I bought a large Kofte and lamb kebab which was very good, it came with a Nan bread and salad and the hot sauce was excellent, they also gave me a can of pop. All this for £7.50 really good value for money.

i didn't get food he was just waiting around the corner and then he swiped it as delivered,

honestly the only thing worth ordering here is the whole peri peri chicken with fries which is amazing , otherwise everything else is either precooked from when is anyones guess. The spicy rice was taken out of the fridge and microwaved was plain and dry.

I went there for my first time and went with a few other people. We ordered the panini and steaks the portion sizes are great and included a lot of food for the price. The panini was nice and crispy and the steak was juicy and finger licking good 10/10 would recommend to anyone👌

The chicken Shawarma was not good. The chicken was not shawarma chicken it was just bland chicken with no taste.

I was expecting a proper Shawarma Wrap.

The lamb samosas was mainly potato with little bits of minced lamb. The veg samosas were the same as supermarket ones. I didn't see any sweets on display. I can only comment on the samosas. However, the rest of the menu looks good. I will try their kebabs next time.

Food was subpar and not worth the price. The order was for a family Iftar and cost over £40. About 5mins after placing an order I received quite a forceful phone call from the restaurant informing me they would take no responsibility whatsoever in the event the food came late. The donner was plain and had an odd pale tinge. Wings were bland and not spicy at all, absurd to charge £7.99 for just 6 plain wings and chips. Paradoxically, the burgers were smothered in an overwhelming amount of sauces. I have to say I expected more of a premium product from an establishment called “Royals”, overall a very mediocre experience. I’m impressed that they have somehow managed 1 star on hygiene, that must require exceptional filthiness.

Spent £20 on two kebabs, definitely wouldn’t recommend. Portions are very small. The kebab meet was all shredded as if they served us scraps, very bland and disappointing

I spent over £40 pounds on food for a small gathering, and the food was just very bland. Nobody enjoyed it. The beef burger tasted like lemon and was very over cooked and chicken burger had no taste.

Burgers were not good at all. Chips were undercooked. Only postive was it arrived quick.

This is the third time the driver turned up at the wrong address, which makes me annoyed.

I ordered cheesy chips but just got plain chips that didnt taste fresh, The gormet burger was far from it, think they need to go look at what a real Gormet burger is Wont order from here again

I wouldn’t even give it a one star…. The quality of the food was terrible, as in you would get the smallest portion, I highly doubt it was fresh. No-one interacts with you when you walk in so expect to do most things yourself. There was a smell coming from the burger meal that we had purchased to which we had to waste, which was a shame as everyone was hungry. I wouldn’t recommend this restaurant/ takeaway at all. Avoid

Waste of money wish I didn't recommend this place for me and my family to eat. This kebab was £6.49. Where was the meat? Also dry and tiny bit of sauce even though we asked multiple times for them to cover it. My burger smelt of bins when I opened it. My family also had terrible portion sizes won't be coming hear again.

Ordered half a peri peri chicken and rice, + some baked fish. The chicken was delicious, the rice wasn't oily which was a huge bonus (I'll never understand why so many restaurants use so much oil). The fish was spicy but overall a nice meal and I have no complaints!

The wings are really good (peri peri hot) especially when they're not rushed and cooked for a longer time. The chip portion is pretty small... I guess some places are like this ? But what really has shocked me is how tight they are with the chilli sauce. They act like they've paid £100.00 a bottle. We asked to use the sauce bottle in the shop forgetting we had our own tubs gives to us and an employee piped up like, "in that case, if you're not using the tubs you can give them back." I awkwardly handed it back. Still disturbed by that. We ordered our evening meal with them and personally requested on the phone chilli sauce . We spent £50.00 in total today, no sauce with our meal. Am I missing something ? Is this sauce gold dust ? Better of buying your own sauce lol

Platter Food was great but one of the box of chips where old.

This was our first time ordering here, we had burger meals and my children complaining the burgers taste off like tangy taste, and the burger wernt cooked really good either they where slightly pink, can't order from here again.

Hi, I want to report this delivery guy as he always leaves the food in the front of my block instead of actually coming upstairs. I recently suffered a leg injury and it is difficult for me to walk and that's why this is so frustrating. Please take some actions regarding this matter as I don't belive anyone likes being treated that way expecially when paying for such a service.

Always great well cooked food, chicken always succulent not over done, burger buns are always soft not seen these buns used anywhere else in Bedford. The relish and ingredients go well together in all their gourmet burgers.

Cold foods - the donner meats were served with salad. No chips, pitta or naan and the menu did not give you the option to select so we thought the restaurant would contact us to confirm - not the case. The chips with a meal were disgusting and it is poor quality of food for the cost of the meal will not be ordering from there again. 😠

Everything was too spicy...ordered plainish wraps but all of them so spicy and kids couldn't eat at all...

Got my order wrong and then decide to tell me to contact justeat when you can’t even order a lamb kofta panini on there justeat menu. Won’t be ordering again.

Worst Bedford Takeaway we've ever had. Ordered a burger and a lamb tikka kebab and chips. Chips arrived cold, we received about 5 tikka pieces which tasted gone off. The burger was the best part of the takeaway as that didn't taste gone off!

Always lovely food but I order the gourmet burger regularly can you not change the sauce? The tomato sauce and bits of pepper etc ruin the very nice burger. Apart from that, always tasty!

Great food BUT : The order was wrong and the restaurant blamed just eat . Offered 4 version of hot for a chicken donned on website and it comes pre-made and you can’t even have it plain . Ordered a Pitta pocket but turned up with a panini . Restaurant said no preference showed when order place and blame just eat again . No drink selection so had 5 random drinks when meal option selected . Called Restaraunt who said I’m basic terms . Yeah whatever take it up with just eat . GREAT FOOD - SHOCKING CUSTOMER SERVICE . if they get your order right then you should be ok .. Good luck
