No Drink, No Coleslaw Disappointed Today!

Ordered a breakfast and it was diabolical, bubble and squeeze inedible. Ordered a fruit shoot with the kids breakfast, didn’t come. Simple packaging, reading an order and packing it correctly ain’t rocket science. Biggest waste of £40 odd quid. Disgusted

DOG HAIR IN THE FOOD !! RUDE WORKERS!!! DO NOT EAT HERE!! The was dog hair in the food when we told the workers they took the food away and didn’t say anything else about it when we when to pay they tried charging us full price for the food and then started shouting at us saying we put the hair in the food when it was clearly dog hair this place should be shut down it was filthy hair and Moldy food all over the floor and the staff was so rude not even a sorry

Ordered lasagne but it wasn’t it was mince and a bit of cheese no pasta

They use plastic containers and it’s not big enough for the food I would suggest using a cardboard rounded container better for the environment and the food

Went to Rose cafe for lunch with my daughter, we were asked what we would like to drink. My daughter ordered a can of drink and I asked for a tap water. The waiter didn't come across as very friendly and didn't look at all happy with my request of a glass of tap water. We then ordered a panini and a cooked breakfast which included a cup of tea. Our food was served but no cup of tea. On paying for our meal I did mention that we hadn't received the cup of tea and the response I got was oh okay. There was no apology or offer of a tea to take away. It didn't feel a friendly atmosphere and we will not be returning to Rose cafe.

Disgusting stringy bits of chicken that had obviously been cooked/reheated too many times. Sauce reminded of a 70s tinned curry. Rice overcooked, will not order from here again.

All the order was absolutely disgusting!!! Un enable all thrown in the bin including chicken nuggets were so hard couldn’t chew them. Spaghetti bolognaise was awful tiny bit of undercooked mince Chilli con carne was made with chilli sauce from a bottle! Hardly chilli con carne. Will never order again

Good quality food, quick delivery

I ordered two simple cheese baguettes and a desert, the cheese baguettes arrived in boxes crammed full of salad and the cheese baguettes were totally un- eatable as the bread was all soggy because they had been sitting in the mounds of salad and tomato juice. And my desert wasn't even delivered! WILL not be ordering that again if anything at all if that's how they present their food... AND leave items out of a very simple order. (Not Happy)

Extremely rude speaking in Turkish. Treats their staff [ non turkish] like dirt and humiliating them in front of customers. Food hygiene is very poor. Health and safety should take a look.

The food is always fresh and tasty and the service is wonderful.

Ordered a toasted bacon cheese and tomato sandwich. It arrived without the cheese. It was taken away and returned with a layer of grated cheese fresh out the fridge. I pointed that the cheese was cold, and the idea of a toasted sandwich was that I t, and its contents were hot. It was again taken away and returned after a couple of minutes in a microwave. I tried to pick it up, and then noticed that it had been returned to me as a hot, wet, soggy heap on the plate. I refused to pay for it, and would not recommend the place for anything, especially food.

Order marked as delivered and was left on the doorstep with no phone call (we did not hear the knock if there was one). Omelette and chips were definitely cold and some chips weren’t cooked enough. Burger was the warmest and okay.

Map sent delivery man to the wrong address, however, he managed to find the correct address. Map needs amending, this can happen with taxis also

Really lovely cafe, food is fine, as is the price, I asked for a kids meal, as I can't eat a full meal, due to my gallbladder issue, and there was no issue, with them, saying yes, as most cafes won't do this, , so full marks, will be back again

Nice chicken and bacon panini. Was nice touch that they threw a handle of potato wedges and some fresh salad as a garnish. As a suggestion larger size hot drinks would sell well. The current ones are quite small

We had a lovely lunch here last week. My mum had an omelette, my daughter had egg and chips & I had a jacket potato with homemade chicken curry, which was delicious. The staff were friendly and helpful, service was good. We will definitely be back!

