Ordered food for take away last week and knew I had to come back to sit-in. Food was fresh and hot both times. Complimentary lentil soup was delicious. Best place to have arabic shawarma. Such lovely service and very well priced.

I would eat here every night if it was nearer to my house.

Exceptional chicken shawarma wrap for a fiver

really nice Syrian restaurant, we ordered two chicken shawarma and tabbouleh every thing was delicious, prices are very good, cannot wait to visit this place again . I only have one point to mention , the toilet needs a lot of cleaning.

First time here today and it was a good experience. Service was fast and staff friendly, they moved a heater to face us to keep us warm. This made it a warm cozy atmosphere on such a cold night (-5 today), the restaurant is decorated nicely and was clean. They also served us complimentary lentil soup, which was very nice. The food we ordered came quickly, was hot and tasted very nice. For the price this was excellent. I would recommend getting dishes to share as the portion was large. I also enjoyed the tea, again very warming in a cold day at the barras market.

Got a fantastic huge Sharing platter for an office do and the plates were licked clean! The meats were fabulous, but equally noteworthy were the pickles and the home made hummus 🤌 And the sauces! Will be back for sure.

Used this takeaway for the first time after being at an event in Baad at the Barras, lovely food, nice staff, nice delivery drivers too, chatting away will def go here again.

Great spot for vegans. They didn't have falafel when I can, but served me up a tasty vegan selection anyway. I came on a Friday night and they closed when Barrowlands closed. Might be worth staying open for when Barrowlands empties to catch the gig attendees...

The service is excellent, and the guys, Wael Al-Homsi and Ibrahim, are from Idlib. There is nothing more wonderful than special service.

Fried chicken was excellently seasoned and served with delicious garlic dip. Unfortunately the fries were soggy, the service was cold, and the mopped dirty water right onto our shoes while we were standing outside the store waiting for our food. Will be going back again but hope the service is friendlier 🥳

Very bad restaurant, most of the food tasted bad, and the staff did not treat me well, especially the restaurant manager. I will not return to this restaurant even if the food was free.

I always order the mixed grill for my family – it's delicious, well-cooked, and beautifully seasoned. While I usually get takeout, I have visited the restaurant once. The space is small and not very comfortable for dining in.

All was more than perfect , shish Tawooj was so tasty , and the service was very very very good They were very welcoming and very friendly

Awesome food. Ate the Tawooq and Tikka kabobs which were delicious. My wife ate the BBQ chicken kabob, delicious also. Friendly and courteous staff.

First time trying Rosto and had the best family platter we have ever eaten 👌! Chicken was cooked to perfection and the rice was to die for🤤! Not a bad complaint to be had even the service was exceptional.

I feel sorry to say this but this place has changed a lot recently. The portion is smaller, our Tabouleh was tasteless without lemon juice, no bread offered with my meal though they used to give it always, the food taste itself isn't good and also they're not offering lentil soup while you're waiting anymore.. I feel that I lost another place from my list. Tbh I won't recommend it anymore.

I have eaten here on many occasions and the food and service has been top quality every time. The shish tawuk, broasted chicken and shawarma are amazing. We have also received complimentary lentil soup which is amongst the best I have tasted. The owner, Mohammad, is very welcoming and friendly and creates a very comfortable atmosphere. Recommended if you are in Glasgow.

Very helpful staff and authentic music

Been here in the UK for almost 2 years and couldn’t find an authentic taste of an Arabic cuisine until we found this place. This restaurant deserved a 5 star or more. The servings are huge and I can’t believe it with a lot of sauces you can choose from. The grilled chicken with rice is full of flavour. The salad is a perfect side. Broasted chicken is gigantic and served hot. Chicken Shawarma is a star of them all, wife and kids enjoyed the food and loved them so much. The staff are really friendly and accommodating and will definitely visiting this restaurant again very soon.

Superb food, superb service and loved the ambience of place. Recommend fried chicken, breasted chicken and pretty much all the food they has is superb and crazy value for money.
