Excellent kebab, almost as good as a London kebab !

Owner was friendly, pizza was good

I ordered a sea food pizza for a vegetarian friend he repeated the order to me, but somehow the order comes back with four seasons pizza with ham on it... very bad service. If you cant take the most simple of orders and complete it without screwing it up you shouldnt be working in a kebab shop..

Had a busy day thought have a takeaway... well how wrong were we ... chicken tough as old boots, no pitta bread when asked for it to be put separate from shish. My chicken was so hard I couldnt eat. Phoned and let them knew that we didnt have a pitta and we wouldnt be ordering again

Friday 16th April 2024, we made a food order via Foodhub. Food turned up in good time, however when the food arrived, the pizza was in its box on a dirty back seat of a battered up car, with no stay hot bag, to keep it hot and protect it from contamination. The pizza was cold and the box damp. The kebab was in a bag and cold. The delivery driver was polite, flustered and advised me it was her first night and had already had to return to the takeaway to get the drinks she had forgot, hence the cold damp food. Due to this my partner did not eat all the pizza & left half for the following day, on eeating the pizza she bit into a piece of what would have been clear plastic . After this she decided not to eat it after finding such an item. On the following day I telephoned the shop, initial staff member polite, who apologised and passed me onto her manager as I had requested a full refund. From the beginning of our conversation it was clear the manager did not want to issue a refund and wanted to send out another order, which I refused. I informed him that I had pictures of the plastic in the food and could forward them to him, his response was It's Saturday I am not dealing with this call me again, to which I replied no, I want it dealt with no and I could visit the shop. The manager put the phone down on me. Throughout the conversation I was polite and patient. I will be taking this matter further with food standards agency & Foodhub. Conclusion avoid this expensive, dirty outlet with a rude manager.

Awful service horrible people and disgusting food. Mould on the pizza base and the chicken burger was pink. They were incredibly rude and didn’t respect how awful their product was. I hope they get shut down soon before someone becomes seriously ill

Their portion sizes of toppings on pizzas are pretty tiny, especially considering the prices! It can be frustrating, especially when you order quadruple servings of meatballs and you still don't even get 2 on each slice! That being said, the portion sizes of things like the kebabs, chips etc are great, the food tastes good, the staff are friendly, and try to help if you need it. Which is why I keep going back, despite the prices. Might order another one tonight actually...

I very rarely review and understand running a business can sometimes be very tricky but here we go: Ordered £50 of food at 17:50. Paid an extra £7 for delivery and pre-emptively gave a £6 tip for the delivery person. You gotta hope, right? At 20:30, I drove to my local town and collected it myself from, ironically, outside my local kebab/pizza shop that I decided not to use for some daft reason, earlier in the day. It was cold. It was mediocre. It was not cheap. Service doesn’t even get a mention for obv reasons. We live and learn, so will not be going back of course. To anyone else that braves this ….Good luck. 👍

Sent me wrong order I rung up and she refused to put me through to manager or speak to someone else expected me to wait over 50 mins for the right order

Ordered online. Fast service and food as expected.

I had a 12" meat feast pizza with quite a lot of extra toppings. The pizza itself was outstanding but the 40 minute wait in the shop was a bit annoying. The staff were quite chatty while I was ordering but as soon as it was done - I didn't hear a peep from anyone. Even when my pizza was ready, all I got was a nod and the pizza box waved at me. BUT, IT WAS GORGEOUS.

It was so bad, I haven't even finished but felt the need to write a review. Pizza was cold, chips were yesterdays I imagine. Plus they charged us for delivery over 4miles out when we live 3.4 miles from Cardigan. Dreadful all round. The dissappointment burns the back of the throat.

The worst pizza ever!! They were over 2hrs late, free bottle of coke and an extra pizza, ended up binning the lot! The order was £45, my husband wanted to post the pizza’s through the letterbox, they were that hard and inedible it wouldn’t bend! I would definitely steer clear from this place! They couldn’t care less, kept ringing to see where they were and excuse after excuse , no customer service skills! Very rude!! Tired to get one money but after we’d waited so long and they wouldn’t give it back!! Never again!!!

Took my order wrong couldn't eat my food as they put hot chilli in my food and no cheese on my chips I asked 3 times waste of money and rude people!!!!!! Worst take out in cardigan what a waste of money got my order completely wrong and did nothing to rectify it!!!! So I give you no stars disappointed much!!!!

I get that it’s fast food. Can you not find quality frozen products at the very least? Quality is shocking. Way below standards. This can be an excellent place as it’s next to lots of bus stops, unfortunately if they continue to keep serving below par food, then it won’t be. Very disappointing.

