Roe Pizza in Limavady

I placed an order on 17th of February through their Facebook page at 9.30pm . By 10.15pm it still hadn't arrived so i phoned down to enquire about my order giving my name and address. The girl informed me that my order was on the way . It got to 10.49pm and no answer from the shop even though i phoned twice with no reply nor any sign of my order. Although the money had been taken quickly enough from my account. The order eventually turned up at 11pm and the delivery person didn't seem too happy only spoke to say shop was busy which i felt was untrue and obviously just said as a way to try to excuse the shoddy service. They then couldn't get away fast enough, when we went to eat our order the food was cold and not really too pleasant to eat so unfortunately we couldn't finish it. I've been a regular customer for a few years now but seriously reconsidering continuing my custom as I'm not happy with tonight's experience. Just what is going on ?

My family and I used this takeaway as a birthday treat for our grandchildren and we found the pizzas were very tasty and reasonably priced. A nice slice was had by everyone.
