Really friendly place been going in Dead ens since im been 18 great live bands

Different and cheap beer with a hoover and a 🦜 in the corner

Good pub but not very warm ,??

We visited this pub for the first time as we are Blackpool residents, during the Fleetwood Festival on Sunday 21st July 2024, while they were had a punk rock band playing inside. My very sober partner, a 5ft tall, 65 years of age, with a southern accent came in and was standing there waiting to be served after the bartender served one other person before him. When the batender acknowledged my partner waiting for service, and told him he was next to be served, more customers walked in, and the bartender deliberately ignored my partner, instead served the customers who came in AFTER my partner. I was waiting outside the pub sitting at the tables at the front entrance, when my partner came back outside to explain this to me. We were in complete disbelief as to how he was treated??? I / we come into Fleetwood regularly and have done so for many years, as we've passed the Royal Oak, we've just never gone drinking in there. There's obviously favouritism going on, which I despise, any pub or public venue which holds any sort of prejudice against anyone for any reason is not fit to trade. There was no reason at all why a bartender or member of staff would act in such a way to a polite, friendly person who is not presenting an issue. Totally unacceptable, I would not recommend here.

new landlords are great brilliant atmosphere now and good selection of beers and spirits

owners need a reality check… got took out cuz a dog pissed against a door 3-4 doors away…. Not our dog- don’t have dog-cat people. Just bought drinks £12 an didn’t even get chance to taste it! Think you need to figure out who pays your bills!!! Give your head a wobble hon!

New owners have just given this place a new lease of life, breathing an added air of interest to the offerings, revised pricing and fresh ales, and they are keen to liven the place, to its original vibrancy !! Get down there enjoy the new energy in the place !! No food review as they haven't got the kitchen ready just yet, but a close source says they are trying to set up some food offerings ASAP ! We wait in anticipation

Great old skool pub , good bands on weekends, nice people!

Great ales, usually at least 3. Very friendly.

Seventh visit in the past few years, always an experience, lively locals, great bands and an occasional appearance by The German Fishing Fleet Synchronised Morris Dancing Troupe (you gotta be a musician to get it 😂)

Band on.. Good Staff and service good. Has improved a thousand fold since last visit.

Over priced only house spirits brandy #tasteslikepaintstripper but at a premium price

Always a lively night at Deaduns.

They were rude and pushy and kept rolling eyes as they took a few peoples orders, the toilets were covered in excrement.

Brilliant gaff made welcome and met a good few ppl in there est in fleetwood

Great atmosphere, great prices. Good range of real ales. Now serves cocktails. Enjoyed a couple of drinks on Christmas day. Staff were very friendly and efficient.

Not the best Pub I have visited. But it respects Custumers who have passed with plaques on Bar and wall

Good variety of beers, and ciders, usually have a live band on, of a Friday night. Better than good, choice of music on the juke box, great tone to it, ideal for putting your fave kind of music on, to listen 👂 to, bringing back happy music memories and reminiscing.

Great little pub. Great atmosphere. Loved the band that was in, neon Rain, definitely worth catching and made the night even better

It's one of the few traditional pubs on the Fylde and they do some good real ales

Mother & Daughter who run the pub are very personable, warm and good looking, the beer is OK too!

Love this place. A proper pub with live entertainment at weekends. It's not scruffy like some other places and the staff are really pleasant.

Great real ales new ones added regularly. CAMRA award winning pub in the good beer guide aswell. Really good town centre pub live music most weekends,friendly staff and customers.

Visited this pub as we was in the area hoping for a good pint. We was not surprised it is camra pub. The ladies behind the bar was very welcoming and made us feel at home. Very clean and tidy.

I have always enjoyed this pub, friendly staff and good music. On the last occasion a drunken customer was being a nuisance and blatantly mis treating her dog. Was ignored. Won't be going again customerscustomers

Great pub with selection of real ales, our band have played here several times and the bar staff and lady who runs the pub are lovely, the people using the pub are very friendly and chatty and there is usually a "character" enjoying their night out too! Recommended. 😊

It's an old original pub, and most of all they serve Old Rosie. The staff are always very polite etc at serving.

It could do with being a bit more brighter as it is quite a nice traditional pub. I especially liked the comfy leather armchairs. I think I got a CAMRA discount too, and the beer was nice.

Called in on Camra recommendation. A good selection of real ales with draught Old Speckled Hen on special offer at £2, you can't beat that. Grand old pub, clean toilets and friendly bar staff, will definitely revisit.

Not a friendly pub if you’re not local. Regulars asking the bar staff when they’ll be served after “immigrants” is a turn off. Avoid.
