Happy House in Limavady

Thought I’d try as the best Chinese in the town was closed… got the chicken chow mein and had to search for the vegetables … so unappetising

Terrible, just the only word I feel like using.. hoisin tastes off, honey chilli chicken has no flavour and looks like wall paper paste. Crispy beef in Peking, way too sweet more like a black sweet and sour. Very disappointed..

This used to be a great Chinese but portion size has decreased incredibly compared to other Chinese Take Aways Chicken Balls are like kids chicken Nuggets Dussapointing !!

Couldn't fault it. Food beautiful, portions big and very reasonably priced. Excellent customer service too which is always a bonus

This was always my favourite Chinese! But the last time I got the salt and chilli box, the salt and chilli strips weren’t good! They have started using frozen chicken strips for this , and it’s not nice. They used to use their own battered chicken and was so good. A friend of mine got honey chilli chicken and it was the same. The shredded chicken can be bought anywhere and made at home. It’s put me off from getting from here. Wish they would change the chicken back to how it was before.

Just had beef curry. The curry was like water. Had special chow mein. The meal had no prawns in it. It had no flavour and the meat was very chewy. This meal went in the bin and definitely wont be using this rake out again

Best Chinese in town without a doubt. My go to place every weekend. Helpful staff & good food. Highly recommended.

Ordered a special curry last night with half chips and half fried rice. Barely any meat whatsoever and got about 6 chips. Phoned down and staff were helpful. Got a new one sent out today and it was inedible. Even worse than last night. Absolutely vile. The curry sauce which was the only nice thing from last night's was cometary different today and disgusting. 99p Microwave meal would have been better. Will never ever order from here again!

I don't know how any other Chinese is making money, reasonably priced, fast delivery, the staff on the phone are friendly and efficient, and the food I just finished a massive meal and I want to start again. Unbelievable taste and the food!! Dear lord!! It is so well cooked and prepared, the salted chilli chicken is soooo good my eyebrows are sweating lol. If I could give 10 stars I would. Best Chinese food I've had in a very long time.

Food is NOT shabby and the only place in the UK that is covid free. Nobody wears masks and no partion between customers and staff, awesome.

Best chinese in town!! Every meal was superb, fresh and tasty. The service was extremely friendly and quick. Saturday family meal sorted, highly recommend!

Was very, very busy but was worth the wait, as food was really tasty.

Ordered food about an hour ago now an still not here no answer either when ringing absolutely ridiculous how can you let someone order then not send out there food disgrace

Was in on Tuesday past and used my bank to pay. Went tonight cash only ? The woman who served me was rude very blunt, i personally will not be back, the food isn't nothing to write about either . Only gave a 1 star because i cannot give anything lower. I gave it a try.

Would not eat out here ever again. Last time I was there I had chicken curry and there was blue and green writing on the side of the chicken. It's a nope for me. Partner was also very sick for a few day after it as well

Good decent food but thought the salt and chilli chicken portions there extremely small compared to other Chineses I've had..

Went to happy house purely because it was local to a house I was visiting. Was expecting the usual chucked together Chinese we are all used to. Boy was I wrong. I have never tasted better duck in orange sauce. You could see the egg in the egg fried rice. A first for me I can tell you. My friend had some sort of szechuan chicken dish. It too was amazing. The staff were friendly. The chef was chatty. A real jewel in Limavady crown. I'm glad I found you. Keep on cooking guys.

Absolute disgrace.. Do not get anything from here. The kitchen hygiene is down right just dirt, go and have a peak yourself if you dare. Do not understand how they get away with it. 0/10

Chicken Curry was really nice, the Small spice box only had 1 tiny rib and 1 decent size chicken + little bits of chicken, mostly chips so wont get that in future

Ordered whilst staying at nearby caves Delicious chicken and sweet corn soup salt and chilli ribs and chicken curry with rice and chips we enjoyed every bite

While staying in limavady was recommended to eat here and it was well worth it! Really good portion sizes and lots of chicken in the dishes. They also delivered even outside of town which was really handy.
