i ordered some chicken strips, chicken wings and a double peri burger meal. the store accepted my order and took the money i paid but the order never turned up. i have been waiting for a refund for nearly a month now and whenever i contact them they dont answer.

That worker nadeem makes the best pizza 🍕 and Kamran makes excellent burgers 🍔 100% recommend

Ordered through the website. Payment was taken from bank immediately. Over 2 hours later. Food has not arrived. Phone restaurant over 15 times it is ringing out no answer. Ordered 2 adults and 1 child’s meal. Child had gone to bed and still no food. Ordered a few weeks ago and we also waited a long time. Was told the driver has a full time job also like thats our problem?

Ordered 5 chicken burger meals and was assured that two of them will be EXTRA MILD- every single one of them were extremely spicy. I am pregnant and can’t have spicy food and the other person has a health condition where they can’t eat spicy food. None of the burgers were even marked to say which ones were mild and which weren’t so someone had to bite into each of them to check which is ridiculous. Left the burgers, also they lacked flavour. Would not order from here again.

Watched them drop fresh food on the floor and then pick it up and put it on the grill! When I confronted him he said ‘it’s not yours this one’! Like it really matters who’s it is, disgusting!

Greatest takeout in ashton , Peri-Peri chicken from there is nicer than Nando's , chips very tasty like McDonald's chips , helpful all together this is a great chicken shop !!! Thanks rooster 's for all my great food !!!!

Loyal customer but I've had enough now with the bad service. Ordered the mexican special pizza yet it had no chicken, jalepenos or mushrooms! I even paid for extra spicy beef which was overcooked and had no taste. The cheese was barely melted and the base was undercooked. Why send it out like that!? Previously you would ring your customer to let them know you didnt have certain ingredients, giving a option of a refund or to change your mind, where has that service gone!? And then when I call to try and sort it out you don't answer the phone even though you are open for another 30mins. The last few times I've ordered there have been issues, like the time my order went through online but you never received it. Won't be ordering/using again.

Ordered from them today and I felt disappointed. The food came late and when we got the food, it was all cold and inedible. The chicken tasted undercooked and really chewy and the rest was just cold. Not to mention that I found hair in my burger aswell. Disappointing nevertheless.

Rubbish the person cooking the rice has changed. They are not the same anymore like cardboard.

Portions are tiny. You pay too much for what they give you. Never had such tiny portions. It was a 1/4 of a fillet not even a full fillet

Evident my order was rushed and flinged out the door as my pizza wasn’t even cut properly. Turned up half of it squashed to bits and I asked for 1 coke 1 Fanta. Ended up with 2 cokes. Burger was nice. Peri Chips were peng. Probably won’t be ordering again though.

Very bad experience!! the order delayed for 1 and half hour. Then got the order with three missing items and when I called they offered me to deliver it again which could last more than half an hour or get 3 £ compensation which is already less than my right amount of money for the missing items! I didn’t receive any money yet!! Burger was nice though, but will Never do an order again.

Wasn’t too impressed tbh.. Staff seemed a little thuggish when in conversation.. The portion was very skimpy and food below average.. Not something I would recommend to anyone..

Ordered over £25.00 worth of food for tea time it took them exactly 2 hours to deliver. Spicy beef pizza was burnt. Pepperonis were so over cooked they turned into charcoal. What a waste of money!

I was expecting more from this restaurant but i was really disappointed because usually I order from them peri peri grilled chicken and it was good, but today I ordered chicken burger , wraps and chicken strips and all of them were disappointed like my little boy when he prepares his sandwiches and worst. I would like to give them 0 star and I will not buy from this restaurant at all the amount of money I have spent for this restaurant it is a total waste

Excellent service, very friendly and professional staff. However, the food made me ill. Chips and gravy were cold, gravy was lumpy and I think it was the gravy that made me ill. Lovely people but i cant say the same thing about the food.

As a frequent visitor, I would highly recommend this delicious takeaway. It provides a range of different asian and english dishes. The making and delivery is very fast. It is located on Stockport Road, A-U-L, Manchester

Probably the best friend chicken in Ashton. Had to wait around for about 20 minutes, however this is usually a good sign as they're busy - people want to order/eat from there. Staff very friendly and food is excellent.

Ordered food for delivery when I got home from work at 23:50 shop open till 1:00am rang at 12:50 over and over again with no answer food not delivered but they still take my payment ... not happy is an understatement. I have ordered numerous times from them in the past as well. Needless to say very disappointed at the lack of service.

Peri chicken platter is delicious and roosters special sauce is out of the world ! I would definitely recommend the food
