We stopped for breakfast, it was very expensive, and it wasn't good at all, it looks like a luxury place and that's all it seems, they simply decorate it to charge you more.

Excellent focaccia sandwiches and coffee. Would recommend arriving early to avoid disappointment as they can sell out fast. But well worth it!

Lovely, friendly staff and food was delicious and so fresh tasting. I'll be back every couple of weeks to try out the whole menu. Bruschetta and arancini balls were divine.

We visited on the strength of good reviews and unfortunately were disappointed. The bread to start was really nice, service and decor were lovely. However when our mains from the a la carte menu arrived, the portions were very small, as though we had ordered a single course from the tasting menu and not a full meal. Desserts were good but when we left the restaurant we were still hungry. The food was nice but not outstanding, so an overall underwhelming experience for the high price tag.

Best cafe on Leith walk hands down!
