Excellent takeaway, fab food and great staff!

Had a delivery last night, came really fast and everything was hot. Food was amazing

one of the best meals my wife and I have tasted, we both left some for Friday evening.

your driver was absolutely rude, he handed us the food walked away without any apology as food was late, food was cold and none eatable,,,,spend £50 on the meal NOT HAPPY,,,,,never again,,,,,,,the driver again he shouldn't have a job never mind a delivery job,,,,,

Had another meal from here and yet again I couldn’t fault it. Staff are very friendly and if I forget something then they just cook it straight away so no waiting at all. Prices are very competitive as well.

Excellent takeaway, great delivery and tasty hot Chinese food. This is the one to order from but avoid the times when I order so I can enjoy my usual great dishes.

Very poor quality - avoid anything with sauce. For starters we had crispy seaweed, spring rolls and prawn crackers. The crackers were good, the spring rolls OK and the seaweed wasn't crispy. For mains we had (non)crispy beef, sweet & sour chicken balls, chicken satay, chow mein, ribs and Singapore fried rice. Only the chicken balls were any good. The sauces were awful, like they'd been made up with water and ready-mix powder, bought from the cheapest place available. The satay was watery gloop that looked like wallpaper paste and didn't taste of peanuts at all, and I've never been to a Chinese that could mess up Singapore rice before, so that was a first! We ended up binning most of the food.

Such a lovely chinese, the people are brilliant and so lovely to talk to etc and the food is always lovely as well! My family and I are regular customers and there has rarely been an issue with an order, if there has been an issue then they will do all they can to fix it! The atmosphere in the shop itself is so welcoming as well; the receptionists will always have a chat with you and they are always super respectful ❤️

usually quite good however last nights meal made me sick so this is a warning for others. my friend had prawn curry, she liked it. i had crispy beef and sadly there was nothing crispy about it, the carrots tasted 2 or 3 days old, the fresh veg in it was barely cooked, and the crispy beef was slimey and disgusting. it has sadly put me off what was once a fortnightly treat. never again.

Worst Chinese we have ever had! Won’t ever be ordering from here again. Food is tasteless and cold, and when I phoned the restaurant they were most unhelpful with terrible attitude!

My wife had a boxed chicken curry and chips the amount of chips was ok but the curry sauce was very lacking i amount, also the chicken had clearly not been cooked in a sauce at all and was very bland, £8.80 for that, very disappointed.

Singapore rice and curry sauce was really nice. Crispy beef was not crispy and had a very strong sweet and sour sauce which spoilt it. The mixed starter was dry and and lacked flavour. Food was ready very quickly, which made me think it wasn't that fresh.

Always use this Chinese as always thought it’s the best even though it is much more expensive than others. Tonight it was late, chips like double fried, soggy and cold, prawn crackers missing, whole thing expensive for the quality tonight. Sorry to leave bad review but not up to normal quality

Placed my order egg fried rice chicken chow main salt and chill chips and salt and chilli chicken price £18 rang back up an added pancake roll and crispy beef end bill £29.70 when brought home no chicken chow main, enquired that there was no chow main to be told by a rude member of staff no love thats what you ordered, I know what I ordered love and my chicken chow main was no where to be seen common as muck didn't give a shit absolutely fuming never again and out of pocket.

Disappointing meal. Lemon chicken tasted like it was re-heated, pineapple pieces were hard and fried rice was very mushy. not a good experience.

The mixed starter all tasted the same even swamped in the vast sea of sweet & sour sauce. The ribs were dry and minuscule. The fried rice was swamped in chunks of chicken. My duck with cashew nuts was tasty. The Kung Po chicken was unlike anything of the same name elsewhere. There were no complimentary prawn crackers that are gifted when spending £40 on a takeaway meal.

Amazong food and the staff are very polite and accomodating. The food is second to none. In all the years ive been using it i have never had to make 1 complaint an also becasue of the quality there i would never use another chinese takeaway agian. Keep up the good work guys? Very disappointed. Food was bland and gelatinous. Lots of weird cubes of processed meat in the rice and chow mein, crispy beef was luminous red and the ribs were tough. There was an overwhelming taste of cinnamon in most dishes. However, food arrived bang on time and the delivery driver was super friendly!

