Went in for the inflation buster Munchybox. The donner meat was absolutely horrific. Was given all the scrappy old donner meat, possibly I think at least more than a day old. As for the burger that was included, bun was not toasted and chicken was cold. Wrap was not toasted either and had no sauce in it. Paid £10.50 for it but wasn’t even worth more than £2 I would say. It’s a shame as I really had high hopes for this place and was eager to try it out as seen it advertised on Facebook and looked quite good. Unfortunately in my case it was too good to be true. Not happy and definitely will not be back. 👎

Shocking customer service. Order never came, manager completely disregarding our complaint with no refund from the shop or replacement order. £20 down the drain for mediocre food👍 Manager needs to work on people skills.

Delivery was quick and early so good service, the peri peri burger was way too salty for me to enjoy. The chips were mid but the milkshake was nice enough.

Went in for a large kebab after work. Worse decision of the day. The meat looked like it was all scraps and the sauce looked and tasted like it was watered down and all served on a brown pitta bread very, very, greasy. Never again.

Only got half the order and even that was very dry, never again

Ordered pizza with double pepperoni, came with no pepperoni at all! Won't order again

Ordered a meal to finally see my role model and all time favourite footballer but didn’t find him, thinking he was off on that day also is a but of a coincidence that three times he wasn’t there, food was good and hope to see Ronaldo the next time.

Ordered the home alone 1 meal for myself and all contents were delicious and well cooked. My father ordered the mixed kebab which also looked great. The kids meal came in a happy meal type box and contained activity cards and a mini Haribo sweets packet which was also a lovely touch. Portions were generous and delivery nice and quick. Great value for money and will definitely order again!

Ordered £49 worth of food, waited an hour and it turns out they delivered it to the wrong address and couldn’t even tell us which address it was delivered too and didn’t offer any help on the situation at all. From my experience defo avoid.

Joke service. Waited over an hour for a £34.80 delivery. Phoned on the 50 min mark to query and was told had "just left". Reality is delivery person had issue with car (which can happen) but delivered food cold. No issue just phone takeaway and they will rectify by recook and prioritise delivery? - wrong!. options explained were come and collect or wait a further hour and a half. Beyond poor and need a lesson in customer service. Currently waiting on a driver to. Come and uplift and return money - if this actually happens. If not will contact EHO.
