my custom in the future, unless I’m taking bets on a delivery time, and what’s edible.

Just been and ordered food from here got it home opened the bags of food to find dead flies all over the chips!! Food smelt great but how you havent noticed dead flies all over your food is beyond me!! Definitely wont be going back here ever again! Disgusting!!!

Ordered for my birthday meal through lockdown. The chips were inedible greasy and uncooked. The savaloy was disgusting, burger was also inedible basically al foodl went in the bin. Will never use this place again.

Food was delivered and it was cold tried to explain it to them and all they wanted to do was argue about how it couldnt have been. Terrible service wont be ordering again. Never get an order right either- mixing up sauces and what salad chosen etc

Had an order from here for Saturday lunch with my mum, with rumbles special burger, large doner kebab, and two boxes of wedges. Well, gotta say, it was delicious!! Plenty big enough servings, but for me, the wedges, oh, the wedges!! They were like chunks of roast potatoes with southern fried seasoning on them, but boy, are they summat else!! These have got to be the absolute best wedges I've ever tasted in my life!! I love them so much!! I could eat just these and be satisfied!! So glad I found them. My life is totally complete now. Thank you Rumbles!!

Great taste as always with generous portions. First time we have had a home delivery and the sausages and savaloy were practically cold. I have walked home from the shop on many occasions and the food has still been hot so I would expect it to be so with a delivery.

poor service and conned me out of the price of a battered sausage which they couldn't manage to lift out of the display and put in the order like I paid for. there were 3 orders up when I placed my order I had to wait while they served 6 or 7 people before they failed to provide the order that I paid for. I won't be returning to be ripped off by these scam artists again. STAY AWAY !!

Order again after they messed up the last time we ordered, but it was quite a big order that time so we let it go. This order was for 5 meals and they managed to get 3 of them wrong. Mayo instead of chilli sauce of on a kebab and 2 chicken shish kebabs with no chicken but some other meat which we were not sure of what it was. 3 meals out of 5 hardly eaten and binned!

Rank never ever use this place ive saved the food and will be sending to the council, 1in of oil at bottom of box donner meat was black and hard me and whole family on the toilet both ends used to be such a nice place to eat.was told no chance of a refund so will take it up witht he relevant authoritys and also my bank said they will issue the refund wont let me add pictures

Not great, my large fish was subbed (without telling me) for two smaller ones. This was more batter than actual fish. What little there was, was shriveled and a little tough.

I placed an order at 5:10 for 6:45 through just eat. I was told this would be delivered at 7:10. I called Rumbles at 7:20 and was told this will be another 20 minutes. This would now be an hour after I requested and 2.5 hours after placing the order. I was told it was my fault for putting a delivery request time on the order which is why it’d be late. I received a full refund from Just Eat. The delivery turned up at 8:10 - 3 hours after initially placing my order and an hour after I was told it would arrive. I asked the delivery driver to take the order back as I had already received the refund and accepting the order after would not have been right. A shame as this is not the service I’ve had before from them.

I know it's lockdown but a 3 hour wait when told a hour after 3 phone calls they admitted to loosing my ticket food then arrived within 20 minutes and was good apart from the chilli sauce had spilt eveywhere would have given no stares but food was nice eventually

Ordered a donner kabab And a drink, kabab was cold and Way over cooked dry as hell and tasted horrible Like it was old stock. I Seriously wouldn’t recommend use, horrible service and delivery. then when I tried to complain they turned the complaint listings off. Can’t be done was there excuse. DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE. I had two bites and was on toilet in two minutes.