Chips not cooked properly. Over charged at the end. No wonder the cafe over road is so busy and this one empty. Smallest cup of tea every for £1.50. But then charge £2.00. My advise go to other 2 cafes within 1 min walking distance.

I was served cold mushrooms on toast on the 30/8/23 now iam very unwell with food poisoning,I should have returned it,as it was stone cold and served to quickly to have been cooked fresh, I think the toast was good and mushrooms just chucked on now iam in bed with high fever and food poisoning

The roasts were great but did not receive full order.. desserts were not received.

We've eaten here a couple of times when visiting the market. We've had bacon sandwiches, sausage sandwiches, cheese and tomato toasties and eggs on toast. None of the above had any flavour at all, absolutely tasteless. We'll eat at one of the vans in future.

Slightly overpriced for what you actually receive. For example ordered Large chips which cost £4+ and in my opinion the quantity we received wasn't much more than a regular sized carton from McDonald's.

This cafe is always super busy, which is a testament to how good the food is. Meals are served piping hot. Staff efficient. Just one negative. I ordered a banana milkshake, and it arrived runny, with a dollop of ice cream floating on top. Not appealing at all. I like my milkshake, thick and creamy.

Sooo me and my freind have been very sick my recomendation dont touch with a barge pole reply to coment i actualy had a bacon baggett so you dont remember me at all. My first time in ever because im from mallorca. Preprepaired salad sitting in water all day try prepairing fresh. Also coffee you call that coffee .....nope like i say stay away is my advice

I ordered a bacon and mushroom sandwich it was really geasesy and tasted like oil cheap margarine cheap bacon and poor bread with the sandwich, I wouldn't recommend going to this place over priced rubbish food.

I asked for a bacon egg sausage baguette and they put coleslaw on it and I went back and said I never asked for that the women rolled her eyes at me and gave me a load of abuse and never gave me a refund. Wasted 7 pound for it got a load of abuse and wouldn't refund me what type of cafe give you coleslaw with a bacon egg sausage baguette. Over priced rubbish staff treat you terrible. Grant dove

Delightful little cafe, quirky, friendly service, delicious cakes, really good coffee.

Just been in to the cafe, I asked for a omelette with toast ( the omelette comes with chips and beans) I had asked if it was the same price without the chips and beans they said it was so I went for toast, both came up so at the end of the meal I explained that I had changed my mind earlier . They wouldn’t except this and charged me the full price plus the price of toast. Omelette and toast ( didn’t have beans) Omelette and chips, which were insipid and greasy ( didn’t have beans) Toast x 1 portion Tea x 2 cost £17.80 far to expensive for a cafe! Won’t be going there again

First time trying out this restaurant but I must confess is on of best breakfast I have gotten from just eat. The foods was well cooked and taste good. Thank to the chef!

Woke up late, had a tattoo booked and needed to eat something, these guys were super quick and the food was great!

First time trying the cafe, food was lovely and reasonably priced, so I was happy with a local but I would like to make one complain of the lady working (middle aged and tall) was extremely rude and kept looking at me then talking in her language and laughing making me feel very very uncomfortable at all times at the cafe ! The manager (male) I am assuming , he was lovely when taking the bill yet she was still giving evil eyes. I’m sorry for this reason purely I wouldn’t come to eat at Rose Cafe again. Customer service training definitely needs to be given to that lady!

Roast dinner was absolutely awful The lamb meat was tasteless and tough. The roast potatoes was hard still partialy uncooked! Carrots was hard. It was the first time and the last time that I ordered roast dinner from here.

The worst thing I've ever seen let alone ate I didn't even eat it, it was rank the cappuccino I put down the sink taste like bleach made me feel dizzy sausage was if it was steamed the mushroom well ive eatin better out of my kids play kitchen what a complete disaster it was like the end of days. Anyone that reads this please 🙏 take safety measures put on your PPE. AND PLEASE PRAY FOR ME !!!!!!!!!!!
