Just had food delivered. Very fast and fresh as usual. Order here every week . Excellent food every time. Beef chow mein. Was very juicy . And chicken balls are to die for . In fact no matter what I try It's all amazing food back again next week

Don’t bother. Noodles were wet and tasteless, chilli beef just tasted like raw garlic, chips were soggy and sweet and sour was claggy and tasteless. Waste of £30, threw it all in the bin and went out. Would give 0/5 if I could.

Just had a lovely takeaway delivery. Food delivered hot and well within promised time. Well impressed. Meal was delicious thank you.

Had another lovely meal from Royal Dragon I travel from Rumney as its always a lovely meal and worth the short journey.

anytime i wanna order a chinese i always order from here. best place to go, food is always hot and never disappoints, staff amazing as always, very quick aswell!! beef chow mein is my favourite and it’s all round great

I treated myself to a meal from Royal Dragon, Llanedeyrn. I had chicken, rice, sweet n sour sauce and seaweed, delicious. Greeted when entered the Royal Dragon and polite chat. Services was in great time, food was nicely presented, freshly made to order. Surporting local businesses.

Fantastic food. Food always hot. Had a late delivery and was still hot.. Staff are friendly. Never use another Chinese.

Food was lovely, food delivered to my door some places ask me to come outside but royal dragon brought it to my block of flats and up the stairs to my door, food was still hot and everything taste fresh 😋 Would definitely eat from here again.

Box meal chicken balls with rice chips and sauce x3 was stunning I won’t go any other Chinese minors only one I’ll go to best around 6/5 stars!

Have to say the the food was lovely just what I expected ordered and received within 40 minutes to a pleasant delivery driver have to say I’m 100% order special foo yung again

Chips not cooked... still hard But other food was great

I ordered two chow meins plain, when they arrived they were not plain and we’d waited over an hour for the delivery. I called the restaurant who said I could have our future next chow mein (x1) for free. When we ate the one delivered (what we could as it wasn’t plain) it was salty and inedible. So we have needed to go without food this evening. I’d have rathered contact the restaurant directly but there’s no message feature.

Food is good but items missing when delivered, when we ring to complain told to go online, why? I'm on the phone with them, Very poor customer relations..

Ordered from here a few times and everytime there have been items missing from our delivery. Tonight we put through a £40 order that was placed at 5pm for it to arrive on our door at 19.19pm. Upon opening the delivery items were yet again missing. Missing item have literally just turned up at 19.39 but the rest of the food is cold. It is simply not good enough everytime an item has been missing we have been offered credit off next meal but its a pointless gesture when they miss it out again. We are owed money when you look at it. Should be 45 mins turn around for a meal to be delivered. I feel I would have had better service from mcds. The lady on the phone was hard to understand and didn't really care. No refund offered or compensation. Shocking level of customer service. We will not be using this chinese again which is a shame as the food is lovely. Just lost a customer. For not delivering a simple request.

Had ordered last nite, food was horrible, 42.00 in the bin, never order again

The courier was very rude. After waiting 1hr for my food. Firstly, she refused to meet me at my location (the location put on uber eats). Initially, i thought it was miscommunication and tried to show her how to get into the accommodation if she’s having issues. She then said i should come meet her at the gate and that she wont come meet because she has other deliveries to make. Despite the fact i paid to be delivered to that location. Then she started yelling at me and hanged up on me. I decided to meet her at the location. When i got there, i realised she was not where she said she was, and i wasn’t given details on the car/ what she looked like. i then called the restaurant to ask where she was. The lady was initially calm then started yelling at me once she heard me speak, she said shes in-front of the gate, Even when i stated i was at the gate and didn’t see her there. I also asked what car is she in or the colour of the car and she just kept yelling the same thing to me. She then decided to listen to me and call to ask where she was. The lady called back and told me she is in the other side of the gate. I walked to the location and was given my order. These two ladies were very unprofessional and i reckon the reason they were rude to me is because i sound younger than i am, so they think they can be rude with no care in the world. I have decided to never order from this restaurant again and would advice you not to. When i reported to uber eats i was told the restaurant used their own courier.
