Diabolical, in all regards - I think your staff need more 'up-skilling' when it comes to Customer service...... If you don't like your job:leave. Don't be a shit head to customers asking for sugar

I’m absolutely disgusted with the management on shift today. I went to pick up my three medium orders what I got last time as food was cold well this time it made me feel physically sick the manager rubbed his nostrils on the palm of his hand and then carried on portioning up the French fries and orders and then he put both hands on his forehead and carried on again handling food without washing his hands or even leaving the station where he was standing where everyone was watching and waiting for their food I waited over 20 minutes to get four meals and then one of them what I should of got for free. I needed to pay £1.25 extra because of the drink everyone of there customers was moaning as others was missing items or wrong I needed to go up to the counter twice as was missing my collectible plus my son was missing his cheese out of his Big Mac meal, we stood there for a good 10 minutes at the front counter because no one wanted to service. No one was even out the front.

The take out is really good the fries are amazing. The atmosphere is amazing as it also has a second floor which allows better views the place is clean the tables could use a bit more cleaning but other than that it’s alright. The service is good sometimes on rare occasions it can be a bit slow.

£45 order, food arrives and hour later, stickers stating cooked at 19.09 and food arrives 20.15 cold, missing 1 item and the mcflury plastered all over the bag. Burgers looked like been just thrown together with not a care in the world, not wrapped properly so if had a vegan product in the bag it would have been cross contaminated. Clearly the staff aren't trained in food hygiene or preparation to Food Hygiene Regulations. Try to get refund and offered 25% of cost. Total rip off. Would not recommend this place. And I would go so far as to say the most recent 4/5 star reviews must be related to staff members or are staff members their just trying to counteract the bad reviews a bit.

Fast food is not fast any more, just order 1 ice cream for my little one and took around 25 minutes to collect, badly understaff atmosphere is worst, why can't owners recruitment, there are tons of people looking for job, RECRUIT please instead of just telling them to go online to apply, online apply is a nightmare like you are applying for nationality of a new country, make it easy

Dirty disgusting place, rude incompetent staff. Never going back. Further to this review. My 80yr old mother and her husband visited this store for the first time and this is a copy of her complaint: Last night after an evening out we called into the “ new “ Mac Donald in brotherhood retail park. Unbelievable… only one empty table (rubbish on others) a couple in a corner (he had his hand down a girls jeans backside) upstairs cordoned off so went to use disabled toilet downstairs. Excrement all over the seat urine allover the floor. Took our order home to eat and found we had the wrong order .... Never again!!! Absolutely disgraceful.

They always forget items for delivery and ask you to come in...why did I pay extra for delivery. It's not hard to pack an order correctly. Ice cream machine never works so can't even get items I want.

This is the worst McDonalds I have ever been to.. Food was awful.. overcooked burger’s coffee was cold . The place was dirty tables dirty ,had clean down before I ate. A homeless person was asleep sprawled all over the table. This has put me off ever going in another McDonalds….

Service was slow, they put my number as ready and still waited 5/10 mins until they actually had my order ready. I also customised my order to have no onion's on the burger and they still got it wrong. P.s I'm severely autistic. Only good thing was the couple who gave me a free coke they got for free.

On the Sunday I visited, there was no queue at the drive thru. The staff were friendly & I received the in quick time.

every single time i order from this place they without a doubt forget items from my order and never send any sauces requested even sauces that are paid for. Getting quite annoying now

Ordered breakfast through just eat as we have a ill household.. they forgot half the order.. said the only way we could get our missing items was to drive down ourselves (after paying nearly £4 to have it delivered) then when we arrived we were told they couldn't give us the missing items as breakfast finished 5 minutes ago.. disgusting place

This mcdonalde is quite local so mainly order here but they constantly disappoint. Lately, ordered for my birthday but they got our entire order wrong and told us to contact uber eats. By no surprise, they told me to contact mcdonalds. Back and forth and i hsve got nowhere. Moral of the story, i am absolutely fuming and will never order here again.

