I just buy 2 pizza They are the worst pizza i had in my whole life. One was veg and one was non_veg and its taste like they put something expire cheese or something which was really very horrible. This is not the first time, i use to eat before but never taste that bad.

Delivery driver needs to be a bit nicer and have good customer service.

It’s a decent Rockys but they’re very stingy with their tubs and how much sauce they put in there. Ordered a few tubs to go with a large order and each tub was basically only half filled with chilli mayo. The other Rockys fill it to the brim.

Everything is quite good, very polite and decent staff. I love the pizza n flavours they had and atmosphere as well, it just feels like I’m having pizza in my hometown.

Amazing experience and lovely food every time.

We ordered thin crust pizza but got thick one. For that mistake as a compensation we'll get one pizza for free next time. That's been promised by Ricky's Lady Margaret.

I wouldn’t even give this place 1 star if I could….it does not even deserve that. The service is terrible as well as food since the ownership has changed hands. Please do not order from here ….its a waste of your money. I ordered a panner wrap with no sauce, mayo or chilli. I repeated it many times as the guy behind the counter was on the phone and only half listening. I saw the chef putting mayo on something and I said to guy he’s putting mayo on it. He replied “that’s not yours” rudely. When I got the wrap home it had mayo in it. I called to tell them….they didn’t want to know. They didn’t want to listen or sort the problem out. They just want to take your money and that’s all.

Rockys has always been the best to us and all the food is amazing Every time we go there we go back home wanting even more. The only problem is that there's no where to sit and no bathroom I still definitely recommend Rockys.

I’ve ordered from Rocky’s multiple times, but unfortunately, the quality has been consistently disappointing compared to what I expect from them. The food often arrives hard, lacking freshness, and doesn’t taste like it should—especially when compared to previous experiences. Despite leaving specific notes through Uber Eats, these are frequently ignored, leading to incorrect or unsatisfactory orders. I’ve also tried giving polite feedback in person, but the staff tend to respond with unprofessional attitudes, which is quite frustrating. It seems like there's an arrogance that runs throughout the team, which makes the whole experience even worse. They need to realize that good customer service is crucial in the food business, no matter how well-established they may be. I hope they can address these issues because it's easy for businesses to be held accountable for poor service, and I would hate for it to escalate to that point.

Been a rockys fan for over twenty years. The best chicken place around. Great portions, superb offers and prices. If you haven't been, then what's stopping you?

I tried Rocky’s special pizza. It wasn’t up to the mark! Poor dough quality, too much sour tomatoes base, lots of raw green pepper and a very thin layer of cheese. I wouldn’t try again! Service was quick and friendly! My daughter was very hungry so had to eat and left 2 slices.

I had the worst experience at this place. the guy at the till not professional and make own rules, they don’t selling just one pcs. of chicken and chips minimum you should buy two pcs. What his told me

Worst Experience Ever I had the worst experience at this place. When I asked the guy at the till if the food was halal, he rudely responded, "No, we only serve haram food," and then started laughing. To make things even worse, the entire staff joined in on the laughter. This was not only disrespectful but also incredibly unprofessional. It made me feel extremely uncomfortable and unwelcome. I can't believe the lack of basic customer service and respect in this place. I would not recommend this place to anyone, especially those who expect to be treated with common decency.

Good food and good delivery time thnks

Ordered in person and they messed up my son's food asked for a ¼ cheeseburger with only jalapeños and cheese, but they decided to add lettuce, onions and mayonnaise, wasted food and my son won't eat it now, why can't Indian takeaways follow instructions. At least the rest of the order was correct, spent £30 orders 81 and 17.

We ordered a take away same order from past many years. Ownership has been changed very disappointing experience i had when i placed order on phone. I made clear what changed i want and the girl agreed when we get there to collect they said they can't do it. They should have told me that on the phone, i would have ordered from somewhere else. Man's hair in fries but when i called to speak about it they were so rude, not sorry at all and i told her i am not calling for any refund or another food but you should listen. She was like 'ohh hairr??? Thats not possible!!' Rubbish staff zero manners!!! No more rockyyss they have another branches we can drive there

Rocky is a well established place served well with a smile never ever had a issue I’m visiting there since they have there very first shop in Bath Road taste is same all good And I really appreciate how welcoming they are always with smile from the new management I never experienced anywhere in fastfood take away being served in such a great hospitality because for me it mean a lot someone cook my food with such a positive attitude Thank you Rockys Keep up the good work

No fresh chips or twisters received , these were clearly old and reheated, but of a dive. Front line staff do their bit to entertain you to the point you want to collect and go. Check and taste your food before you leave , you’ll thank me later.

