Delicious food and great service (what more could one ask for🤗) Staff are very attentive and super friendly, we didn't book but were seated at a table for two immediately. A very popular spot `i'm sure. Food prepped with love and care - I could have eaten two plates 😅🙌🏾💕

I ate here in October 2022, as I was passing and fancied some pad thai with my daughter. We also ordered the pork skewers, which were really tasty and some fried calamari which was a bit small in potion size and not really all that. Anyway, back to the pad thai, this is basic Thai street food, which is delicious when cooked correctly, which isn't the case here. A few pieces of chicken and noodles isn't pad thai! Where were the rest if the ingredients? There were absolutely nothing but chicken and noodles with some crushed peanuts on the side. Seriously? That's a really mean pad thai! No spring onions or any hint of a vegetable. That's no excuse! If you can screw up pad thai to this degree, then it's gotta be time to move on... And going on the pad thai is mean on ingredients.... Charging over 11 quid is taking the piss! Sort it out Rosa's cafe!

Lunch at the venue- quiet interior with nice seating. Thick noodles with piece of chicken and green veg. The dish- on the oily side , needed some heat so had some chilly oil to it. The chicken pieces looks that the quality that you would have in a sandwich- reconstituted. Was also on the dry side- disappointing quality. Portion size reasonable- average size. Service was ok.

I should add the caveat that when I visited this restaurant in 2019 I had an excellent experience and I would have suggested going but when I went with a group for a birthday in December 2021 it wasn't the same place. This business focusses too much on the Deliveroo customers and not the ones sitting in their actual seats. It took us too long to get an order and we could literally count how many motorcycle deliveroo people would get their meals and when we didn't get ours. The customer service was terrible, not attentive and did not apologise for how late the meal was. We didn't even get our 3rd course when we paid for it. The starters were too oily and the quality of food has significantly dropped, presumably more focus is on volume of food produced and getting it to deliveroo drivers than the quality for the seated customers. I loved this place 2 years ago but at its present management I cannot recommend it. Avoid. It ruined our birthday celebration.

I was in the neighborhood on personal business and felt like grabbing a nice Thai meal and found this restaurant close by. Very good choice. Restaurant is quite small and plain, but the service was excellent - friendly and efficient - and the quality of my meal was high. Prices are about what one would expect. Menu offers a good variety of choices. Had the Chicken Satay starter and Pad Thai Chicken as the main course - both tasty and nicely presented. Would definitely return. Restaurant is a short, 2 minute walk from the Tooting Broadway underground station (Northern Line) in southwest London. Note: Current policy is card payment or touchless only - no cash.

Went for lunch at Rosa's Thai Cafe in Tooting - yes, Tooting, not the West End. Attracted by the lunch offer of £9.95 for a starter and main course. Also had a Diet Coke and coffee. Starter was unattractively served, the main course was in two bowls, a very large portion of white rice and a less than adequate portion of butternut squash curry. Shocked to find a 12.5% service charge added - this is a cafe, ffs, not a posh restaurant. Final bill was £17.61! OK, I had 2 drinks, but spent nearly 2x what I had planned. Don't like giving poor reports at this trying time, but really...

Visited Rosa's during the Eat out to Help Out scheme. We were told upon arrival "You need to be very quick with the table we're busy" Gee... Thanks and sorry for my inconvenient custom! Food wise... This is nowhere near as good as other Thai restaurants such as the nearby Kaosarn and also 'Oh Boy' (which has now sadly closed down). It's expensive, doesn't taste authentic and is stupidly small portions - the 'sticky rice' was black (I've never seen this before at a Thai restaurant) - it was very off-putting. In the end... bill arrives and it's a mandatory 12.5% service charge despite terrible service...and that too, the charge was applied to the bill before the Eat Out discount. On my way out, I saw that they had lots of readily roasted chicken chunks ready to just throw into sauces... No wonder the chicken tasted generic and flavourless! Overall: - TERRIBLE Service - MEDIOCRE Food - AWFUL Value for money

What's great. The food. The Mutton Rolls and Vardi starters were excellent. Then Devil Chicken, a gap, then the Chicken Poriyal. Both great. Then, then, then...a very long gap. To be fair the place was busy and the queue of delivery drivers shows how good the food is. Finally asked the staff and chicken fried rice and noodles arrived along with the lentil and Pol rotis arrived. The Lentil curry is just the best I've ever had. If I could I'd give Kothu a 3.9. No criticism of the staff who are friendly and the food is excellent. The beer is reasonably priced. I'll go again.

We had high expectations of this BYOB restaurant as there was a considerable queue for a table when we visited. When we eventually got a table we waited quite a while for our order to be taken and then, throughout the service, had to ask for dishes that had been ordered but not brought to the table. The waitress seemed particularly disinterested. The food was not cheap and was disappointing - surprisingly bland, in fact.. An emotive issue, I know, but the Palestinian flag appearing on the advertising monitors in the restaurant, was, we thought, unnecessary in a commercial environment. All in all, a mildly disappointing experience.
