A lovely Italian restaurant in Llandudno with excellent, quality food. The Lasagne was delicious and the pizza was very tasty according to the kids! The place is very popular so I recommend booking a table, enjoy!

From the moment we made our reservation, through to the warm welcome upon arrival and not forgetting the excellent menu (so good, we have difficulty in deciding what to eat), great service and very tasty, authentic Italian cuisine - the whole experience was very enjoyable. As a person who lived in Italy for several years, I am probably a bit of nightmare to accommodate in an Italian restaurant, but in my opinion, Romeo's is authentically Italian, cosy and unpretentious, perfectly cooked and presented pasta dishes and a really good wine list accompanied with a lovely atmosphere. The best recommendation I can think of is to say that we will definitely be back (again and again). Thank you for looking after us.

Revisited Romeo's for old time's sake having gone regularly twenty years ago! Was a really nice surprise to see it had retained its rustic charm whilst having also been updated. The atmosphere was great, as was the service and the food excellent. Better than it used to be and the fact it had a gluten free menu and fantastic gf pizza dough (that was actually as good as normal pizza) was a huge bonus! Hugely appreciated by someone who usually feels let down and like I'm missing out with gf options.. Highly recommended and we'll certainly be back 😊

After being let down by another restaurant we came here and they more than made up for it. We are already planning a 3rd visit and bringing the family!

Went here recently while on a few days break in Llandudno , was recommended to us by the hotel we were staying in. We weren’t disappointed, absolutely delicious food , we both went for a pasta dish, well presented , and very reasonable prices. Staff are extremely friendly , nothing too much trouble , lovely atmosphere in restaurant, I would advise booking as it gets busy . Would definitely go again if we went to Llandudno.

We rang to book a table start of the week for Saturday evening as it was my birthday. It was fully booked but did offer us a table at 5:30 pm, this suited as we had an early start. Good amazing, mussels to start and prawn linguine for mains all very tasty and very hot. We came in contact with a few of the staff all super polite and friendly. We will be returning 👌

I can't fault the service but the food was really quite bland. The food was inoffensive but it's like they forgot to add garlic and seasoning to the main dishes. The starters were OK but I'd expect better from an Italian restaurant. The service was absolutely wonderful though. The waitress was really friendly and helpful with dietary requirements. However, it might be helpful to label dishes with dietary information (e.g vegetarian/vegan) on the menu to save from reading the entire thing or needing to wait to speak to a staff member.

Easy parking outside, I’m sure it’s more difficult in the Summer months, but we managed a space right outside. Went up the stairs to a lovely warm and cosy restaurant. Fantastic service. Very attentive waiters. The food was superb. We’ve visited another Italian recently in another town and this was head and shoulders above it. Absolutely delicious! Can’t fault a single thing between 5 of us. We all enjoyed it. Pizza, pasta, desserts and drinks all 5 star! Great for children too. We would definitely recommend.

Romeo’s is a delightful place to eat and the food was exceptional. The restaurant was full on this particular evening but there were no delays with the service as one might expect being so busy. Spoilt for choice with Italian eateries in Llandudno, we opted for Romeo's. Easy to call and book, up the stairs, we found an atmospheric and buzzing restaurant. Had the bruschetta, seafood linguine and lobster ravioli. All excellent and served by attentive and friendly staff. Really enjoyed out experience - would return without hesitation. Thanks very much!

My husband and I spent a very enjoyable evening at this restaurant where the tables were nicely spaced out and there was a generally pleasant ambience and every member of staff was incredibly pleasant and helpful. The menu is extensive with lots of choice. We were very happy with our choice - Vitello al vino bianco – veal with mushrooms in a white wine and cream sauce, which was accompanied by a good selection of vegetables for a side dish. The portions were so generous that we only had room for a shared sweet – a tasty tiramisu. One word of warning, in case you find stairs a problem, this restaurant is on the first floor.

What a find this was! Just arrived in Llandudno looking for somewhere to eat and stumbled across this place! The staff were excellent, the restaurant is beautiful, typical Italian. The booking system leaves much to be desired. Their website saying to email or phone them, the email reply came back saying you can't book a table by email! When we phoned to book they said they were full. They don't open late enough.

We've been to llandudno many times but just came across this restaurant while staying nearby. We called in without having booked a young said there was a table free but needed to be clear by 7.30 which was plenty time for us. Lovely, warm, homely building. We both had lasagne with pizza based garlic bread. It was excellent. Very flavoursome and beautifully presented. Although planning a sweet to follow, We were both stuffed at the end of the meal. Me and my partner visited Romeos on Sunday night and can honestly say it’s the best meal we’ve ever had. The staff are amazing, the interior is lovely and the food was just unbelievable. Good mains, good service. Really disappointing desserts. The tiramisu was a large dish of mainly whipped mousse with a very thin layer of sponge which didn't taste of anything really. It definitely wasn't worth the calories but they let me choose something else. I opted for the panna cotta, but this was disappointing too. I've eaten lovely versions many times before and made it myself a few times but the version here was mid way between a proper panna cotta and a more blancmange version. Such a shame. Our last dinner in Llandudno too. 😟

I visited this restaurant on Monday 5th June. I was surprised at how busy it was for a Monday evening but thankfully we had made a booking. The staff couldn’t be more attentive and the food was delicious! Definitely book ahead if you want to enjoy a fantastic restaurant!

We are tourists to Llandudno so decided to take an evening walk and find a place to eat. Seeing as it’s a Monday evening we thought that would be okay…we walked into the restaurant and asked for a table of 2 clearly seeing there were many tables open and available inside. The man simply looked at us and said “bookings only” and put his head down and continued on the PC. This was extremely unfriendly and unwelcoming. I went and checked online and nowhere does it state that it should be bookings only unless it is large groups! This was disgusting service and we were extremely unhappy! We decided to go to La Taverna instead which is another Italian restaurant in the town and it was lovely and they welcomed us with open arms! In the service industry it should always be about the customer so you guys should clean up your act!

Visited this restaurant to be told that we couldn't sit down because of not having a booking. Now I totally understand that on peak nights however, the restaurant was half empty and the waiter very rude. It is a Monday evening and at 8pm with last orders at 9pm so we simply couldn't understand why we were turn away. We suggested that it should be on the website if we had to book and to this he replied "oh well". I'm sure the food would have been lovely but unfortunately a very unpleasant welcome and we most certainly will not be back. Instead we walked 5 minutes down the road to La Taverna and we were welcomed, without a booking, and the meal was delicious.

Service was good and staff was friendly. Most of the food was solid (not spectacular, but exactly what youd expect); however, the lasagna was downright awful. I don't know if we got a bad batch, but it was easily the worst lasagne I've ever had.

Just back from a delicious meal. Fungi Fritti for starters were huge and the home made garlic Mayo to accompany was very tasty. A pizza for main, which the only comment I have to make is the home made tomato sauce for the base was very watery making the base of the pizza a bit soggy but all the same it was again tasty. The fudge cake sundae was the icing on the cake. Staff very attentive and will cater to anything asked. Will certainly return.

Visited with my family for a catch up whilst in Llandudno. It was just okay, im not sure id go back. There was 6 of us. The restaurant was quite busy when we arrived. For starter my husband and i shared the calamari and burrata....

The staff were nice but I did have to ask for some water twice. I can't have cream and asked for a carbonara without which was still nice. Couldn't really taste the garlic in the garlic bread. Portion sizes were really good, my husband had fish and had two big pieces.

Romeo is without doubt the best Italian restaurant in North Wales. The food is so fresh and the service is second to none.
