Staff is nice n food is average n price too

If I could give this place a 0, I would. Don’t bother phoning to order, won’t be ready. Staff don’t care. Been here about 6 times hoping each time they won’t make the same mistake, always do. Absolutely useless.

Ordered 2 mixed doner kebabs and both delicious, especially the chicken.

Not sure what has gone on with this shop. Have used them for years and this year it has just gone down hill. Ridiculous delivery times, food portions shrunk. Chips soggy. Ordered Chicken Kebab and Doner Kebab and mixed Kebab they have changed the chicken to thigh meat, no flavour and left the skin on. Went in the bin. Last time ordering.

Absolutely brilliant food, been a favourite for years now. Delicious food, cheap prices and excellent delivery speed, nothing mofe you could possibly want. Every delivery is fast, but Arpit especially is an extremely fast delivery driver, arrives at light speed every time 👍

The dish consisted of a combination of meats, including lamb slices, chicken tikka, and lamb shish rolls. However, I was disappointed to find the meat to be dry and lacking in flavor. The absence of sufficient sauces made it even more difficult to enjoy the kebab fully. By the halfway point, it became challenging to swallow without a beverage, highlighting the need for a drink alongside the meal. The location of the restaurant in a narrow street posed some challenges, especially when it came to finding suitable parking. Although there were a few street parking areas nearby, the narrow lanes made it a bit tricky to navigate. Considering my overall experience, I must admit that Royal Kebab House fell short of my expectations. While the portion size was generous, the dry meat and lack of adequate sauces made it difficult to fully enjoy the kebab. The disappointing decor of the restaurant added to the underwhelming experience. Given other options available in the area, I am unlikely to return to Royal Kebab House in the future. Ultimately, if you're seeking a satisfying kebab experience, it might be worthwhile to explore alternative options in High Wycombe.

Been scammed twice off uber eats by these. They cancel order and don't get refund twice its happend now and can't contact anyone via uber eats to fix issue!

I enjoyed my Chicken curry but the 'large' portion was anything but. Friendly service but took a while longer than I'd have liked.

Best kebabs in High Wycombe, fast service. The shop is humble but the food top quality and the service is excellent. The people that run this shop are really nice you can see that they care a lot for their customers.

Kebab meat was ok , forgot my salad, chicken in the mixed kebab dry as chaff and food coloured. Definitely not wor the money. Don’t have a take away very often so was very disappointed. Won’t be using you again!!

DO NOT WASTE YOU TIME AND MONEY HERE. Never bother ordering from this place please. Placed an order and were given 45min. Ended up waiting 1.5 hours and called again. Were told that the order is on its way. Waited another 15min and called back to inquire but no one picked the phone up. Most unprofessional. Food never arrived.

Brilliant food always on time and polite service!

Not happy at all. As always kept waiting to collect a simple order that was placed 30 minutes ago. No one came to the front for 10 minutes and then I still have to wait for another 10 minutes. I’m surprised they are still in business. What a joke!!!!

Despite the poor Google reviews I persued my hunger to royal kebab house. The store having had (severely) better days and them lacking a menu I still managed to order a chicken kebab (as the photo shows) it came exactly as I asked after a brisk wait I passed talking to the owner who was delightful and happy to help. I would recommend this kebab to anyone in the high Wycombe area who would like to try their kebab. However your stomach may regret it later.

Finally have found a place in High Wycombe that does amazing biryani. The naan was nice and well done, the channa massala was spicy just how I prefer and the chicken biryani was fantastic. Will only be coming back here for an Asian cuisine. 10/10

Option to have salad or not. Chose to have salad, so of course it came without. Doner meat was from a packet and not cooked and sliced by themselves. Quality was very poor and I wouldn't be deceived by their pictures online.

We ordered off just eat there was no option to choose what salad we can have I called the restaurant to discuss and the gentleman was very polite they did not have cabbage and this is the only salad I have on my kebab so I just said not to put it on. It would be great if they started it serve cabbage with there salad just like all kebab vans and shops as the food was delicious we had a Donor and chicken kebab and can not fault it.

Strongly advise you not to order from here. Waited 2hr 30min for my order and by that time the restaurant had already closed. Order never arrived despite them saying the driver is on his way. Still trying to get a refund

Excellent kababs, great blend of spices. We went for mixed grills on my husbands birthday and couldn’t asked for better. Loved the whole chicken, well cooked meat. Food was piping hot, really generous for the price.

