I've been wanting Red Dinner for a while, no other places in Ashton to red donner like Royale Tandoori, that's what my friend told my. He was right the Red Donner was amazing, low in oil which was a dded bonus absolutely gob smacked by the delicious taste of the donner.

I have just had a beautiful curry from Royale Tandoori. I have never ordered from Royale tandoori but have many family and friends always saying how lovely it was. The portion sizes were fantastic, food excellent quality and arrived still piping hot. Ordered through Uber eats app and received in under an hour. This is my new favourite for a curry! Thank you to all staff at Royale Tandoori. Highly recommend for curries.

We ordered burgers and 16" pizza. The food was best we've had for a long time. Specially pizza! Burgers were also nice kids were happy. We parked directly opposite and food was ready. Excellent service and staff was super friendly. Will order again!

I had a chicken shawarma kebab last week and its been good but after few hours i started vomitting all night and all next day don't go there to be safe and health

not often i’ll leave a review, ordered and it came in good time but freezing cold, the milkshakes were like water and the garlic bread like cardboard, didn’t end up eating 90% of the food. wouldn’t recommend.

Best ever takeaway in the town right now. I am surprised how lovely the staff is especially the owner himself they serve u and me lake your food right in front of u fresh, everything is made freshly. I have been ordering from here from the last 8 months and had no complaints from them but I am also shocked how other people are just jealoused and ate writing bad comments trust me u need to try this place out it's a banger.

Made an order, for curry chips rice Nan bread and red onions the chips was missing rang up said they will bring them in 15-20 mins got to 20 mins ring up and said they couldn’t bring them as driver was really busy !! Shocking you make an order and pay for it expect your order and all the food to be in the bag or if not at least put right !! This was the manager to shocking

Used to use this place when it was royale tandoori not sure if they have changed owners used to get the donner and seekh on naan, the bread was huge and the seekh was grilled infront of you now the bread is alot smaller and the seekh tastes fried the donner tastes different too

Terrible server! Don’t bother going here for a takeaway, waited 40 minutes, repeatedly asked how long it was going to be, oh another 8 minutes, 8 minutes and they didn’t even start cooking it ended up getting my money back, unless you order through just eat don’t bother you won’t get served

Expensive for what you get. I feel the menu is too vast for them to ideally cater for. The food that you do get is poorly cooked and minimal portion size for what you pay. Won't be ordering or visiting again since its been taken over. Such a shame as this used to be a great value for money place with great staff and food. Shame its gone down hill.

Absolutely terrible. I should have stuck to Hurst Cross Tandoori. I thought I'd try something different. The food was absolutely awful. And one of the samosas had broken and had no filling! It was just oily pastry!!! I should have taken a picture but didn't think. Terrible.

Order wrong or missing items the last 3 times we have ordered. Orders made through just eat for collection have always been ready within 30 minutes. Recently, it's taken an hour or more as if a delivery!

These lads have tonight let me ring up because there's a twatttttttttting issue with the ordering online and 30 minutes before they are officially homeward bound . But still bringing the fat lad food mint haha

Waited 3 hours for delivery. When food finally arrived, two of the meals were wrong, chips were soggy and hot sauce was missing.

Chicken kebab not very nice, also he asked if I wanted salad and when I got home just about found 2 strands of lettuce and a measly amount of onions, thanks for that 😡 Don't bother, I won't be coming here again

I've ordered from here many,many times,so with great thought,I've given 4 stars. Food is always nice and the peshwari naan is huge. Easily enough for 2 to 3 people. They have however got my order wrong a few times. Having said that,if you dont quite have e thiugh money,they usually let you owe it them which is good and the staff seem friendly. I've ordered from many different takeaways and at the moment this one is the best. Donner kebabs are really good value for money.

I asked for a kebab and chicken strips. I was waiting 3 hours for the food when arrived the kebab was cold with no sauce on it ,no chips ,chicken strips terrible .I phone up and they were really unprofessionally I will never order from this takeaway

Ordered via just eat. Food arrived early,and driver was lovely. The food itself arrived hot and was very delicious. Definitely will be trying more dishes. Very reasonably priced. Son said pizza was the best he's had.