Each time I order from this mcdonalds they have either forgotten part of my order or haven't packaged it well enough for delivery. I have just recieved an order, the driver was very apologetic but states not packaged well. 2 drinks both half empty, leaked everywhere, bag dripping, straws worthless now they're wet (wouldn't have happened if still did plastic straws) Over £20 and for what?? I now have 2 very upset kids. And a frustrated me! In future please package drinks well and maybe double bag??

Ordered food and went upstairs. It was the cleanest McDonalds I had been to in a long while. Had a look around and just watched what was happening. A member of the team, Marco, stood out. Just never stopped cleaning. Had to have a chat with the manager downstairs as really taken aback by it.

Order my food waited for 20 minutes and they brought out what I thought was my food but they called a completely different number to mine, waited another 10 minutes so I asked guy where my order was and he said here but when I questioned why they called a completely different number to mine no response, I checked the food and it was cold so I said I want fresh food and drinks waited another 10 minutes and they being out my order checked to see if its was hot which it was well as hot as it can be for McDonald's, got it home gave my partner her coffee which turns out to be a flat white not Galaxy coffee my sons burger looked like road kill, the kitchen has no structure or order and what looked like any idea of what was happening it looked like a poo show in the kitchen, next time I will go to Wendy's or Burger King.

This fast food restaurant gave me half a wrap with hardly anything in it. I had one piece of chicken and one piece of bacon in it.

Came through the drive through about an hour ago, the blonde lady on drive through was EXTREMELY nice and made me feel appreciated

We waited 25 minutes at a drive thru, for cold food. The chips were unsalted and cold as were the chicken selects. However the staff were polite and did say sorry for the wait but there is still no excuse for cold chicken selects and chips. The burgers were ok but still on the cold side. Overall we’re disappointed with the standard of food on this visit. Hope to see an improvement next time.

Food was good the only fault is when you take it away and eat at home it’s gone cold quick not so good. I think they should improve on the take away packing so the food stays hotter that would make a great difference. I live just over 1 mile from Drive through.

The food is good - it's McDonalds fast food so nothing spectacular, but my kids enjoy it, and sometimes it's nice to have a greasy little burger for dinner. Admittedly, we don't eat here that often, but when we do, there is a fifty-fifty chance that they forget something or give us the wrong item. I try to let it go because it's not much money and I'm not gonna go back and kick off about little things like chicken nuggets, but the amount of times I have paid for something and not received it is getting ridiculous. Shame on me for not checking the bag before I leave, I should have learned my lesson by now, but it shouldn't be something that happens as frequently as it does.

One of the more friendly McDonald's in Peterborough. They know how to cook the food here so it's not hard & rubbery. Upper story seating allows a more interesting view.

Called the store after driver forgot drinks, spoke to a lady who claimed that they was the manager named Hannah. Disgusting attitude and very poor customer service skills in dealing with a complaint, very up her own backside and just plain rude. Should not be in a mangers position at all. Have put in a complaint to the owner of the store as they need to be aware of how their managers are treating customers I hope she does get told and maybe put on a course of how to be a manager. Never will use again always a problem with this store from missing items to dips etc

Bunch of absolute morons working here... Can never get an order right. This morning was the best of them! Sausage and egg mcmuffin, no egg, add bacon... They sent the correct label on the packet, but it was a sausage egg and bacon Mcmuffin, good job my partner doesn't have an allergy!... They also sent pancakes without the syrup and no straw for the drink. Last week they missed of my daughters entire meal. Sort it out!

It’s so annoying you can’t get your order delivered warm for once, always cold, always delayed and customer service sucks. All fries ended up in the bin. Thanks for nothing.

The slowest of them all. I don't want to impose a slave mandate on the workers but this restaurant takes the piss. 10 minutes for a simple large fries even when its empty. It's insane how actually bad they are.

Plenty of staff but food took about 15 minutes to be served. Dined in but still received the order in takeout bags. Large fries no bigger than the regular apart from the carton, and burgers looked like they'd been ran over by a bus!

