Best curry in wembley hands down . Absolutely spotlessly clean, open Kitchen. Very kind friendly staff. Outstanding value!. I have eaten in every establishment in wembley over the last 8 years and this is 1 of my 3 goto every week. FANTASTIC!!!

Owner is really humble and professional. We enjoyed our dinner and it was amazing experience.

I recently ordered online on uber eats Chicken Tikka Biryani and Chicken Biryani, and both were incredibly disappointing. The Chicken Tikka Biryani was overloaded with chat masala, making it overpowering and unpleasant to eat. Instead of enhancing the flavor, it completely ruined the dish. The Chicken Biryani wasn’t any better—bland, dry, and lacking any real taste or aroma that a good biryani should have. The rice quality was subpar, and the chicken pieces were either too dry or lacking flavor altogether. Overall, this was one of the worst biryanis I’ve ever had. Definitely not worth the price, and I wouldn’t recommend it to anyone looking for authentic, flavorful biryani.

I came here yesterday with two of my good friends. The service was good and the food was perfect. I paid £16 for two dishes and a drink. I definitely would recommend it to people.

I went in here on Christmas Day. The actual place is lovely. Nice seating areas. Clean. However, I was disappointed in the food. I ordered a potato dish and the potatoes were still raw. The 'pilau' rice was plain (no flavour) and the chicken dish was very bland. It didn't appear to have been marinated. I did mention this to the waitress, and just got a smile. I've seen previous reviewers and the owners have responded quite rudely. I was polite in the restaurant about my feedback and paid my bill in full (£35) but unfortunately I am unlikely to return.

I always pass by on my way home and today decided to pop in. I think that was the cheapest byriany I’ve ever had and was really delicious- rice was fluffly and tasty, and the chicken was falling off the bone- so good 🥰

I and my wife had one of of the best dinner here tonight. Food was amazing everything was delicious. Just don't believe in fake reviews. You should try food first . Owner and staff are really good

We just got home from dinner and my husband and I are very satisfied. I was very skeptical at first reading all the comments but I think they are fake because nothing from the all bad comments I read are true! The service was excellent, the food was delicious, the restaurant was clean and beautifully decorated, the owner was very nice. No one took our plates or forced us to leave and pay and we were sitting there for around two hours. All very fresh, delicious and nicely served. Within 5 minutes we had our drinks and next 10 minutes our food. We ordered Bombay Aloo, Saag Aloo and Mixed Vegetables Curry, all of them perfection. Garlic Naan was one of the best I've ever had. My husband also enjoyed his Tandoori Roti. All of those items we both rate 5/5. We were already so full but decided to order dessert and tea anyway. I'm in love with Gajar Ka Halwa and they didn’t disappoint. Karak Chai definitely the best in Wembley area! Homemade taste, exactly like mine when I make it at home.

Yesterday I'd chicken karahi and it was just tasteless and awful, i even mentioned them to do it spicy even though after specifying it all they did was making it more worse, never suggesting to anyone.

Please avoid this restaurant. The worst food and service. Even the food was available but the head chief did not serve us. We decided to have limit dishes even though it was too bad service. Food was not tasty at all. When we asked for the receipt the they gave us order card. The photo is attached

Ate here last night, so wish we hadn't! Ordered Onion Bhajis...no Onion Bhaji. No chapati on the menu. Ordered Afghan Lamb Karahi for me and Chicken Dansik for my other half...after taking the order, the waitress then came back...no Afghan Lamb Karahi...just ordinary Karahi and no Chicken Dansik. Mrs said her Butter Chicken was OK but nothing special. My meat was rubbery and tasteless although the sauce was OK. Generally poor experience overall... wouldn't eat here again and wouldn't recommend to anyone. In an area with mostly 'Asian' eateries, I was expecting much, much better! 😞

Went here and wasn't sure when we walked in. The staff though we're very friendly. Ordered 4 popadoms and a pickle tray. The sauces came in some 1980s sauce bottles. For starters I ordered Chicken Pakora, we don't have any, OK Onion Baji, we don't have any, Lamb Samosas, no we don't have any. Ok tell me what you do have? To be 100% fair, I had Chx Tandori and Shiesh Kebab and they were nice. Then it all went wrong again. Ordered a Garlic Naan with Lamb Dansak. The Lamb was vile. Grisly, chewy and tasteless. The garlic Naan was just nothing. Wasn't fluffy to eat and very bland. I literally left my whole mains. My son had Chicken Karahi and he said it was OK but again, his Cheesy Naan he said was shocking

We went to Royal Karahi as a family (with kids) and they were very hungry! So were we. We ordered an on the bone chicken karahi, chicken chargha (grilled) and a chicken biryani. Everything was really nice. Homemade kinda taste. After the meal we were asked if we wanted desserts but I was not expecting it to be as good as it was. The milk cake and kheer were absolutely amazing too! 10/10

Me and the family were visiting my extended family in Wembley after long day and the London rush uffff we all were superb hungry and looking for some decent home cooked halal curry and naan we were blessed to come across this amazing curry house —- royal karahi absolutely spot on hit all the spot —- definitely it be one of our must visit restaurants when in Wembley —- and the service the sister she was excellent well deserved

We had ordered veg dishes, we like eating spicy very much, the food was spicy but the mix veg taste was less or if you are serving Indian food then onion and lemon slices should be there in the list

I had a very bad experience at your restaurant. The service was not good. While I was eating, your waiter took our plates and served dishes without asking us. This is not acceptable. First, you need to train your staff on proper service etiquette. I was very disappointed

My family and I have been going to Mr Malik for more than 7 years to taste his biryani because he makes the best biriyani that I have ever tested. Furthermore I have been ordering biriyani for parties and have highly recommended his biriyani to many people. The owner and his wife are also quite friendly.

