This Italian restaurant was superb. From the moment we arrived until the end, we both felt cared for. The waitresses were so attentive that my partner and I felt very special. The dishes were amazing. I never had a seafood pasta served with pizza dough coverage. I highly recommend this lovely spot for a meal with a special someone.

A great Italian with good flavours and lovely waiting staff. I had the lasagna and husband the marinara spaghetti plus dessert. The mains were tasty but dessert wasn’t as good as it looked.. chocolate cake was slightly dry on the inside and the tiramisu was very light wasn’t a strong coffee taste at all.

I can go on and on about everything in this restaurant. so let’s start one by one 1. let’s start with food - now usually when a restaurant says they’re “authentic” I’m a bit skeptical, but we went here because we’re tired and can’t think of anything else. Boy we were definitely made the right choice! can’t tell it’s actually authentic because we’re not Italian, but we know it’s a REAL GOOD FOOD! portion was great, it tastes amazing. 2. now the service what makes the whole experience just 10/10. the lovely lady who serves us was amazing! she smiled the whole time and always making sure we’re satisfied. 11/10 Would love to come back here when I visit this city again.

We coming back and back again. I’m not biased but if you want the best Italian in town come here. It’s better than any place from Palermo to Rome. Outstanding and everything is made with love. All you men bring your ladies here for a romantic evening. It’s truely special. Mia adore

Had a tremendous good calf liver, a delicious white wine and an extremely good espresso, this combined with a nice service - sitting outside in the sun! The best meal and espresso I had in this holiday in UK! Strongly recommended. By the way, it wasn’t even expensive…

Went here with my partner to celebrate our anniversary. Lovely small space with quiet atmosphere. The food was delicious, wine was great. The waitresses were so so lovely and helpful. Overall a very good experience to have dined here.

The clerk forgot our order and made me wait for an hour. We ordered two noodles in total and ordered the wrong one, and the food was also bad. Finally, I told the boss that I had been waiting for 50 minutes. The boss asked me to go out and say he didn't welcome me. I wish the racist boss of this store a good evening.

Fantastically intimate little restraunt, beautifully decorated to provide the perfect ambience for sate night/valentines day. The authentic and perfectly cooked pizzas are also to die for and very worth the reasonable price tag. Service was exceptional - friendly, polite, professional and absolutely at my pace. I will definitely be back.

We found this restaurant by accident when visiting Eastbourne. We nearly walked past thinking at first glance. It was a shop. spotting a menu, which looked appetising we went in. Inside is quite eclectic with local pottery etc A simple seating arrangement, slightly rustic, much like some of the items on the menu. Warming welcome from the one server who knows the menu extremely well. One allergy, Soya, no issue. Black pepper, not one they had come across, but in talks with the chef, most thinks could be adapted. Excellent pizza, which was not one I tried before. My partner had Tempura seafood, slightly disappointed at the batter slightly too thick. The third meal was a mozzarella salad and bruschetta, Priced very reasonably. I would love. to go back if in town again

Super friendly, very clean, and best of all the food was amazing. Sea bass grilled to perfection, accompanying side vegetables perfectly cooked especially the parsnip which was truly fantastic. Also the beef cannelloni was delicious with chunky beef. Highly recommended for a truly authentic Italian meal in a small friendly restaurant.

We visited for the first time today for our wedding anniversary. The food was fantastic, so good in fact that I accidentally ate some of each course before taking the photographs! The service was perfect and the waitress was both polite and attentive, she couldn't have done a better job. We will definitely be returning soon.

Tonight we introduced an Australian friend to the delights of this lovely restaurant. As ever the food we had was superbly cooked and attractively presented. We had the Cannelloni, Spaghetti Bolognaise and the Pollo Cacciatore. All agreed that the food was delicious. I had previously eaten the Pollo with a lemon and almond sauce. This time it came with a mushroom sauce that was equally divine. We will be back. Thank you to the lovely staff.

