Cold and pizza was tasteless chips was ok

No ssauces on kebab and food cold.

order was ~1h late, rang the restaurant claiming issues and one order before us. despite this, still arrived at the 2h point. Extra can of drink given as compensation.

I've always had good experiences with this venue before, but this was incredibly disappointing. took 2hrs 15mins to receive order. guy on phone was apologetic but ultimately don't accept the order and offer delivery in an hour if you cannot accommodate it. The chicken shawarma was NOT shawarma, it was weird chewy chicken that had clearly been reheated. Incredibly disappointing.

Usually orders are delivered on time. But today it was a bit late. I only mention it because I was waiting to go out.

20 min pass delivery time, the shop called to tell that they don't fulfill order because they are short of ingredients and that they are very busy serving customers, no manners to speak to customers, rude and late obviously,

The kebab was not nice I asked for nann it was on pitta bread the bread was soggy and just fell apart in pieces it normally comes in a tray but was just wrapped in paper screwed up just wasn't nice at all would it be possible for are refund please as was really disappointing

Really enjoyed the food here, good quality grilled meats, fresh and juicy. Service was also very good, fast and friendly staff, pricing is pretty reasonable, definitely recommend!

Trust me, this is the worst food I had in a few months. 4.7 reviews for what? The only thing that was good was the generous portions. But the food is so bad. They don’t even know the meaning of a sharwama. Burger dead. Chips soggy. Definitely some fake reviews. The only thing good was the Pepsi . Please order the food from here if you want to do a diet, appetite went after 2mins. No disrespect to the owner but please make it better.

Food is still very nice here! And instructions listened to so you get your kebab just the way you like it :) only downside is it seems the portions have gotten smaller….

Nice kebabs to be fair, only down side was that the naan bread was very hard on parts that just broke off when trying to fold it which made me question the freshness off it. apart from that was early and tasty.

Not sure if there's new owners or not but the chips never seem cooked.

Burgers are as you expect, but the calzone, cheesy pizzas and their Greek salad all recommended. Supporting local businesses and I would order again.

Do not order from here!! It’s been taken over by new owners never had a problem with this place before hand I’ve been waiting over 2 hours for my food when I got a notification 45 minutes ago saying my food had left the shop, still didn’t arrive so I’ve rang them and they told me that they tried to knock on the door (I have a ring doorbell which notifies me when someone is at my door) and left my food on my door step for over an hour!! And when I said to them what am I expect to eat cold food th

they got ingredients wrong, asked for tuna to be swapped with olives, they swapped anchovies for olives instead - hate tuna! they did come up to my flat as requested though, which other places don't...

I was so disappointed with this. Having read some fantastic reviews about the kebabs I was excited to try it, especially because they said it comes with homemade donner and yogurt sauce. My faves. When my Kebab arrived it was dry as anything with not a drop of sauce on it. I did order sauce. The bread wasn't fresh and quite hard, the pizza very basic and rubbery and the chips horrible. I hate writing bad reviews but it was pretty rubbish and I hate dry kebabs.

The grilled doner was great. Worth trying.

This place is normally really nice however I am afraid I had a really poor experience and will not be going back. I ordered a mega burger meal and got had off big time see pic. I also ordered a peri peri burger meal which was basically just a chicken burger with chili sauce. This place is normally really nice and was a favourite until now.

Order pizzas, it was good quality and Donner pizza & Hot n spicy chicken was really good.

Fantastic Kebab and Pizza house, probably one of the best in Manchester. The guys are always welcoming with a big smile and will go out of their way to make your food the way you want it. The shop is cozy and clean, and the staff really do know how to cook. I would recommend the grilled donner with the homemade chilli sauce and lemon juice, its very refreshing and one of the best tasting and quality donner meats available in South Manchester. As mentioned, the chilli sauce is homemade as is the donner sauce..which must be tried. The donner sauce is a warm red tomato based sauce which is a perfect dipping sauce as well as on your kebabs. The pizzas and garlic breads are also very tasty. Always fresh and full of flavour. I always order too much when I go, however I love the garlic bread when it goes cold so can't go wrong. I seriously recommend giving this place a try. I can assure you it's an inexpensive way of feeding yourself and putting a smile on your families faces!! Keep up the brilliant work guys!!