Arrived really late and cold, considering we spent £46 for a family meal that's not good. I did get a call letting me know it would be later than expected but then had to call again to see where it was at. We've had good ones from here in the past so something went wrong on this occasion. It's a lot of money to spend on cold food, the chicken balls and spring rolls were soggy. Really disappointed, apologising for it being late is understandable but when it's also cold and at £46 is not great.

Ordered food for delivery. It didn’t turn up within the designated delivery time. After a few calls back and forth it eventually turned up and when I opened it the food was cold and the chips were horrible, almost like they had been reheated. Didn’t eat hardly any of it, really disappointing.

Service great food tastes good but small potions for price eg crispy beef had around 6 strings of beef then loads of onion and peppers, not worth the money.

Our worst Chinese EVER! Soggy “crispy beef”, soggy chips, tasteless BBQ sauce, and curry sauce that had obviously been microwaved as I could taste that it has been burnt! Really don’t understand how food this poor can be served!

I ordered King prawns with cashews but received king prawns with bamboo shoots and water chestnuts, was not happy as I already had chicken with the water chestnuts and bamboo shoots, I was looking forward to the cashew nuts.

The salt and pepper prawns were boiled with a few chilli flakes over them. No batter, fresh chilli’s or spring onion etc. the Singapore noodles were like spaghetti with diced meat with curry powder on top. No proper meat, prawns or fresh chilli. Definitely not rice or vermicelli noodles. Prawn toast was like soggy fried bread with fish paste on top. The worst Chinese I have ever had.

Food was lovely, Dave took my order AND delivered it which was amazing. Came hot and exactly want I wanted. Kit was also fantastic and great fun. Thankyou royal dragon!

Over the past few weeks we have been ordering food from Royal Dragon. I have been impressed with the quality of the food and the food arrives on time and hot. The 'Roast Chicken Chinese Style' is a particular favourite and one to try if you like chicken dishes. Overall, the delivery staff are courteous, polite and make every effort to ensure the food arrives on time. Today, I visited Royal Dragon to pick up a small order. The staff were great and the food ready in a short time. When we got home the food was very tasty and continued to be of an excellent standard. Thank you Royal Dragon, thoroughly recommended!

Totally disappointed, I thought I would give Royal Dragon a try,but never again. The crispy beef was soft and chewy in a watery barbecue sauce. The prawn and mushroom were absolutely awful ,mushrooms weren't cooked enough, sauce was like dish water, not nice ,won't be ordering again. REPLY TO OWNER!! Right! Firstly your response to my HONEST feedback was just plain ignorant. I love good Chinese food and have eaten plenty here and abroad. The food you delivered to me was quite frankly disgusting and I have had a bad stomach from the few bites I could manage,and the rest went in the bin.... I have run a successful small business for over 20 years and pride myself on customer satisfaction and a quality a service. I suggest instead of blaming your customers for the negative reviews,you take them as constructive criticism and work to improve the tast and quality of your food.

Very disappointed that my Special Fried Rice turned out to be Beef Fried Rice but was too hungry to bother with complaint. Usually so spot on with order and service

The rice was old rice it was hard and clumpy. The crispy beef was mixed with strange vegetables and they forgot my pompodoms

The starters were inedible, Ribs were like leather and all the other starters tasted awful. Main courses were ok. Might be a one off never tried this place before, not sure I will again

Ordered this for my grandfathers birthday since he’s never had Chinese. Wow! Was I amazed, their service was top tier and the delivery driver (Kris) was a happy chap. Would recommend this to anyone the food was also amazing arrived fresh and hot. No complaints!

Been using this cineese since it opened, never had a problem until this year. Ordered sweet and sour chicken with curry sauce and rice woman said minimum order £15, I asked sinse when. She said always, was starving didn't argue ordered mini spring rolls, order came but came with sweet and sour sauce instead called said they would send curry sauce. Hour later it came by then food was soggy. Couple of weeks later ordered the same it came however no rice but 20 spring rolls !! Called again woman said that's what I ordered I said I'm on my own why would I order 20spring rolls !! Over an hour later driver came gave me £18 rice and said keep the food. I said no thanks. Called today for delivery woman on the phone said the driver won't come back to my house??!! I did nothing but give the food back, twice royal dragon messed my order up and I can see not just mine but other people's then use the driver as an excuse for their incompetence. Lying about minimum order always being £15 I have bank statements proving it. Not a good way to treat your customers at all. Disgusted I've Been penalised for their mistakes and have given food back every time !