Some orders have been ok, but not impressed by the way the staff speak to their customers. Unfriendly, Rude & no respect.

Good delivery and majority of the food was nice, the burger was delicious. However, the staff that confirmed my order was rude and had appualing attitudes. I doubt I'll order again as I felt like they dont care.

I ordered food from them at 11pm from Stokenchurch they deliverer pretty quick in 30mins, and most importantly the food is piping hot!! So delicious and happy especially in the middle of the night! Reat place! Good portions as well

Ordered a kebab to be delivered.... delivery was as they said and the food was lovely. One of the best kebabs I've had for a long time. Massively superior to the rubbish they serve at holmer green kebabs. Really tasty and not over cooked! Would thoroughly recommend.

I've had good orders and bad order's from this place, kebabs are quite bad but their burger's aren't too bad. They did have a tendancy to forget the simplest things even though the order was repeatedly checked over the phone before I collected. It's not a welcoming or attractive place to go into. The kitchen is completely shut off to the customer's eye which will definitely effect their business with some customers who prefer to see the staff handling the food. Honestly this place needs improving in order for it to attract and retain new customers.

50mins for delivery when initially saying 15 mins. When calling back asking where my food was, they didnt seem to care, and told me that they had orther orders. Simply dont tell me you will be round in 15 minutes and then tell me nearly an hour later that my food will be another 10-15 minutes, considering i obly live accross the road! Not okay.

1st time ordered really enjoyed the food, delivered early. My only criticism is there was no cheese which I'd paid extra for in one of the burgers but other than that I couldn't have faulted the food or the service

Resturant added 15 mins but was still late, doner kebab was not fresh tasted weird, beef burger was cold, cheesy chips had a wee bit of cheese on top will not be ordering again. Medium chips in a small box.

I ordered my food for 17.40 tonight and turned up at half 4! there is a reason I ordered my food for this time and what is the point in asking what time we would like the food if you don’t deliver it at that time. was not impressed having to eat my dinner at 4.30pm

Food arrived cold-warm, 15 minutes late. Was missing can of drink from one out of two meals. Doner meat was soft and barely cooked. This place seems to have gone downhill, would advise going elsewhere.

Took 80 mins, the kebab meat was dry, naan bread was dry and they forgot something from my order. Very dissapointed.

I wrote a note stating "the burger with salad, only lettuce and cucumber please, thank you" only to revive the burger with everything in it, a little disappointed because my partner had to dismantle his burger for him to eat, doesn't normally happen but did tonight.....

Very poor service. We bought our kebab off the back off the recommendation on JustEat, but the chips were cold, the salad was warm and the kebab was average. It was also late on a quiet shift.

Ordered a chicken kebab got a doner kebab and the salad was old - I used to love this place. Not anymore.

Awful company waited 45 mins then got someone else's food so rang to complain so had wait another 45 mins for my food no refund nothing and when it came I weren't so hungry and the chicken was dry and not that hot awful food and worse customer service

Unfortunately the order was only half right when we received it, a quick call to the restaurant and 30 mins later we were delivered the missing food, hot and fresh. Thanks for the great service.

Dry kebabs, do the chefs not have any idea about cooking or seasoning processes? The meat reminded me of a camel's backside, it was that dry and crispy. Greasy naan, but delivery was quick, and service was good. Get new chefs!

disgusting ! Everything tasted of stale cooking oil. Couldn't eat anything. Never order again!!

Always order from here and never leave a review. But after tonight won't be using them anymore. Food was cold, delivery was half an hour late. Driver actually tried to leave before even attempting to find my house.

Food fantastic, but very late this time

We are regulars here, ordered on a Sunday and it was 25 minutes late. Not really a problem. The chips were soggy, not normally like this. The Chicken kebabs were not upto normal standard. It was just OK.

Food generally OK, restaurant always seem to add at least 30-40 minutes on to expected delivery time. Our latest order was was expected to be delivered in an hour, after an hour my order status on the Just Eat app changed to delivered, however, the food took another 30 minutes to arrive! I've also noticed a trend where when I pay cash it arrives in about an hour, when I pay by card it's at least an hour and 30 minutes! Someone there possibly knows that drivers don't generally get a tip when it's pre paid by card so why rush!!!

No food after nearly 2 hrs. Don't pick up phone No phone call to let you know it's late. If using "just eat" app, much better service from any of the competition in area. Don't bother wasting time or money.
