Rotana Restaurant in Peterborough

Don't judge the book by it's cover, simple restaurant but really amazing food especially the grills the mince kebab and the as many as you want free of charge freshly made hot bread from the clay oven (tandoor) is second to none. The service is amazing, fast and very clean place. We were a group of 10 served well and quick. Thank you for the great service 🙂❤ will come again

This place was once on of the best, but somethings has definitely changed, food is way too salty, price has gone up crazy amount. There is a half bald extremely loud and no manner short guy, his voice is utterly agly and he shouts from front to the back, I have even witnessed him swearing. Absolutely disgusting behaviour as a kurdish man. He walks and talks like he owns the place, everytime I've been in, he is on his phone. Pls either shut him up or keep him at the back. Not a place to eat in anymore.

I mean the food actually tastes nice I love it but if you look down the counter or anywhere around you won't wanna keep on looking might put you of eating! Guys please clean your place it would make it so much better!!!

I thank them very much for giving me what I wanted just by phone, when I was in the hospital and couldn't go out to eat. Thank you again and their food is the most special

I served food there many times, it was ok, but now with the new guys in front who serve it is a disaster. He looks at you hatefully... he doesn't care about anything I do or how I serve, an arrogance to be seen again. Very bad services provided by these guys, especially one of them. Too bad ….. Food is really ok SHAME

I had a chicken wrap from here. It was tasty but the last bite was foul and the taste was unpleasant (of that one last bite), my stomach acted up a bit but i was fine. However my friend disclosed that he was sick that night with his stomach after he had the chicken wrap at home. I would recommend if you eat here, eat when the ingredients are fresh, don't take the last batch of anything like i had the last cold chips..

After walking past this place on a daily basis decided to eat in for the first time yesterday - what can I say - wow! Being greeted with a lentil soup immediately when sitting down, and fantastic hospitality from the waiting staff all to be topped off with some excellent Kurdish food. Our waiter was also joking with us and was educating us about Kurdistan too! Will not hesitate to recommend to others - you may well be surprised if you only thought this was a takeaway!

Very bad customer service unless you're certain nationality you've got no chance. Staff need to learn their menu stand there arguing with you what another member staff said. Instead of you've asked for. Write it down on a bit of paper they say what's this it's what I would like but then walk off and show customers weirdos. Speaking of customers I was in there yesterday a customer bought a nun from the back of the shop where the kitchen is to the front of the shop holding in his hands so basic hygiene is non-existent in the shop I have reported him for it

Brilliant. I am from London and It was my first time, I wasn't expecting food will be that good. Plus the staff where super friendly. When I come I will definitely visit them.

The kebabs were too salty that could not eat, the lamb shish was missing, I couldn't taste the meat in the mince but it was mostly the fat and ligaments mixtures this is why the kebabs were already shredded, wasted money wasted time, and too much fat with too mich salt can give you a risk for heart attacks.

Literally the best kebab in pitta bread in Peterborough! Friendly staff and good choice of Turkish food. Recommended!

Place serve nice food at reasonable price but there hygiene is not good they put their nan on on table with no paper or plate underneath they use same door on entering and leaving there clay oven touch the doors with bare hands no gloves used reported to food and saftey

Small shop on Lincoln Road. There is dine in facility as well. Excellent and very delicious food. Chicken shawarma wraps are the best. Very economical as well. Usually there is a queue, because it is quite popular and busy. Food is definitely very good. There is parking on the road next to it but it is limited, so yoy have to drive around to find a space sometimes. Halal food.

Best place in Peterborough. Fresh amazing tasting food. Staff are so friendly and cannot do enough to help. The fresh naan is the best bread I’ve ever had. Can’t rate this place high enough.

I visit this place regularly and have to say there homemade pitta beads are fantastic. Great selection of vegetable and meat dishes as well as some show stoppers lamb shank with 2 sides a rice and ban for under a £10'r you can't ask for more

very bad customer service they serve only to kurdish people if you are not kurdish you need to wait until they serve othersi think that this is unacceptablethe food is good bad they need to know that customer is important and doing this way they lose them like they lose me