The App kept crashing so I visited the Lincoln Road outlet. After a 35 minute wait the vegetable deluxe was barely warm but the fries were hot

I had a take away order. The waiting time was around 15 minutes!!! My order number appeared at “Please collect” 5 minutes earlier than it was actually ready. Of course, the machine didn’t have paper for receipt anymore. They gave me a Happy Meal and 2 drinks separately and a big bag with the other things that I ordered. Because it seemed to me too little for what I ordered, I have asked if this is all and the Mc Donalds employee said “yes”. When I arrived home, in Fletton (so, quite far), I discovered that “1 medium fries” and “3 large fries” were missing. Of course, I didn’t go back… I had enough of the incompetence and lack of interest and attention of Mc Donald’s employees. In general, they make a lot of mistakes (it happend a few times at home delivery, of course, not from this location but still, from Mc Donald’s in general).

There's always something out of stock or unavailable here, and they NEVER get orders right. I genuinely cannot remember the last time I had a fully correct order from this McDonald's. They throw things together without care, forget the condiments you paid and asked for, forget whole items you asked for (whole burgers etc.)... It's inexcusable. It used to be alright but recently, with the new staff and management, it is the worst McDonald's I have ever gone to. There are many other McDonald's restaurants close to this one; AVOID THIS ONE AT ALL COSTS and visit another. They don't care about their customers in the slightest.

The food came out great and tables were mostly cleaned. The food was slightly warm so would go cold from about 5 to 10 minutes. Overall it was quick and relatively clean.

📛 my child order a book and receive a toy. Slow food too many days people in the kitchen and fries are not good as before. Burgers are smaller and tables were all very dirty. I think this restaurant is not well managed even if the team seems to be friendly and very diligent. I can't unfortunately recommend this fast food.

We ordered four different meals for breakfast. We had large quantities of egg shell in every single meal! Made food inedible, impossible to get through to customer service. £40 wasted on this McDonald’s from poor quality food. Will not be eating here again. (Eat at your own risk).

Forgot someone's breakfast wrap while I was ordering .. get home and they left 2 items of mine out aswell ... noticed they talk to each other alot about rubbish they don't need to be talking about while working and obviously it's a problem.

Please speed up as on average 15-20 minutes wait for a wrap even at 06:00 with no ther customers also 9 out of 10 times the wrap is open at both ends so sauce go everywhere and the food falls out the bottom. You got 1 * for service as can't put zero

EVERYTIME I order select or nuggets IM ALWAYS MISSING TH DIP!! The share box and has a space for dip but still missing !!!! THIS IS A PROBLEM ALWAYS FROM THIS MCDONALDS. It isn’t hard to read a piece of paper and put it in a bag. I then ring up to inform them im missing duo and they just go silent on the phone! Useless people & poor people skills when talking to customers! This ain’t my first review about this problem SORT IT OUT YOU USELESS IDIOTS

Totally awful service. Have just had my very last order from this location (missing all fries once again) as I am fed up of only receiving half my order. There is zero quality control in place here. Every single order I have ever had from this place has been missing items. I almost never get the straws and dips I'm meant to get, and there is always something missing. This time no fries, last time missing burgers, the time before that missing all the pies. I've had enough.

Double check the pack after receiving it. They always “forget” or “miss” the items. Or swap without asking. I ordered a double quarter pounder deluxe meal and all i got was the fries and coke in the meal. The main course was missing. I hate this store

Worst McDonald’s in Peterborough and all of UK! Full of lazy staff who stand behind the food prep area. They charged me for breakfast and was left standing for 20 mins and no receipt was printed so they didn’t make my order even though I been charged. And it’s just really bad service every time I go there. Needs serious improvement even the manager looks scruffy and comes in with his bike behind food area.

