£45 order, food arrives and hour later, stickers stating cooked at 19.09 and food arrives 20.15 cold, missing 1 item and the mcflury plastered all over the bag. Burgers looked like been just thrown together with not a care in the world, not wrapped properly so if had a vegan product in the bag it would have been cross contaminated. Clearly the staff aren't trained in food hygiene or preparation to Food Hygiene Regulations. Try to get refund and offered 25% of cost. Total rip off. Would not recommend this place. And I would go so far as to say the most recent 4/5 star reviews must be related to staff members or are staff members their just trying to counteract the bad reviews a bit.

I will not order from them again, the food arrived covered in sauce and bits of salad i didn't ask for and made clear by selecting the right options on just eat in addition to writing it in the notes. The food was burnt in places, cold in others and bug/eggs was in the kebab. I spoke to someone who was going to organise for a driver to bring my money back after declining a replacement and they couldn't come back, the manager was meant to call back and hasn't and when i spoke to him on the phone he claimed he wasn't the manger. I've been blocked from calling and on facebook. anyone who has a problem with these guys make sure you follow it up with a complaint to food standards at Peterborough council. cowboys.

Everything looks fresh and normal but taste is very weird stumpy.

Booked a table in the restaurant, note restaurant, not cafe, for lunch. On arrival although there was a “wait here to be seated” sign, no staff were around. After waiting a while being totally ignored I walked up towards the till and spoke to a young lady, I said we have a table booked, she said “ask her” gesturing to the lady on the till. So I joined the queue. Then a guy came out and I said “excuse me, we have a table booked”, he checked and showed us to a table and then said “when you’re ready,order at the till”! No table service that you would expect in a restaurant. So having waited at the door, queued to actually tell someone we had a table booked and then realising we had to queue again to order food, we walked out, as did two other couples. This place is absolutely chaotic, if you advertise yourselves as a restaurant most people would expect table service. Won’t be returning and most definately would not recommend, lousy customer service.