Strange really as 4 of us went in when restaurant was empty and we were just waiting a few minutes for one other person to join us, waitress continually asked for our order even though we said waiting for one other- she asked the 4 of us to order and said the other person could order when they arrived- anyway we only had to wait a few minutes for all of us to. Be there. When the food arrived it was very good, fresh and tasty but as we’re having our last bits of naan and finishing drinks the card reader arrived to pay!! They needed the table apparently- even though half the restaurant wasn’t being used. Despite the good food just plain rudeness means we won’t go back

Best proper authentic biryani ever I had in London we almost 2-3 time a week order form royal Karhai chicken biryani / lamb biryani. Every dish is delicious and authentic test very affordable price in London. We try lots of place for biryani mostly of restaurants add gravy to boil rice and serve Royal Karhai has proper dum cooked biryani as authentically make ❤️ must try highly recommended

Been here four times now. Food quality is consistent and high. Food is Fresh. Service is friendly and polite. I use to go Southall for my Kebab roll fix, but no longer. This will be my go to place.

I order take away many times Lamb Biryani ,but all the time it comes with rice and bones!I am not going to pay £15 for bones with rice !!! Salads are delivered inside a plastic bag, disgusting!!! I will never order again....

I have brought people to this restaurant 3 times. In rice dishes, the food is delicious, and it tastes fantastic when you combine the sauce from the main course.🥵🥵 The prices are very reasonable and friendly, but please don't make it more expensive as I would like to continue bringing people here.🥹 I think the staff remembers me, and I would be cheerful if they chatted with me a little before and after busy hours. Additionally, the atmosphere always provides a good vibe. Keep it up, please.🫡🫡

Been here twice, ordered the kebab roll. Food is fresh and tasty. Staff are super friendly and service always comes with a smile. Place is really clean and prices are very reasonable, waaay lower than the other local places. Ps been here after my review I would still give it 5 stars, 6 if I was allowed. I've seen recent influx of 1 star reviews, they look fake (all left at the same time and only reviewing this place, bad grammar and broken english). Whoevers doing this is a terrible person. They are damaging a good business and honest people. These guys are not only local (and I think family business) but service is super friendly and the tables and kitchen are always clean. The kitchens open so you can see your food being made. Always seen the utmost care. The waitresses always check in on you to make sure your happy. To the owners and people who work there keep up the good work. I always leave with a smile because of you guys : )

It was a lovely place. Cool and clean environment. The food was tasty, hot, and spicy just like I love my food to be. The portion was just perfect and the lamb curry was well seasoned. The price was fair but of course, I wish it was slightly more affordable. It's a place I don't mind going out to hang out with family and/or friends.

Unfortunately, it felt like a fast food restaurant. Food was kinda good, but the waitress was absolutely overwhelmed by all the guests and wanted to charge us double the price for a lassie. I think and believe it was because of the time, but take care....

Really enjoyed my meal. Lovely service from the lady who showed me to my table and explained the vegetarian options. Loved the peshawari naan, the portion size of the mixed vegetable curry, the quality of the food and the friendliness of the people working there. Highly recommended.

More expensive than the average local Indian restaurant but there's a good reason for that - the food is truly delicious, consistently so, with lovely vegetarian dishes and high quality lamb. I often eat local veggie takeaways which are super cheap and make a nice lunch, but Royal Karachi is a step up for a particularly nice experience.

Sorry to say but there seems to be no consistency in this restaurant related to PRICE. On different occasions l bought the SAME dish, however, l was charged DIFFERENT prices- I bought daal and rice on the first occasion and was charged £9 then another time a few days after, they charged me £14. How possible within few days the price jumped very high?

Cold kebabs. Extremely oily food. Every dish drowned in oil. Only flavour was oil. Ordered nihari, chicken ginger curry , Afghan chicken , lamb curry . All bad.

The Boneless chicken karahi was far too spicy and egg fried rice was not really egg fried rice there was spicy green chill in old smelly rice. Never ordering from here again. You guys should learn how to make authentic egg fried rice.

Food was good, good service and not so busy

In general, I've tried a variety of dishes such as saag, biryani, qorma, kebabs, and fried items like pakoras and samosas. While most dishes were satisfactory, the pakoras and samosas were a complete letdown. The pakoras were so hard that I had to throw them away, and the samosas were equally unimpressive. However, I did enjoy the biryani, which I usually pair with saag. On a positive note, the staff was friendly and accommodating.

I have lived around for almost two years but only when I am leaving I just found this amazing place. I personally feel the lamb dishes are their best, I have almost tried all the lamb main dishes from afghan lamb to rogan josh, and all of them are superb. In terms of the vibe and the service , I would say it reminds me of all those family-run little restaurants which are full of love and chill, just give you a nice and comfortable feeling. Plus , the price is very lovely as well. I would definitely come back from time to time.
