Rominos pizza in Leicester

The quality of the donner meat and chips was unsatisfactory. The donner was dry and appeared to have been left out for an extended period. Furthermore, I observed an employee engaging in reckless behavior by performing a doughnut in the car park, resulting in a collision and skidding down the road.

My fave pizza place. Margarita with extra cheese is the best!

Love Rominos mix grill. Top rated place. Meat is tender and nice. Home made chilli sause Ezme is excellent. Very spice but I enjoy it. Price is really good always get a lot of value.

I got there every now and then if I’m out the house Every single time it’s awesome Food is always good, the staff is nice and Wait isn’t too long

The pizza was really old, cold and watery, and the chips were old, not edible at all, it was really awful

I have been ordering for the last year and I can honestly say that the food has always been lovely and hot with efficient delivery times. Wouldn't use anywhere else.

This time I had the impression that the pizza was not made fresh 😒 it tasted like reheated pizza.

I have to point out how rude the delivery driver was! He had short grey hair and was so ignorant, no smile or anything from him. Just handed me pizza and turned his back. I suggest you get a new delivery driver.

Regularly use this takeaway via just eat for pizza but tonight decided to try something different with their kebabs, paid £15 for a mixed kebab that was highly overpriced for what it was, meat was chewy and tough and wasn't overly hot on arrival all in all very disappointed

Soggy white chips, kebab didn't even have a pitta with it and grey Donner meat! When I rang they said it was because they were busy! Joke! Avoid!

Girl who took order was useless, rude and couldn't do basic mathematics. Meaty One pizza came and it was cold, some of the meat tasty funky so had one slice and threw in garden for the foxes. Donner meat was all the crusty bits steeped in grease, more fox food. Don't waste your money on this place, try Superfry next door.

Shocking !! Use rominoes every week but today customer service 0 and quality of food 0 Took food 1hr 45min to arrive meantime I have rang up to find out where my order is for the second time this evening , was put on hold for 10mins , in that 10mins food arrives and phone line goes dead , no apology explanation nothing ! Food was barley warm and chips were soggy with a tint of curry taste chicken nuggetts were also soggy rather than crispy . Reluctant to use them again as the service and quality of rominoes seems to have declined.

Waited over 2 hours for delivery and then had to go and collect as lost oredered after being told it was out for delivery twice!

To much cheese on the pizzas nothing else one child was sick. I felt bad. Was are choice to eat them tho. 1st time we used rominos in years and we won't be using them again.

We were waiting almost 2hs for our order and the food was disappointing, it tasted like ready frozen meals from Iceland( actually Iceland’s frozen selection is way better and fresher) .

Will not be ordering from here again..disgusting the way they treat customers the pizzas turned up but not rest of order so they said will send rest took an hour for them to send rest and when the driver turned up he was demanding we have to pay explained we paid before with the pizzas he pushed open my front door to stop me from closing it he wudnt go until I rang the shop for them to confirm I had paid.. absolutely disgusting didn't get no apologie or anything as a sorry. Ordered Delivery today. Decided to order off just eat from Pizza Rominos for the first time... and I'm glad I did! Ordered 2 Pizzas on offer which tasted delicious and felt like they just got out of the oven. Also ordered 10 wings which were good and tender. On top of that they delivered 20 minutes early. Would highly recommend 👌🏼 👍🏻

Awful service, we have ordered from here on numerous occasions every single time the food has been well over an hour late, when we ring to speak to them the staff are rude and told us to wait, I do not recommend ordering from here

Nice food, good value for money

Pizza arrived cold, then discovered half order was missing. Waited a further 40 mins and not arrived. 2nd week we ordered from them and 2nd time they have got order wrong. Rang to complain male advised me not his problem and to call Just Eat.

I first made an order for 2 pizzas and chicken burger meal the delivery driver turned up clueless to the chicken burger, then they had to go back n so I had to wait another 30 minutes for my food and then to receive it and the burger is burnt disgrace of a takeway

second time ordering from here and food was amazing. The beef burger, pizza and doner meat and chips were all fresh, piping hot and super tasty. The service was excellent and very helpful when ordering over the phone and delivery was fast too. Highly recommended and I will definitely order again.

Just had a chicken shish kebab and a lamb shish kebab and it was terrible there wasn't enough meat to feed a child the meat was burnet and hard most pathetic kebabs I have ever had the guy making the kebabs and burgers was touching the food with his fingers and didnt wash his hands once i wont be going there again very poor

Absolutely disgusting food orderd and got burnt burgers dry chicken and 4 peices of lamb shish kebab which tasted like rubber and it was cold if i could i would rate it 0 stars i rang them about the order and i got attitude he told me that i compalin too much yet i hadnt orderd there in the last 6 months becuse the good was disgusting last time so now i am left foodless and 30 quid down absolute disgraceful i would recommend TJs and DONT ORDER FROM HERE ALL THE 5 STAR RATINGS ARE FROM PEOPLE WHO WORK THERE

Absolutely shocking from this place. No alegergins on the pizza menu when your order buy one get one free. Ordered a pepperoni plus pizza and it comes with mushrooms. When I rang to ask about this. They said we should know the alergins on just eat (despite us ordering on their own website). Didn't want to help and was very rude.

