This is my first time so I was excited but very disappointed, Food was not up to the taste, not cooked properly, 3 courses were disappointing, some staff were rude. I expected minimum customer curtsies at restaurant. Very nice building though.

Popped in whilst waiting for the car to be MOT'd at the garage opposite. Lovely staff, great service, fabulous breakfast and really nice coffee. Would recommend.

you don't just cancel an order because your delivery staff can't use gps. If they don't know how to get to a house 5 minutes away, they shouldn't be working as a delivery driver.

Such a shame to see this Pepe's is going downhill pretty rapidly! Never really had issues with the food but the staff behind the counter are not so pleasant - very arrogant with minimal customer service skills - i'm guessing they are purely working to earn money and don't really care about the customers any longer... Doesn't seem to be any management available either... So be aware - expect a below par customer service level at counter otherwise you will be very disappointed!!!

2 ButtsGreat atmosphere, good laugh. " bar maid " very fast. Nice place to chill have a drink, play some darts or pool. Not many of these gems around