Reminds me of my time in Sicily, a relaxed atmosphere, nice and intimate setting. The food was a delight, I had the bruschetta(v) which was great, as well as the Pizza 4 formaggi. Wonderful time with friends. There is pottery and sculptures adorning the walls and such which harkens back to the art style in Sicily as well. Wonderful place 10/10

10 stars for the service, the friendly waitress, the cook and owner. The food was tasty, and the seafood spaghetti was very well presented; we got fritto misto (seafood tempura) as we love how the Italians prepare it from a light freshly battered seafood selection,(normally with whole shelled scampi and calamari ) but this was more of a version customised to the local taste. Of course, this is our personal view of it, and you might still enjoy the fritto misto here, but we're just expecting something different. That's it. Overall, it was a good experience, and i would go again and try something different, i might ask the owner to advise me on the menu 😉

Best Italian takeaway we’ve had!

Good and friendly service. Ordered a lamb Shank that was really well cooked. Also ordered Tiramisú, which was one of the best Tiramisú I have ever had. To end the evening we were given complimentary Limoncello.

Really tasty Italian food with very friendly staff!

Ate here a couple of years ago and it was fantastic. Sadly it has gone down hill. Ordered the veal, it was served looking very grey with freezer burns and as tough as leather. I sent it back and it was replaced with calfs liver and bacon drowned in onion gravy that had so much pepper in it, it killed the flavour of everything. Poor service, left without cutlery for the main which we had to ask for. Very disappointing experience. Would not recommend...

We just had a great meal here. Not usually a pizza family (and felt we could be missing out on excellent pasta) but we went with the pizzas and glad we did. Two of us had the Rustica and very impressed - tasty and fresh plus not caked in cheese. Desserts were also excellent - panna cotta but I had a bit of tiramisu and I think that would get the nod for me next time. House wine hit the spot and service was great. Wasn’t busy but was a Wednesday evening. Nice to have some gentle background music. Will return

This small restaurant is honestly worth visiting! The waitress who served me was so friendly and polite, and gave me the slush mojito recommendation, which I absolutely loved 10/10. The pizza I ordered had an amazing taste , was hot, crispy on the outside and the the freshness of the ingredients did the rest! I also couldn’t finish my whole pizza so they provided me a free box to take it with me :) Thank you to the chef aswell as the lady who served me :) Please visit!

My husband and I dined here with two friends a couple weeks ago. The main meals were delicious but my husband and a friend had the poached pear for dessert. The pear was so hard it was nigh on impossible to put a spoon through it. Didn’t/couldn’t eat it and mentioned it to waitress who was not interested. Next table to us said they had intended to have the same dessert but would now choose something else. 😟

Fantastic evening, mine host Emiliano extremely pleasant and looked after us very well, food delicious and will definitely be going back for more! I recommend it highly, pity there aren't more family run restaurants like this. Everything about this place is excellent.

My wife and I went to Rossi's with another couple and the food and service were excellent. It wasn't busy but the atmosphere was great and the food was so good. I apologise for not taking pictures. The staff were very friendly. We will definitely go back again.

Although the food was very good. This place lacks atmosphere. Bright lighting and no music with very poor acoustics meant loud talking people's voices dominated the room. Do not go for the table for 2 by the counter. It's akin to the aisle seat on an aeroplane with constant human traffic passing by, whether it's waiters/waitresses or customers visiting the WC or whatever is downstairs. Sadly disappointed.

Great to have superb Italian meal it was amazing flavour and presentation good. The proprietor Emiliano was so present and could not do enough for you at your table and needs. The place is not big but had a nice relaxing feel with not having the feeling of being rushed. I recommend this place 100% .

In short, wonderful. I used to come here for years when it was Solo Pasta and it was always great staff and great food - authentic Italian. Now, even better. Seriously good and worth the effort to travel from Bexhill. I had the tuna ravioli which came with a stunning sauce. Absolutely gorgeous main and service that one couldn't fault. Sitting outside on a sunny day, it was hard to beat. I will be back as soon as I can. Highly recommended.

Great Italian restaurant with delicious food, freshly made pasta and amazing service. The place is cosy and is a family business run by Emiliano. He was friendly and welcoming and made some recommendations from the menu. We enjoyed the Marinara and Bolognese. Very recommended!
