Atlantic fish bar in Manchester

Food is absolutely awful, apparently they thought mince and onion puddings are "steak and kidney" so just replaced the steak and kidney we ordered with these - they smelt, looked and tasted like dog meat. Food was stone cold and staff are rude. On calling to sort this out the manager told me I was wrong because he's got 19 years experience and hung up.. avoid! 🤢

Chips were sub par, lumpy gravy and dry hard salty supposed to be mushy peas and the prices are astronomical for horrendous food. WILL NOT ORDER AGAIN

Excellent service good quality food

Absolutely shocking this chippy. Placed 2 orders and both were wrong. The 1st order had food & drinks missing and the 2nd order had the wrong sauces on the food. We had to go all the way back as they wouldn't answer the phone. The young lad and the older guy just looked at each and smirked. Disgusting how they treat customers

Always liked this place but I moved far away so it’s quite an effort to come to this place instead of somewhere nearer but was always worthwhile. My last few visits haven’t been great though. Food just isn’t the same standard it one was. Definitely not worth driving out for. I’m not gonna bother again. Really sad as it such an amazing chippy a few years back.

I was highly disappointed with this chip shop and cannot recommend it. The battered sausages were extremely disappointing, resembling pancake batter rather than traditional batter. The kids' popcorn chicken was of very low quality, and the beef mince pie had an unappetising grey filling.

Sunday lunch at the Northenden branch. Service with a smile. All chips and fish were freshly prepared and cooked when we arrived. They have many deals to suit your pocket. Also sitting down available to eat in. Great place was clean and fresh. Would highly recommend

Ordered Steak pie, Chips Peas Gravy. Chips were cold, not fresh and tasted bitter. The pie was ok. But gravy was like glue! Peas were tasteless! Appeared like the food had been reheated. My wife's order was the same. WILL NOT GO AGAIN.

We come here every few weeks for the Atlantic special, you get so much food for £6.99. Food is amazing and freshly cooked, they do the best mushy peas!!! Place is always super clean and staff are always so friendly.

Food is gorgeous staff are amazing

RANCID piece of Cod. Didn't notice until the end of it when I smelt that awful smell and tasted that horrible taste. I was in England on a layover and was really hoping to make the most of it. Came here for lunch, got the cod and chips, left with an awful stomachache for the entire layover... Absolutely disgusting. That piece aside, the batter was quite bland and flat. Had much better in many other places.

I was very impressed by Atlantic Fish bar. We had a very large order of 32 meals and despite only 2 of them working to make the food, every dish was hot, delicious and very reasonably priced. I'd definitely come back again

Absolutely incredible fish and chip shop since friends been taking about this place so said to my self need a visit . The staff and service was great, Strated with the main Cod and Chips Great value for money and great choice.… They have so many options and all for the good price. It has now become our regular chippie, and I can hands down say they are the best in … Presentation and quality of the fish n chips was amazing. Food very hot and delicious. Thankyou and well done for such a Brilliant chippy!!!! We will definitely order again