I had the paneer wrap meal and chicken and stuff this wrap meal 10/10, excellent taste loads of veggies, and chips and chilli and mayo 10/10 will come back tomorrow

Service a bit slow but food is good. Tried the paneer burger which was alright and I’ve tried the chicken burger too. Curly fries is a must when visiting Rocky’s.

I ordered a drink with my meal but it was missing

New staff/management/owners keep messing orders up, 2 bad experiences with them either messing the order up which led to a long wait (nearly 40 mins) the first time, the second time they messed the order up then had the audacity to say I was in the wrong when the person who took the order made a mess of it and the other staff member (maybe the manager or owner) tried to make me believe the order i had given was something different to what I had said

I got pizza in unedible condition plus late as well.while carrying pizza driver had put my whole pizza upside down and whole of cheese and topping melted and bread of pizza got seperated .it was ruined completely i got photos evudence too.kindly refund me it was no use to me

Great burgers, but pizzas are absolutely awful! This isn't an Italian restaurant, but still! Worse than Pizza Hut, and not even up to the low standards of supermarket pizza! Ordered a thin base and it was as fat as supermarket naan bread, and just lacked any flavour or texture whatsoever. It was bad from the base to the top. Stick to burgers and leave Italian food to Italian restaurants! I'm sure I will receive a message thanking me for my review and how I have wronged this establishment with my unfair rating, but really if I can make an edible pizza at home without the luxury of a pizza oven, there's no excuse here for not producing half decent pizza! Probably my fault for ordering a pizza from a burger shop. Did I mention the burgers and fries are actually really good? Better than McDonald's for sure!

Ordered a delivery from here driver was extremely rude. Called rockys and the person i spoke didn't really care. Will never order again from this established. The quality of the food let's not go there, paid for cheese on my burger but came without. The meat pattie was rock hard like it had been cooked a week ago.Waste of money. Utterly disappointed. But on the upside I will never give you guys my business again. Avoid this place.

Had the donor wrap and Chicken wrap. It was amazing and fresh! Premises were really clean and props to Daljit Randhawa for being super friendly. It is Sikh- friendly too. No halal/kosher! Amazing!

What’s the point of accepting online orders just to take an hour, clearly they’re made last? And then no chips with the burger meal. And stale chips for the other meals.

The young man that takes orders needs to have a lesson in customer interaction as he’s sooo rude. I was with my kids otherwise I would have given him a piece of my mind. The store was dirty and staff were seen taking their faces and handling food without gloves on and without sanitising before touching food. Hygiene is a zero. The pizza i ordered was really oily and the pizza sauce they use was really odd and sweet. Didn’t have the quality there at all. Could have made my own pizza at home for a fraction of the price. I generally love pizza and so do my kids but even they would’nt eat this. Won’t be eating here again.

I went Rocky's today.. the old men who always at the counter change this shoes and socks and dint washed or sanitize his hands and served me my food and drink, I have to bin my food. 0% hygiene, I will never go to this chicken shop.

Decent food, but for the 2nd time last nigh I got home with a completely wrong order, drenched my donner burger in chilli sauce when I asked for a little bit! Couldn't even eat it after 2 bites. Also ordered to breast prices fried chicken and only received one, curly fries were fantastic just how I remember it!

Such a horrible experience of their pizza. It was literally a ready made pizza base, the sauce was too sweet, wrong toppings; waited for more than 45 minutes; wings extremely oily. Why is the owner not addressing the negative responses? Why only response to the positives?

We order the one chicken wrap meal and veggie wrap meal from lady Marget road branch experience is so bed staff has no manners. Food was so disgusting both wrap was not tasty and Chuck it in a bin also I will not recommend this branch.
