Rosa's Thai King’s Cross in Islington

One of my favourite Thai restaurant, especially their Chilli and Basil dishes!

Food was spectacular and the service too! They were so nice and funny. Would totally recommend it.

Amazing experience at Rosa Thai! Had the drunken noodles and the jasmine boba tea. The boba was a little on the sweeter side, but the main dish was delicious and right amount of spice! Fantastic service by Tat the whole night, and speedy!

This is the second time I've come to this restaurant,but different branch. The food is 10/10 portions are great and the flavours of the dishes are fantastic! They also have a kids menu as some of the dishes are spicy, so they are accommodating to the little ones too.

Food was great, service was quick and our waitress Sofia was very helpful and kind. One of the best customer service experiences we have had.

The sweet n sour chicken dish was not served with vegetables as stated on the menu. I informed the staff and nothing was done about this. The main noodle soup dish was tasteless. I shall not be eating there again.

First time at Rosa's Thai in kingcross. 5 star all round. Definitely will be coming back again, soon. So much flavour and went for the servers recommended and it was spot on.

The food here was delicious, and all the staff were friendly especially Angie who looked after me and my family and was very helpful with my questions and giving us recommendations :)

Found a looooooong hair in my tom yum soup (too disgusting to take a photo), an absolutely unpleasant experience, will never come back again. Besides, the service charge seems unreasonable for us, because the staffs were too busy walking up and down and we didn't receive any decent "service", neither did we receive any kind of apology let alone compensations for the issue with the food (They just took the soup off the bill for us, as you can see in the picture). And as a Thai restaurant the taste of their foods is just soso, to say the least.

Totes tasty. Service with a smile. Atmos, buzzy. Only dropped one star 🌟 because we were left in the doorway for 5 mins at the start without saying anything. But everyone made up for it.

Weekday lunch in Feb, 2024 Decent Pa-Thai Good veggie starter plate it’s not very crowded Our receptionist Maria was nice Great experience overall!

Waiting for our drinks I noticed them on the counter opposite, but the waiting staff, standing directly in front of them were rather more interested in their own conversation. I then had a discussion with the waitress about the fish cakes and she wasn’t sure if they were gluten-free as they were ‘brought in’. They weren’t gluten-free - I did a quick check later. She was then happy to serve me a pad Thai that turned out not to be GF either. I discovered that during the night after suffering the after-effects. My friend’s papaya salad was so hot as to be inedible and she likes her food hot.

Good food and know what your getting but there was a significant difference between the service here and other branches. Slow and untimely service. They were more concerned with deliveroo orders than customers int he restaurant. They forgot drinks order, had to chase twice and mains came in the middle of starters. Wouldn't recommend for service. I've had better service at other branches.

It was fine but nothing special. Only great because we were a group of old uni mates!

Accidentally placed the same online order three times and the management was the most understanding and accommodating. Although the food was, they refunded me right away. The green curry with coconut rice was delicious.

I just want to say big thank you for the team of Rosa Thai specifically the manager Ujji our Valentine day was wonderful delicious food and amazing cocktails 🍸. Definitely we will come back and visit again the restaurant.

I have to put this review so that the same thing doesn't happen to you. I am celiac, and I ordered a gluten-free dish on Sunday in February. The service was very good, but the food had something in it that I don't know if it was mushrooms or meat or seafood... but it tasted stale. I spent the night vomiting and I still have gastroenteritis today... it completely ruined my trip and let's see when I get better. I don't know if it was gluten contamination or that it tasted weird but there's no right...

Informal Thai diner with delicious food and great value for money! Portions are generous. Visited multiple times. Really like their pad thais. Small and usually full, you may want to book in advance.

Absolutely amazing!! Can’t wait to visit a Rosas closer to home. The food was authentic Thai with flavours satisfying every taste bud. Wanted to order it all from the menu but unfortunately couldn’t. Waiting to try out the papaya salad. My fussy 7 year old enjoyed it which says a lot! Thank you for the hospitality and great food. 100/10

Not as expected. Most of the dishes tasted (almost!!) bland for my palate so it was hard for me to enjoy but I was super hungry so I had no choice. I wish the taste could be more flavorful and I think they supposed to have layers of flavors to represent Asian cuisine that should be well known with the strong flavor – I’m from Southeast Asia by the way, so I expected more. I thought the coconut rice and the egg fried rice would be tasty like when I read them on the menu, same thing with the others. Maybe the shrimp (in my case, from the pad thai) could be marinated or seasoned better to enhance the flavor of the shrimp itself, so it would be a great combination with the sweet and nutty noodles. The service was a bit overwhelming as we could see, staff was going back and forth to check the table but with a very rushy mode (it might disturb customers). Overall, keep up the good work!

I visited to take dinner with friend. Noddle and Egg Fried Rice is very nice.amd that is my reccomendation. Staff is very friddndly and politely. 友人と夕食をとるために訪問しました。 麺と卵のチャーハンはとても美味しいです。私のおすすめです。 スタッフはとてもフレンドリーで礼儀正しいです。

Hate to say it because wanted to love this place, but it's getting the much-dreaded fate of the less-than-ideal Google review, because the service let this place down. We were served far slower and later than others who arrived after us, had to ask 3 times for some tap water (that we ordered as well as other drinks), they got one of our drink orders wrong, and the food, while fairly tasty, was not worth the price, in comparison to other places in London that serve Thai food for cheaper. Ambience and decor were nice, but service was really quite poor