Usually OK but the royal mixed kebab I bought this week was foul, had cardboard in the meat and tasted terrible. Threw it away after 1 bite. Told the people there but just said they had issues with the meat delivery, offered nothing in replacement so won't be going back again, and forgot to give me my chips. Poor.

I wouldn’t even give this a 1 star with the customer service we’ve just received. We ordered 2 hours ago and told 40 minutes it would be ready. Rang twice and told it was on the way. The last time we rang the driver said ‘he does not have a plane to fly to you,he can only bring it when it’s ready’ so why tell us it’s on its way when it clearly wasn’t. Staff rude and arrogant and couldn’t understand

I have been a Loyal Customer for over 4 years and there has been several times where certain items would be missing from the Order. Giving that it wasn’t much of a big deal, I would let it slide. However, they’ve started doing it a lot recently, where you would order a meal and would get a handful of chips (literally) But the other day, we order a chicken wings meal (special deal) and they seem to have forgotten the wings itself and the poppadoms, unacceptable. We contacted Live Chat to see if we could possibly get a refund, and the people in the Live Chat, tried to make out that the Tandoori was shut, when it was still open for another hour.. anyway didn’t get the refund or the food missing for that. Tonight, we decided to give them another chance and tonight they messed up again. By forgetting the can of Pepsi we wanted (was a small order) We got in contact with Live Chat once again and even though we asked for a refund, they decided to get the Tandoori to send the Can of Pepsi to us. 1 hour after we complained. The driver came back unimpressed and I let him know how I felt as they have constantly let me down by purposely forgetting items everytime we order (even if it’s just a poppadoms) And we’ve lost quite a bit of money, due to these errors, that shouldn’t even be errors. I will not be ordering from here again as this isn’t how to treat a loyal customer and my advice to anyone thinking of ordering from here, is to make sure that you have received all of your order, before you close the door.

Shocking. Waited 2 hours for our food and when it finally arrived, half the order was missing. Spoke to someone on live chat but they were absolutely useless and didn't help at all so I've lost my money as they're not doing anything about it. Never ordering from here again. Awful customer service.

Food took 2 and a half hours to be delivered. Then messed up our order and when we phoned as they had missed something out they asked us if they could just give it to us next time. They were extremely rude even though the fault was on their part.

Awful awful service. Never received the food as intended. The restaurant do not care that they have messed up missed food items off your order and keep offering discount off your next order. Shove your £13 order I will never use you guys again. Only thing decent was the donner meat and chips which was dressed correctly. If you want food you actually ordered do not go here use somewhere else because they just take your money and don’t care.

Wrong food delivered then was told a chicken chat puri doesn't come with a flat bread when we didn't receive one to start with. Chicken tika main came without chicken...... then was told the delivery would be replaced but got a box of cold chicken delivered. Rang back again to be told il get discount i want the food I paid for. Iv got cold half of my oder food with no care really from the restaurant that I'm hungry now like I was 2 hours ago also covid runs deffo wasnt followed if u are worried about covid avoid. It wasn't a contact less deliverey the driver had no ppe equipment on and gave it by hand stood less than a meter away.

Waited a hour for my order and never turned up had to wait another 20 min and still didn't get all my order. Will never get for these again.

Avoid this takeaway. I'm not a fussy eater and have never complained or left a review before but my expierience with Royale Tandoori was so BAD. I've recieved a tub of grease and slop, they got the rest of the order wrong by sending drumsticks instead of wings which went straight in the bin along with the soggy cold chips and chicken was not even cooked properly. Having complained they offered a £3 refund. We agreed £5 and they told me the driver would drop it off for me and ring me on arrival. I have still not recieved the refund as they just put the phone down on me when i ring. BAD SERVICE AND VERY RUDE!

Pretty good food. Go in and order though! Do not get delivery or order from the website, the website says they have accepted orders they haven't even seen. You ask how long delivery will be on the phone and they always say half the amount of time it actually will take. I have had nice food here plenty of times but not a single good delivery. Stick to your local place.

WORST place ever. took 2 hours to deliver food 15 mins down the road and it was anging. everything was cold and the kebab wasnt cooked proper. wouldnt recommend to anyone.
