It's a take-away. The food is good, the prices lower than average, the reliability, in terms of things being ready when they said, has also been good. But the consistently unpleasant reception by the ...owner? got to be too much for me, and I will not return anytime soon.

Esta noche, la Nueva Rose Tandoori ha perdido un cliente increíblemente leal. He estado ordenando de ellos por más de 2 años con bastante regularidad. La última vez que pedí mi comida llegó una hora tarde, faltaban 3 artículos y escribí una reseña al respecto aquí. Hoy llegó mi comida y el conductor fue increíblemente grosero conmigo, diciéndome que no puedo dejar malas críticas. Realmente no necesito que me hostiguen en mi puerta. Lo triste es que la comida entregada fue excelente. Pero no ordenaré a los matones que piensan que es aceptable escatimar pedidos y enviar cosas tarde.

Buenos sabores, tamaños de porciones y precio. No ordenaré de ningún otro lugar, ya que todos me decepcionan.

Chicos realmente encantadores y realmente buena comida. Tuve pollo tikka masala y v sabroso. Lo visitaría de nuevo.

Así que elegimos este lugar debido a la pan de queso. Pero no había ningún queso en el pan de queso, así que fue decepcionante. Los currys eran terribles. Algunos mezcla de sal y azúcar. Una pérdida de mi tiempo y dinero. Nunca más.

The food was tepid at best I was unable to order online so did not receive discount and no free side was delivered altogether disappointing.

Good quality food at good prices, the delivery was over an hour so not so great but the food was worth the wait.

This restaurant is as dodgy as they come!! I made an order at 8pm and after waiting 2hours I called up and the said it will be 5mins. Then I waited another 30mins and still nothing. Then when I called back the "Manager" said that someone had called up using my Details and Changed my Delivery address!! What a load of total nonsense!! How can anyone get my details? I ordered via "Just Eat" and paid via Apple Pay! The manager then said "We've delivered it, that's that!" Like I said, if you fancy getting ripped of or your money stolen then order from this place! This is also the last time I use "Just Eat", if this is the types of businesses they allow on their platform then "Just Eat" is just as bad as "Rose Tandoori". Just Eat refund takes 3days so No food and No more money to buy anything tonight! Absolutely The Worst Takeaway Experience Ever!

The food was amazing as usual . The meat in the mix grill was tender and tasty and the birainy was fresh and tasted so good, I asked for fresh coriander and chillies on my biriany and they catered to my request. Would definately recommend .

Food was pretty mediocre - unfortunately arrived 30 minutes later than the estimated delivery time - driver did get lost too so can be forgiving about that but probably not the the managers excuse for taking 85 minutes because he 'has a business'. Wouldn't bother if I were you!

Order took just over one hour to arrive. Our only criticism, is that the delivery man did not read our very specific instruction NOT to ring out doorbell because it would wake our children. He not only rang it, but kept it pressed for a good 5 seconds, somewhat ruining the evening....

Food was ok but it took ages to arrive (wasn't peak time).

Well that curry was like soup, what a waste of money never again

Delivery time was perfect, 20 minutes before the stated time. The food was piping hot, well packed and presented. I requested by note to make my Lamb curry traditional, the Chef did exactly that. It was good taste, spicy and i enjoyed it. I was new to the area, so reluctant to try out new places. I may have found a new place to eat out of regularly. highly recommend.

Very 'mainstream' curry favourites. Flavours were good (especially with some hot mango pickle) and portions were large. With the discount offered, prices were excellent. Delivery was about 15 minutes later than expected, and some food had cooled. Driver M was very friendly and cheerful.

I was surprised how quick my order was as it is not the closest to me and other closer take always have taken longer. The food I had was good value as I had a set meal, the traditional curry was tasty and there was plenty chicken. I think the mushroom barji could do with more seasoning but that was also nice. I will come back for more.

One item was missing from my order so i called them to see what they can do, they told me to tell them next time i order from them, so i did. The next time they brought me popadoms, mint sauce and onion bhajis free of charge! Excellent.

Really disappointed, order arrived later than promised time, and when it arrived there were items missing. After phoning a few times and finally getting through, they brought the bits that were missing. Unfortunately curry was cold by this point, chicken was tough and naan bread not light and fluffy as expected. All in all, not a good service, will not be ordering again.

The Mixed Vegetables Curry, The Tarka Daal and The Aloo Chana were really nice but the Fried rice and Couliflower Bhaji werent very tasty.

The food took a reasonable amount of time to be prepared and delivered. When it arrived, the food was well presented and very tasty. Everybody was happy with their food and enjoyed. Would definitely order from here again.

The food was very tasty with and the portions are just right. The only thing I would disagree with is that the vegetable Korma we received consisted mainly of potato which is not a vegetable but starch. Had I know I would have ordered something else. Other than that i would really recommend it.

Me and my brothers went in here as we have ordered food from here previously and we know the food is good. As soon as we went in there didn't seem to be any smile or acknowledgment and we sat down where we wanted to. A few minutes later a waiter came and handed us the menus and asked if we wanted anything to drink, he looked really miserable and clearly has no customer service skills. The food came relatively quick and overall can't fault the food as it was brilliant but was a bit let down by the service hence why i left no tip.

very soggy, not cooked in tandoor, done in a frying pan (you can taste the difference believe me!) meat chewy, biryani was like baby food all chopped up into little pieces tasted terrible. Bhajis soft and doughy just not nice at all - I could go on!

The Aloo Chaat and Paneer Tikka Shahlik were very good. The Mutter Paneer was very disappointing - it was sweet. The rest of the food was a little on the bland side.

Food took hour 20mins to arrive. Ordered 3 naan got 2. (1 was suppose to come free with the grill) chicken tikka curry was not tikka but cocunut milk chicken curry same with the paneer saag(drenced in coconut milk overpowering the actual flavours), only got like 3 pieces of paneer. Lamb biriyani had literally no lamb all tiny keema pieces so no meat to bite into. Only dish that tasted nice was the naga lamb curry. I dont normally like writing bad reviews but i hope the takeaway reads this and improves the quality of their food to how it was when they first started.

Amazing quality and price, delivered very quickly! I recommend the chef's special Bagari lamb or chicken. the sauce is like a tikka with a twist and extra spice. Will definitely order again!

Excellent Food. Had both the Lamb & Chicken Tikka Biryani and both were extremely enjoyable. Curry was nice and the overall customer experience was pleasant. Would definitely recommend and using again.

Very efficiently with good quality food

1. The lamb briyani was good because t he rice was really flavoured, the lamb was tender and chunky and the curry which comes with it is properly spicy and aromatic. 2. I ordered the chicken madras and it was soft and aromatic as well. Thick curry is good for me. 3. Delivery arrived in like half an hour. 4. Altogether, really worth my dinner money.

The vindaloo was too violent. My digestive system is now a battlefield.

Our favourite place to order from, the Tarka Daal is absolutely fantastic. They're always friendly when they deliver, and when we've spoken to them on the phone they always make a big effort to get our food the way we need it as one of us has an allergy. Can't recommend them enough!

As always I am very happy about the food and service. I forgot to mention I wanted the tandoori chicken well done so it was nice of them to call and ask how I want it cooked. They also delivered on time and the food was still hot! Thanks for the free poppodams! Would recommend this place...
