Fabulous wee coffee shop. A few other ones around the area but we picked this as there’s lots of seating. Coffee is fabulous…. The perfect flat white and cakes amazing too. Staff friendly amd welcoming. Would defo pop by again.

Nothing particularly special about this place. Ordered a chicken goujon wrap with side salad and coleslaw and it was very bland. Good if you had no sense of taste or you didn’t care.

Visited on holiday one afternoon looking for coffee and scone. A young girl served us but was so unwelcoming and cold - I actually thought the coffee shop must have been closing as it seemed obvious that she really couldn’t be bothered serving us. There was no smile or any pleasantries. I asked for a raspberry and white chocolate scone but was told there was none left - just what was there. We bought coffees and scones and sat at a table at the window. The table was dirty so I went up to the counter to ask if she would mind cleaning the table before bringing the food down. She told me she was making the coffees just now. A few minutes later she brought the coffees and set them on the dirty table then went back to the counter to bring kitchen roll and spray. I couldn’t believe it when she proceeded to reach over the coffees to then spray and clean the table! The scone was bland but ok and to top it all another man walked into the shop after us to ask for a white chocolate and raspberry scone and the man with a beard (who is very pleasant) went out the back to see if there were any left and there was one!! Unfortunately due to the poor service we will definitely not return as it really put us off. I know the girl was young (I have a teenager the same age also working in a coffee shop) but it costs nothing to smile and pass a pleasant word.

Purchased a take-away chicken sandwich which was very poor, the chicken was thin, bland processed slices & not a bit tasty at all. Very expensive, poor quality. Definitely won’t be back.

First time I I tried here. Very clean and friendly. No problem getting a variation on a toasted sandwich. Pot of tea very good indeed.

Called into the the coffee shop on a very wet Monday for a late lunch - food excellent - vegetable soup very tasty and I would recommend the baked potato with ham, cheese and pineapple. Staff very helpful and freindly.

I have visited Ruby's 3 times over the last couple of weeks. Faultless each time. Quick service. I've had baked potato twice & egg mayonnaise salad with wheaten bread, both of which definitely hit the spot for a lunchtime bite. I will be back

I made my order, I asked the older woman with the cap on to repeat herself, she rolled her eyes to the ceiling at me and lifted her mask out, I'm partially deaf btw. We were asking for take out but they brought it to a table? So just decided to sit in, Other server girls behind the counter were lovely :)

Staff had a bit of an attitude only had a coffee and scone each. Coffee wasn't very warm had to drink it quickly so that it did not cool down complete.

Went here for lunch but immediately realised our error. Ordering was ok but table was cluttered and we had to tidy it up to sit down. Coffee was an insipid affair and only three quarter filled and sandwich fillings needed a bit of oomph. Cooked food was wet instead of crispy leading us to believe ore cooked and service was very very slow. Was here before and it proved a similar experience a few years ago and this time no difference so as they say never again. A lot more options around so our suggestion is not great unless desperate.

The food, service, & price is bad here, the price menu does not match the price you pay. I would not visit this premises again

Packet vegetable soup. Service was friendly, but took too long. 20 minutes for two portions of microwaved soup and one sandwich. Sliced eggs with lettuce and slices of tomatoes in bread is an egg salad sandwich, not egg mayonnaise.

Ruby's has relocated from it's previous site over a shop. It's now on the busy main street with bright new premises - it's about twice the size, but a lot more comfortable!. Thankfully, the great service and food continue. They make sandwiches to order, and the traditional buns and tray bakes go well with their coffee. Never tinker with a winning formula! Ruby's is now more comfortable and convenient. They are still one of the best little cafes in Enniskillen. Oh....and they now do our local Tickety-Moo ice cream.

It's actually bizarre how atrocious this place is, and it still seems capable of operating. I popped in here a few years back with my partner, it was middling then. Yesterday, I'd had a long day and was parked nearby for heading home and thought - I'll chance a fillet burger before I drive. So my order after not too bad a wait arrived. I was asked - 'sit in or take out'? I replied 'take out' One moment later I was handed the order on a tray (by the same girl). The burger wasn't the worst - the fries were strange in texture and appearance - but not only that - they were cold too. The flaccid pepsi max was a delight. I decided to sit in after all. I used extra napkins to clean the floor under my feet - chunks of lettuce, chips etc. A first for me. The table too obviously. I'm not blaming the staff here - whoever owns this joint clearly doesn't give a s**t about cleanliness or food for that matter, the whole thing is a mess and a fuppin' disgrace. I've only ever left feedback like this on tripadvisor when I've thought that perhaps it may be taken on board - as otherwise the establishment I'm talking about has some redeeming qualities. Not so here. In my 53 years I've tried KFC here (twice), once in dublin (inedible through grease all over food (Tallaght)), was about to in Sligo one evening when I saw a conficted felon preparing the food and left. (Nothing wrong with employing young offenders but I had previous experience of the guy - and there was a distinct hygiene issue with this young man). Bye bye KFC. It wasn't nice knowing you.

Walked out with a bad taste in my mouth Very over priced. Was very disappointed when I got to the till and heard the price of my bill X2 coffee x1 ciabatta (half) and x1 sausage roll 32 pounds Quality of food awful Don’t not spend money here I left feeling very disappointed I spoke to staff and told them and was responded with by them ‘ that they will take this on board’. However looking at the reviews it doesn’t look like any of these reviews has been taken on board Avoid at all costs
