Fantastic food once again love it

The chicken was incredible! The chips were a little soggy probably due to longer delivery time

Ordered through Über eat today, all chicken wing skin was burnt, taste is bitter, not sure will the owner eat the burnt chicken like this, if, you cannot eat don’t send to your customer, will never order again.

Grilled chicken was quite dry / overcooked. Piri Piri sauce was nothing special

I brought a lot of smoothies and me and my family enjoyed it very refreshing and very needed

Ordered hot level wrap and food was 10x spicier than the times I ordered hot

They forgot my drink, one of the reasons I picked the meal deal.

The rice was horrible. It tasted really sour & had a really bad smell that made it impossible to eat. The chicken was okay and the only part of the meal that was edible. Complete waste of money.

Food was fresh & tasty especially the chicken, it was the best lemon & herb I have had yet, the flavour was evident in every bite. The staff was hospitable. My only suggestion would be to keep on top of the cleaning after each customer. Our seat & table were dirty which I found uncomfortable.

I found a metal wire while eating a Lamb Wrap ordered from this restaurant, which hurt my teeth. This restaurant has very serious safety and hygiene issues. Please avoid this restaurant unless you want a metal wire, like me, in your ordered food. Please take a look at the attached photos for reference.

Every single time we order there’s no drinks or the driver keeps the drinks to himself. We call the restaurant and he says there’s nothing he can do. Every single time!!!!!

Never received my food , tried to contact just eat also restaurant with no positive results or response. As a regular customer to this restaurant I expected better and also better from just eat . The app is useless as well as there is no customer number to call to resolve issues.

Had to order twice after first order took an hour to come, driver sat outside for 10 mins then cancelled it.

Went in for a meal with family, brought a few items, when buying the employee asked if I'm eating in which I replied yes ordered my chicken burger meal and to my surprise for £9.99 it comes with no drink so I brought a bottle of water for £1.79. During my meal I realised they had an offer a chicken burger meal with a drink for £7.99 I asked the employee why he didn't notify me of this as basic customer service he smiled at me and said I thought you knew, up scaling and treating customers with no digitnity is not a wise more, this is my first and last time here, the burger was decent but the chips was hard. No something I would run back for or even come back at all, you have alot of competition on the high street the most basic thing you can get right is customer service is this is why most people will come back to you. Hope you train your staff properly for future reference

Food is superb as usual, we are regular customers. On this order there was a mixup and one burger was substituted with another; I rang up and we eventually tried to get a delivery driver for another order to get our missing burger to us, which they did within a short time. 5 stars for great customer service and perseverance.

Ordered the chicken and rice for £8.99 (plus service and delivery charge) but in my opinion it wasn't worth the money for what you get as portion was small. Food was OK but way too much scotch bonnet in the rice which was very very potent. Delivery was fast.

Delicious! 😋 First time trying the place, was very, very, hesitant about what kind of quality. But I'm very glad I took a chance for my Cheeky Tuesday treat. Chicken thighs were cooked through, flavouring (I had Lebanese) was on point and the salad was decent size with nice light dressing. Would recommend. The portions are also good better than I expected actually.

THE MIXED SALAD THAT I PAID FOR WAS MISSING FROM MY ORDER SO I ONLY HAD CHICKEN TO EAT FOR MY DINNER.

Despite living in Walthamstow for the past 4 years, I never tried this place until last week. It's amazing! And it arrived super-quick. Well impressed and will definitely use many times again in the future.

It was freezing outside and the air con was on poor quality of dry chicken in the burger didn’t enjoy the meal after a long drive to find it .

I went few days ago for a walk and saw this shop and thought to try their falooda. It's was really delicious. I don't know the guy's name who made it but he was wearing glasses. The customer service was amazing and the staff was really friendly. I would definitely recommend others to visit this place.

Ordered the chicken fillet burger meal, the burger was dry and lacked flavour, but the Peri chips were really nice. Somewhat overpriced especially as you don't get a drink with the Meal, only main and side as a meal, don't think I'll come back.

Food is good. But lately there is an enormous amount of sauce in the wraps and that ruins it a little bit for me. Portions are also smaller than other branches we order from. Overall good option.

I should have known not to come here because there were no customers inside completely empty and cold from the air conditioning. The chicken and wings were undercooked. Explained this to the server but he said some people like it like that. Ilford roosters is 1000x better !!!! AVOID

Sad burgers. I have been to other Roosters Piri Piri restaurants and the food there was good. But this one in Walthamstow is horrendous. The lamb patty is burnt and dry. The chicken burger is dry and tasteless. It's terrible. I took one bite and could not finish it. The only reason I'm giving two stars instead of one is because the customer service are friendly and the fries are nice.

Whole chicken comes divided into pieces,small portion of fries for the price and salad that you can easily find in tesco just into a small container. Not acceptable, salad should be fresh and made in the restaurant. People who say it’s amazing clearly dont know what good food is.

Food was cold and customer service was rubbish

We was staying at a hotel in London and order from this restaurant. My hubby enjoyed his chicken but unfortunately my halluim wrap wasn't good as I requested no mayo and it was covered in it.

Not as nice as Hoxton and croydon ones but still good