Now is third morning when coming in for breakfast and every single time had to wait almost 30min for food, had no time to finish everything as had to rush to work. They say its been busy but only 5 people inside restaurant and few drive thru cars. Don’t get that bad service from other branches

Hugely disappointing. The app allows order at the wrong McDonald's and the staff simply shrug and say 'you must reorder and pay again'. The customer services eventually refund mistaken payment but only after screenshots of bank statements, orders, personal profile. They then also shrug and say "apologies but you cannot reuse today's offer". Poor customer service all round. Beware using the app.

Order was wrong with items missing yet again. Staff don’t care, very rude on the phone and refused to take responsibility. They told me to contact just eat for a refund. I explained it’s not them who prepare the meal and I want a full refund. Didn’t accept blame and said just call them. Customer service at its worst!!! Disgraceful.

Service was fast and staff was polite, food came out luke warm, it had been mentioned multiple time to staff that sauce machine was empty and no one refilled it, ordered oasis which had a brown lump in it, sent it back and the next 2 was the same, only reason I'm giving above 1 star was the counter staff were very polite and helpful

I don't usually write reviews but this was absolutely revolting!!! My brother got a happy meal and the chocolate milkshake tasted and smelt rotten like a dumpster. He was sick many times after drinking it. I tried it and it was disgusting. When my mom rung the staff, they called her rude and passed her on to someone else. All my family currently feel unwell after trying the milkshake but McDonalds claim that it is not spoiled or rotten as they are checked every day. This is not the first incident we have had here either, both my dad and my mom have gotten food poisoning from this place before. To add on, my mom has ordered a toffee latte in the past and was given an americano. She has a disability and cannot handle really hot drinks, a toffee latte is not too hot for her. However, an americano is. She spilt it down her leg and got a second degree burn from it. All the staff did was give a mcflurry as "compensation" They also don't know how to speak to customers properly. My mom rung up and spoke to a manager, and was passed on to someone else who ended up hanging up on her. Please be careful if you order from here. And staff, I would like you to think for a second. How would you feel if you were a customer who experienced this or had a family member experience? Please bring this up to your higher ups or in meetings. Thank you

Absolute pisstake. Ordered food. Got dip because their food is too dry for me. They didn’t put the sauce in the bag. Which I paid extra for. Got the burger without sauce because I prefer it with BBQ sauce. Didn’t get the BBQ sauce. Paid extra for that. Refused to do literally ANYTHING about it.

Extremely unprofessional managers at the morrisons Macdonald's they shouted at me on the phone because they didn't send the happy meal and I had the kid crying all over the place because of the missing happy meal plus other pieces are missing too. The lady manager didn't want to tell her name and they both tried to intimidate me on the phone and were extremely rude when I was just trying to explain myself. Not ordering again and Macdonald's shoud review costumers feedback so it doesn't happen to anyone being treated like this by Macdonald's managers. Will also take further action on this one as I'm very upset.

As a visually impaired person I am unable to use the machines and the lack of respect towards the customers is ridiculous...

When I ordered food from here, half of my order didn’t arrive. As well as my food arriving on time, the food that we did receive, was cold as if it was cooked yesterday. It was disgusting. When we rang up the place and talked to the manager, and after the complaint ended the call only gave half the refund and not trying to understand us. It was disgusting behaviour on behalf of the manager even when we explained the situation. I would never order form this place when the people cannot do simply there jobs which is to serve and make sure the customers are happy with the products. This is not what happened in this place and like I said i would never order from this place ever again and the behaviour of the workers was absolutely unacceptable and disgusting.

Popped in to MacDonalds Lincoln Rd on the 31.8.23 with my husband and grandsons as grandsons requested a MacDonalds . Ordered food sat down to eat upstairs. I had eaten my burger when to my utter shock stuck to my fries was a long thick dark hair ( I have long hair but very blonde ) I felt sick and reported this to a member of staff upstairs who's name was Alberta . She bent over backwards to try and put things right asking us all what else we would like on the house she was very apologetic and sincere it wasn't her fault but the kitchen staff . Thank you Alberta !