Do not wast your money the pizza was not fresh nor where the chip I could play frisbee with the pizza. A mix up with collection and delivery resulted in us being sent a 2 hour old pizza reheated after being told a fresh one will be made and sent... to top it off manager was very rude also told lies AVOID at all costs. They don't even deserve 1star

Ordered a delivery of 2 chicken raps it took1hr to come when it arrived it was cold when i phoned to complain and the manager was very rude and threatened me if he sends me a replacement meal if the 1st meal is in any way touched he will not let us order a delivery any more. This is not good customer service

Ordered on just eat. Waited 2 hours for my order. Rang after first hour and they said the driver went the wrong way and that they would redo my order and it would be with me in 25min max. Another hour passed before it arrived. It was cold and swimming with oil to the point I couldnt even eat it! Rang up and the owner just shouted and was rude and then said I was barred and then put the phone down! Refused refund or replacement REPORTED to food agency. Avoid at all costs

I was appalled at the service...I ordered two chicken burgers and to chicken kebabs and It too 1 hour and a half to arrive bearing in mind I live ten minutes down the road. When the food eventually arrived it was luke warm and had to be reheated and there was no apology from the driver as he was late. Definitely wouldn't recommend coming here again

Terrible experience, had a chicken wrap meal. The chicken was inedible with the coating coming away from the chicken . It was cold with the fanta from the fridge being warmer than the chicken. My brother inlaw was unsure what the liquid on his chicken and sweetcorn pizza was. Avoid! I will not be using then again

Order a chicken kabab had the most unusual texture and did not taste fresh at all ! I actually wounder how long its been sat on display took it back and they were so rude terrible service would definatly avoide this place

Can be opened earlier, 2 or 3 pm will be great. The pizza is a bit oily. I think it's cheese. You choose a bad type of cheese. This is not a dirty place. There are worse places in Leicester.

Staff hygiene appalling Food tastes great but this review is based on hygiene. Went there tonight for a take away, while waiting, the female server had a coughing fit. She never covered her mouth and certainly made no attempt to leave the food preparation area, someone has got a portion of chips tonight covered in her germs. Not more than 2 mins later, she went behind the pizza preparation area, there were 3 people behind there, and one of them sneezed. Someone has got a pizza covered in germs. No one behind the counter washed there hands at anytime after handling cash and other objects before touching food, and no one wore gloves whilst touching burgers. Hair nets would be a good idea on some members of staff, or hair tied back at the very least. Good tasty food but poor hygiene

Worst place for food! Going downhill and fast. Wrong order, late on delivery and blamed me. Don’t ever eat from there even if your life depended on it! Would give zero stars if could.

On order girl was so rude, was charged 1.80 for a tiny bit of cheese on my chips, they forgot one of our drinks and been up all night with sickness so over all not happy at all. I'm sure there must be new owners as never used to be this bad. Would not recommend to anyone!

Placed card order an hour 1 and 1/2 hours before on 'just eat' for 23:30. Just eat said 23:40 it will be delivered. Came to just before midnight and just eat said it has been delivered. Tried ringing but the take away but closes at midnight. Food didn't come till 00:20 driver looking stoned out his face. Looked like it was rushed and the 3 burger meals looked like it was in pieces, got a 8 piece chicken nugget meal, the thin cardboard box in came in fell apart. The only thing that looked nice was the pizzas we ordered but tasted bland. Spent £30 here and now on the toilet with diaherra!!! Bloody disgrace.

Order from here at least twice a week as busy days with kids, last several times now had to ring to find out where our order is as it's been over 30mins late just to be spoken to by staff in a rude manor and they are busy...yet a friend works there and says anyone that orders via just eat is always ignored until they have completed phone and walk-in orders, will not be using again!!

Terrible service my 16 year old son ordered a buy one get one margarita 9"pizza when they turned up they only had one pizza and then charged them £12,50 . Discusting robbing kids

Had food from here tonight 21.5.18 we are regular customers. The food came within 50 mins which was fine. But they had forgot the 2 pizzas. I rang up and was told they would call the driver and send them straight away. 25 mins later we had to ring again as no pizzas had arrived. Was told that he would make fresh ones and send 'on the house' 25 mins later the pizzas turned up and no refund!! Instead was offered a bottle of coke. I rang to complain and was told he never said that. Poor service tonight!! Usually very good! Driver was lovely!!

Very bad service since new owners taken 1 hour to deliver then to find mould on the bottom of the pizza. Won’t be returning again.

Always end up back at Rominos, end up trying other food places that come through the door but this place is always the best. Everywhere else either doesn't do shish, or doesn't get your order correct!
