I always preorder my food to be ready so I can collect on the way home. It's always ready and I've never had bad food from here. It's always delicious & staff are always polite. This is my go to pizza shop! Keep up the good work 😁🍕

I recently ordered Pizza and had an absolutely delightful experience. From the moment it was delivered by the friendly driver, the Pizza was perfectly cooked and so delicious. We always buy from here and we are never disappointed by the quality.

We've been loyal customers for a few years now. But last nights order was absolutely diabolical! The shawarma wrap was un seasoned & as dry as a bone & tasted like cardboard. It will be the last time we'll order from here again!

The food NEVER arrived, Avoid this place. I rang then they rang back stating that it had been delivered and that it was a man and a woman. considering a single parent household they did not deliver to this address. Absolute disgraceful. Either Driver stole the food or incompetent and delivered to the WRONG address. Either or denying responsibility.

still my absolute best an only go to. from the parma to the pizza's, even the garlic bread is fantastic, cheese n mushroom being my personal favourite.

Delicious food delivered pipping hot . Best kebab meat we have had sliced nice and thin with a bit of crispy edges . Good portion size and good value and meal deals. We will definitely order again.

Ordered the Special number 5 - 12" pizza with 2 burgers. Delivery was speedy but I'm guessing they estimate far longer so that you expect it at a certain time and are happily surprised when they turn up 30 - 45 minutes earlier. Overall the food was good, certainly the stuffed crust pizza was great. They're always a little underdone for our liking, but we stick them in the oven for 10, 15 minutes and they crust up well. The only issue was that there was no cheese on either of the burgers we chose; the triple cheese burger and the cheesy chicken burger. The burgers were not tasteless, they just didn't have the cheese advertised, in them. Putting it down to an honest oversight and we will still order from here again.

No joke I'm 41 years old and that stuffed crush meat feast pizza, it was the best pizza I have ever had, the Parmo was cooked to perfection and was a pleasure to eat.y new takeaway spot!

absolutely disgusted in what has happened this use to be the best takeaway in town I ordered a chicken polo pizza and there was a bone in the chicken my child choked on this I went online and complained no apology or anything I sent pictures of the food my child had coughed up and apparently that wasn't evidence that there was a problem with the food will not be using this service again

Food came cold! Soggy the boxes looked like they’d been left in rain they were that soggy. The prawn salad leaked absolutely everywhere just awful.

For the price of the food there was not much and the he quality of the food was shocking it was like eating a flip flop. I ordered narn bead and I got a tortilla wrap. The cold cans came In the bag of hot food to. So made the cans warm and the food cold. Phoned up to complain but then the person on the phone basically told me to get lost

The food was cooked to good standard, the delivery was great the only thing that was wrong was the menu read different to what we understood it to be, so for example in the mega box it said chicken burger and 1/4lb beef burger so we thought it was separate but it came in the same bun(it didn’t matter).

Slightly annoyed my pizza didn’t have olives on it as stated (my favourite bit)

I ordered a cheese burger with mushrooms, onions and cheesy chips, it was the most unreal food I've ever had. My lass ordered a kebab wrap meal and she loved the lot of it. Even the sauces were beautiful. Especially the chilli sauce in my eyes was different to anywhere I've ever ordered from but it was so nice! Definitely recommend anyone give this shop a go. The whole lot of the food was unreal and fairly priced with quick delivery! 10 out of 10! 100% I've ordered from all over the North East and never found anything as good as this! Thank you royal grill. We will be back soon!

Chicken reheated by sticking it in the fryer! Really?? Probably the worst kebab I've had in years. Never again. They're just taking the pee.

If I could I would give zero stars due to service and treament from worker at Royal Grill. The issue I have is someone who answers the phone to just start shouting at my partner stating they don't read notes that are typed into Just Eat app. The note which was typed in for the order I made was due to lactose intolerance, the person who answered the phone would know this if they or someone else read the notes. The notes is the only section that anyone can use to inform them of any allergies, if that is not important enough for them to read then they need to rethink their priorities as someone will become seriously ill or even worse. But hey, they don't read the notes, and gave no explanation or apology but instead raised their voice for no reason. Due to lack of care and no interest in catering to peoples allergies and or needs, the matter has been reported to Food Standards Agency.

2 hours iv waited for delivery I have rang them up and he can’t even speak English properly saying he has been to my house and no one was in iv checked my cctv just to make sure and he is a Lier said to me be there in 10mins iv rang them up 15mins later asking where it’s been and he’s still saying he has been now no answer guess no food is coming then . never had this problem with them before but now I’m going to avoid this place at all costs waste of time waste of money lack of communication absolute idiots AVOID THIS PLACE! Now I’m trying to get a refund from justeat.

Food was late and cold, pizza was overcooked and tough, cheesy chips were nice but the portion was small.

Forgot both sauces, so had a kebab with no sauces, rang up to be told can have something free next time when I wanted sauces sent as didn’t want to eat a dry kebab, chips weren’t very nice either, and didn’t receive the free pop for spending over £26, pizza was only thing that was nice.

Yet to receive my food. Tried calling the restaurant to their phone off the hook. Absolute joke

I got the royal box. All the chicken was dry and the garlic and chilli pots were the smallest ive ever seen. Chips were the only good thing. Im never buying from here again.