Waited over 2 hours for a delivery when online it said 55 minutes. was also charged £6! Driver was rude and shouting at us ‘are we happy now??’ as we had rang twice to the shop asking where food was as we had waited so long! Food was freezing cold , £70 of food cold we had to reheat in a microwave. Because the food was cold the Chips were shrivelled & inedible. The staff/phone staff don’t speak any English which doesn’t help with any problems either as they were just hanging up when phoning to ask questions. To make it worse, my chicken tikka kebab meat was pink in the middle & my sons nuggets were not cooked properly. He’s been up all night sick/ bad stomach. Very expensive for cold uncooked food and shocking rude staff

Very expensive for no good reason in all fairness but then all eateries are raising their prices under the "costs are rising" but I doubt frozen burgers have doubled in cost price so thats a negative, however i will say that it is good for a treat every once in a while although after realising that your money goes to Guernsey when you pay I don't think I'll use them again 👎

We’re staying on holiday in Cardigan and fancied a takeaway tonight. Very glad this place popped up on Google. It’s absolutely fantastic - so good that we’ve only just finished the meal and I felt the need to leave a review! We got mixed chicken kebabs a children's chicken nugget meal. All were delicious, especially the kebabs! The chicken meat was tender, moist and flavourful. Just perfect. Well worth the delivery charge (which we were thankful for the service of!). The delivery driver was also very helpful, calling us ahead to let us know he was on his way, as we don’t get signal where we’re staying and needed to collect from the park reception. Would definitely recommend.

This could be a good fast food place. Sadly, everything came straight out of the freezer it was obvious by the taste and quality. I won’t be going back.

Absolutely the worst food I've ever had! They've messed up our orders over and over not just a once off! Was cold even tho we only live right round the corner!! I don't know why I kept going, I give up! There was something wrong with every order even tho we made it exra clear what we wanted , even got my partner to phone up again and go over it to make sure,still messed it up! I've lost faith in takeaways! Rominos you make me sick you're a disgrace to the industry!!! Wish I could give minus stars as 1 is way above what you deserve!! It

Food as always is great (admittedly after being reheated at home) Delivery service after ordering online was atrocious. Estimated delivery of just over an hour on a busy Friday was acceptable, cold food delivered over 2 ½ hours after order placement was not. No explanation, no apology. Not impressed guys, not at all.

Probably worst pizza we've had,can't taste any toppings... and had a weird chemicaly taste??.... Actually was a 8 inch not 9 inch as requested so careful what u think ur buying... £8.20 for a 9inch.... Tescos value was thicker... Garlic sauce tasted of basil?!... Doesn't anyone Pride themselves in quality over prices these days.... Tut... Tut... Tut!

Customer service is appalling, requested a refund after mistaken it for a separate establishment and they out right refused, even though we have not received our order and cannot collect order and refused to deliver the order. Told on the phone they've had this problem before, scam.

I had been ordering there for a while but like, they made me pay for a 66,20 and never showed up, I am furious and reported the problem they sent me an apology that just said if they ever "received" they would give me a refund so I lost my money and time and stayed hungry lol

Unfortunately this was not the best for me, chip's were like cardboard and chicken felt like it had been cooked more than once, was very rubbery and overall I wasted near all of my food. On a plus side the staff were really nice.

Great food. Delivery food needs to be kept hotter for the journey. Sometimes it’s sitting there cooling down waiting for the driver I’m sure. Nothing worse than cold chips an having to reheat the pizza that doesn’t fit in my microwave

Stayed in Cardigan area for a few days , ordered pizza from here and took the to Mwnt beach for sunset, lovely food .

Went in to order a kebab, there was a bug in it. Asked for a replacement, they took the bug out and handed the kebab back. Refused to give us a refund and were very rude

So far, I've only tried the kebabs, but they're really good. Rest of the family seem happy with their food. Been told the pizza is greasy but my step daughter is comparing it to homemade pizza. I don't think you expect pizza to be good from somewhere like this. Stick to kebabs, burgers, fried chicken etc. Portions are generous. The food seems fresh, and the service is friendly.

I ordered from here when we were on holiday, and the service was great! Our order was missing two additional portion of fries once we received it, after calling them, the delivery man drove all the way back to us withing 5-10 mins! He was very kind and sweet.

Very fast delivery, but this was positively the worst pizza (if indeed this gloopy, tasteless and soggy sheet of cardboard qualifies for such a title) I have ever tasted in my life. My insides feel violated.

Lovely staff. Pizza was like wet carpet, I feel like I'm going into cardiac arrest from the amount of grease... usefully located next to the hospital though.

Well,went in and asked what food they had glutton free, I had back No Free No Free You Pay You pay ,anyway I asked if the donnor kebab was he said you pay I said yes but I'm glutton tolerant he said OK fine ,chicken or lamb kebab I said lamb I new he was gonna screw up cause he made it in naan bread Bad mistake luckily I'm not glutton tolerant but he didn't no and they somehow got a 5 star food hygiene rating

Worst customers service I ever had in this place we are only staying in this town for night thought we get take way and ordered it from online menu and they over charged us and when I asked for money back they want me to go all way down there to get it.. It was so unprofessional and disgusting. Never getting anything from this place again. Be Aware if you ordered online they are robbing cows!!! .and food was just really bad and cold . Disgusting.

Buenas pizzas a un precio asequible, para llevar. Varios tamaños, cogimos 3 de 9" para 3 personas y nos llenamos. Se nota que es buena comida, porque era un continuo ir y venir de gente. Eso si, intenté pagar con tarjeta y no funcionaba el TPV, ni intentaron volver a probarlo. Eso si, me cobraron solo 20 libras en efectivo de las 21 y pico que se supone que constaba.
