We had an early dinner, this one is open 12:00 till 22:00 every day. Price was what you would expect these days. The portion size was good - see pic - we had cod and chips twice with two cans of pop. We sat outside on the bench, even though it was freezing, and ate our food. Some of the chips went home with us. Would def use again if I was local. Lots of salt and vinegar as requested.

The Batter on the cod was soggy it stuck to the paper ... the chips were white we won't be visiting there again.

We had fish and chips last week it was lovely, went back this week, bit disappointed, we had fish chips and mush peas,fish lovely what let it down was the chips they were dry so was the mush peas not fresh.

Good food and good service. Never been disappointed with the food they have cooked. They take both cash and card - traditional fish and chips, kebabs and burgers etc.

Orders can be made in person or over the phone. Sometimes a little busy especially around tea time. A picnic is available outside to sit on if weather allows.

Got fish and chips here twice, they were so good. Incredibly big portions, even when you go for the smallest ones; we ended up sharing two lots of fish and chips between three of us and that was more than enough. Everything is fried fresh and it leads to really tasty fish and chips. Staff are also really obliging and pleasant. The only thing to be aware of is if you have anything other than cod, there is a bit of a wait whilst they fry it. Well worth it. Also, whilst there is a picnic bench outside you're better off going to the park round the corner if you want to eat right away.

Service very slow. One member of staff needs to learn more about hygiene. I saw him sneeze on his hand twice and carry on touching food with out washing them. Not great for a first visit. Food was reportedly quite nice. 3 stars overall

I went in there to get a chicken fillet burger. It was absolutely disgusting. The “chicken” if it was chicken not sure what type of meat that was. But it was really hard from like 2 days before. The guys just heated it up and sold it to me. I did take a bite out of it and chucked it in the nearest rubish bin. Deffo no recommend to anyone. Lowest takeaway ever. 0 stars 👎🏻

This place looks really ordinary. But in fact they were particularly friendly and helpful, they were apologetic that it took a moment to cook the fish from fresh, and the fish and chips were excellent. Extraordinarily good!

Very expensive. Disappointed having ordered kebabs in Naan bread & got them in a wrap even though it says Naan bread on price list displayed above counter. I ordered for Extra sauce, paid for it but never got it.

Nice clean takeaway food cooked to order all meat was fresh prior to going on the grill I had a kofte kebab came in a tray with salad which was fresh and crispy chilli sauce was its usual heat lol and the garlic sauce tasted of garlic the staff can't do enough for you and always go that extra mile to make sure you leave happy prices are moderate but I look at it like if I want quality then you unfortunately have to pay a little bit more I would definatly recommend this takeaway and they also stay open till late 7 says a week you can also get fish and chips from here as well as kebabs so next time your in South Lynn area drop in for your lunch or dinner and experience the quality food for yourselfs

Very poor . Chips had to go in bin but the burger was ok

Very mediocre fish and chips. Fish was overcooked and rubbery. Why leave the skin on? That's lazy. Chips not hot as had been in warmer too long.

Absolutely lovely men. So funny to have a laugh with. The food is amazing. Always fresh and tasty. My family and myself love the men who work there. Such a happy vibe when u walk in. Always make us feel welcome.... Lots of love meeeeee

Had Cod and chips from here today but have to say very disappointed with them ,the fish was a greye coulor and tasteless and like chewing leather ,the chips were luke warm and tuff seem to have been in pan a long time .so disappointing as have been there a few times for fish and chips with no problem ,may give them another try .
